CIMS实时通信网络体系结构的研究

ＣＩＭＳ环境下的实时控制系统通常需要特定的网络体系结构以支持紧要时间应用。本文给出了一种实时局域网（ＲＬＡＮ）体系结构，并详细论述了其ＬＬＣ层提供的实时面向连接服务及几种实时ＭＡＣ协议。     

Experimental assessment of a wireless communications platform for the built and natural heritage

Wireless sensor networks have become extremely popular in a number of fields in recent years, the cultural heritage among them. To date, however, communications quality has not been technically validated in any of the various built (churches, museums, archaeological sites) or natural (caves, lava tubes) heritage scenarios. The present study establishes methodology for assessing the quality of wireless communications and validating the network used, both of which are essential to guaranteeing accurate long-term monitoring in heritage scenarios. Parameters such as signal strength, link quality, range and success rate were analysed with a view to preventing transmission failure and ensuring reliable monitoring for the preventive conservation of the cultural heritage.     

城市中心火车站改造初探一以南京客站和上海二客站为例

该文结合国内的火车站改造实践,论述了城市中心火车站的改造和设计,从多方面总结了设计实践的经验。分析了城市中心火车站改造面临的用土紧张、城市交通量增加、人口流动频繁、环境意识提高、旅客需求多元化、与已有建筑物协调等普遍性问题;对立体化广场、城市换乘枢纽、环境及公共空间的整体设计、与已有建筑对话及采用高建筑技术等设计特点进行了总结。

非常规突发事件下,应急通信是实施指挥调度和保障信息传递的关键,其重要的前提和基础是应急通信预案体系的合理、有效。基于此,本文在对国内外应急通信预案体系做大量理论和实践调研的基础上,科学界定“有效性”内涵,从预案体系“效率”和“效果”两个维度切入对其进行研究,为应急通信预案“有效性”的评估提供相应的参考,为政府相关部门制定应急管理政策提供决策依据。

Identification of the design variables of eLearning tools

The widespread availability of digital learning resources in a variety of media formats has promoted the proliferation of eLearning systems as an integral part of teaching across all sectors of education. However, these systems are rarely planned in advance taking into account its final usefulness. At most, they are validated through learner experience using the final implemented system. In this paper, a scientific technique called concept mapping is proposed to identify the external variables that should be kept in mind while designing an eLearning tool. As a result, improvements can be programmed to increase its utility in the teaching activities prior to its use. The method has been tested in the development of a eLearning system used for advanced microprocessor teaching. Results are shown through two-dimensional maps, in which variables can be seen as clusters or groups of ideas. These variables can be used as a guide for developing an eLearning tool. The reliability of the results is also analyzed to check the correct application of the proposed technique.

本文提供了一种实用的随机均衡器的计算机辅助设计方法.以二元件均衡器为链接模型,以非线性最小二乘法为最优化方式,解决了多节均衡器链接中初始参数值的选取问题.讨论了0.618法在非单一极值区间的应用.并且通过实例计算说明这一方法的有效性和实用性.

The successful management and resolution of emergencies affecting water quality is dependent upon easily accessible and well-documented, user-friendly information systems to support the decision-making process. Well-rehearsed emergency procedures must remain a vital component in the liaison and communication matrix of all organizations to ensure that the emergency is being managed in a competent and professional manner, particularly when public health is at risk.
Careful planning is needed to ensure that the necessary facilities and resources are readily available, and this aspect may have significant budgetary implications. Arrangements, to ensure that staff (at all levels) are fully aware of their responsibilities and roles during emergencies, must be secured by a well-structured training programme, supplemented by periodic refresher courses and planned exercises accompanied by structured debriefing sessions.
