从霍尼韦尔DCS的变迁看过程自动化控制系统的发展趋势

本文主要通过回顾霍尼韦尔公司DCS系统的30多年发展历程,重点介绍霍尼韦尔新一代Experion PKS系统的一些主要特征,以此分析工业自动化过程控制系统的发展趋势。     

Functionally essential, invariant glutamate near the C-terminus of strand {beta}5 in various ({alpha}/{beta})8-barrel enzymes as a possible indicator of their evolutionary relatedness

Twelve different (/ß)₈-barrel enzymes belonging tothree structurally distinct families were found to contain,near the C-terminus of their strand ß5, a conservedinvariant glutamic acid residue that plays an important functionalrole in each of these enzymes. The search was based on the ideathat a conserved sequence region of an (/ß)₈-barrelenzyme should be more or less conserved also in the equivalentpart of the structure of the other enzymes with this foldingmotif owing to their mutual evolutionary relatedness. For thispurpose, the sequence region around the well conserved fifthß-strand of a-amylase containing catalytic glutamate(Glu230, Aspergillus oryzae -amylase numbering), was used asthe sequence-structural template. The isolated sequence stretchesof the 12 (/ß)₈-barrels are discussed from both thesequence-structural and the evolutionary point of view, theinvariant glutamate residue being proposed to be a joining featureof the studied group of enzymes remaining from their ancestral(/ß)₈-barrel     

New results in 2D optimal control theory

The infinite horizon optimal control problem is solved for 2D systems described by the Fornasini-Marchesini model. An ₂-approach permits us to reduce the optimal control problem to a norm minimization one in Hilbert spaces. Both necessary and sufficient conditions for solvability and the structure of the solution are established. Moreover, a comparison with known results is presented, and the singularities of the 2D Riccati equation are examined in order to characterize suboptimal control laws that apply whenever the solvability conditions are not satisfied.     

On structure and stability of (Hg, Mo)-1212 superconductors based on SAED and EDS analysis

A superconductor with nominal composition Hg_0.8Mo_0.2Sr₂Y_0.5Ca_0.5Cu₆₊ withT _c up to 96 K has been isolated and carefully examined by electron diffraction and X-ray energy dispersive spectrum analyses. Its structure can be attributed to space groupP4/mmm and lattice constantsa=3.82 å andc=11.91 å. Inhomogeneous distribution of the cations was observed, which is considered to be the key to the broadening ofT _c in theR-T curve. The effect of humid atmosphere on the stability of the sample has also been investigated.     

Fe3Se8/Co3Se4/NiSe2/NC复合材料的制备及性能

由于锂资源的价格逐渐攀升,亟需开发价格低廉的电池系统。通过共沉淀法合成FeCoNiCP片状前驱体,再经过包覆多巴胺、退火和在氮气下硒化,制备钠离子电池负极材料Fe₃Se₈/Co₃Se₄/NiSe₂/NC。在0.01~3.00 V充放电,以0.1 A/g的电流循环70次,电极仍有468.38 mAh/g的可逆比容量;在0.1 A/g、0.2 A/g、0.5 A/g、1.0 A/g、2.0 A/g和5.0 A/g的电流下,分别具有363.85 mAh/g、345.88 mAh/g、320.73 mAh/g、308.31 mAh/g、290.33 mAh/g和249.29 mAh/g的可逆比容量。Fe₃Se₈/Co₃Se₄/NiSe₂/NC复合材料较好的电化学性能,可归因于碳导电网络、多金属硒化物和独特的纳米结构的协同作用,缓解了充放电过程中的体积膨胀。     

Hollow Pd/MOF Nanosphere with Double Shells as Multifunctional Catalyst for Hydrogenation Reaction

A new type of hollow nanostructure featured double metal‐organic frameworks shells with metal nanoparticles (MNPs) is designed and fabricated by the methods of ship in a bottle and bottle around the ship. The nanostructure material, hereinafter denoted as Void@HKUST‐1/Pd@ZIF‐8, is confirmed by the analyses of photograph, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, powder X‐ray diffraction, inductively coupled plasma, and N₂ sorption. It possesses various multifunctionally structural characteristics such as hollow cavity which can improve mass transfer, the adjacent of the inner HKUST‐1 shell to the void which enables the matrix of the shell to host and well disperse MNPs, and an outer ZIF‐8 shell which acts as protective layer against the leaching of MNPs and a sieve to guarantee molecular‐size selectivity. This makes the material eligible candidates for the heterogeneous catalyst. As a proof of concept, the liquid‐phase hydrogenation of olefins with different molecular sizes as a model reaction is employed. It demonstrates the efficient catalytic activity and size‐selectivity of Void@HKUST‐1/Pd@ZIF‐8.     

静电纺丝制备SU-8光刻胶纳米纤维及图案阵列

利用静电纺丝和紫外光刻技术直接制备了不同结构的SU-8光刻胶纳米纤维薄膜及图案阵列。通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜表征了纳米纤维的形貌、尺寸及结构。结果表明,通过改变SU-8光刻胶的黏度可形成不同直径和形貌的纤维结构,其中用SU-8 3010和SU-8 3050光刻胶制备的纳米纤维具有最优的形貌,其平均直径分别为470 nm和610nm。利用带有长方形缺口的铝箔和同轴电纺的方法分别制备了平行趋向和空心结构的纳米纤维。通过紫外光刻过程,可将SU-8纳米纤维加工成点阵、条状等不同形貌的图案阵列或结构,有望用作细胞培养研究的功能基底材料。     

硬质合金激光热处理表面强化

研究低钴（ＹＧ８）硬质合金激光相变硬化的结果表明：合理选择激光淬火工艺参数及表面涂黑状况等,可使合金力学性能有较明显的提高,并对激光处理的合金组织结构与性能的改变的机理作了讨论与分析。     

Production of perovskite-like La1−xCaxMnO3+δ ferromagnetic thin films by electrochemical reduction

Ferromagnetic and perovskite-like thin films (<1m) of La1–xCaxMnO3+ have been routinely prepared by heat treatment of an amorphous La–Ca–Mn precursor. The precursor was electrodeposited cathodically in the absence of oxygen and water onto polished silver substrates from a nonaqueous solution of the components' nitrates. Analysis by X-ray diffraction and SQUID magnetometry shows these materials exhibit the appropriate structural and magnetic phases indicative of colossal magnetoresistance.
