Physico-chemical properties of ceramic pigments for high-temperature application

Heat resistant coatings are required primarily for stacks, exhaust pipes, reactors, space crafts and similar equipments that are permanently or occasionally exposed to elevated temperatures. High-temperature coatings are generally based on silicone resin with ceramic and metallic pigments. In this study, iron oxide, cobalt oxide (thermo chromic compound) and aluminum oxide are used for the preparation of four new types of coloured pigments. The thermal resistant characteristics of these ceramic pigments were studied by differential thermal analysis, thermo gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetric analysis. These ceramic pigments are found to be thermally stable up to 400 °C.     

The Influence of Ir and Pt Addition on the Synthesis of Fullerenes at Atmospheric Pressure

The addition of metallic Ir and Pt to a fullerene-forming, atmospheric-pressure plasma reactor was found to influence the generation of carbonaceous products. It was observed that the added metals were efficiently dispersed into the plasma and that their presence increased the yield of fullerenes. The addition of Ir led to a noticeable shift in the fullerene distribution towards C₆₀, whereas the addition of Pt increased the proportion of C₆₀ oxides and decreased the proportion of higher fullerenes. Addition of Ir also caused a reduction of the soot particle size and the formation of a considerable quantity of carbon nanotubes.     

PTA压力离心机转子的改造

介绍了PTA压力离心机的主要性能参数、工作原理、分离效果的影响因素。为了增大沉渣在过渡区及脱水区滞留的时问，同时为达到在过渡区及脱水区对沉渣加入纯净水进行再冲洗的目的，对螺旋送料转子、挡液环、进料管进行了改造。改造后，沉渣在脱水区的停留时间由0．44a增至0．72s，2．5～3t／h的冲洗水对脱水区的沉渣进行冲洗效果较好。产品中的杂质质量分数较改造前减少15％，产品优等品率提高到99％。     

论剪切质量的提高

通过对飞剪剪切长度，精度，剪刃间隙和压板机构等参数的优化，来提高钢板的剪切质量。     

储层压力与天然气分布关系——以鄂北塔巴庙地区上古生界储层为例

通过分析塔巴庙地区储层压力的分布特征，建立了研究区泥岩压实曲线，并对影响和控制该区储层压力的主要因素和机理进行了探讨，对“欠压实”剩余压力、生气增压、抬升引起的降压进行了定量计算。分析结果表明，晚三叠-早白垩世末“欠压实”作用和晚侏罗-早白垩世末烃源岩大量生烃作用使塔巴庙地区上古生界形成异常高压；晚白垩系构造抬升降压，使得现今储层为正常-低异常压力。同时证实了“欠压实”对天然气有压力封盖作用，天然气都分布在最大“欠压实”幅度以下的储层当中。烃源岩生气高峰为晚侏罗-早白垩世末，但天然气大规模运移是在晚白垩世，方向以沿过剩压力梯度降低较快的方向（太原-山西组至下石盒子组）垂向运移，通道主要为裂缝，运移的动力主要为异常高压。由于储层致密，聚集成藏能量有限，造成天然气充注不足、气水分异不好、含气饱和度低。     

压力容器类焊接产品的质量分析与控制

从控制和保证压力容器类焊接产品质量角度出发，通过分析其在制造过程中每道工序可能出现的质量问题，总结出这类产品在制造过程质量分析的要领及内容，提出了质量控制的关键，为制定焊接检验方案提供依据。     

链烷烃的表面张力与内压

对Ｄａｖｉｓ和Ｒｏｓｓｅｉｎｓｋｙ提出的关系检验表明，液体的表面张力σ与Ｐ１Ｖｍ１／３之比不仅取决于温度，还与液体的种类有关，据此，建立了一个能由链烷烃的分子结构准确预测其表面张力的方法。     

球罐活性缺陷的模糊评定方法

根据国内外有关标准和文献,利用模糊数学中的模糊描述和隶属度等概念,首次采用多级模糊综合评定理论,分层次地把活性缺陷的主要监测信息(即声发射源信息)和专家们的经验考虑在内,建立在用球形贮罐声发射源严重度多级模糊综合评定模型和方法,并编制计算机数据分析和处理程序,使评定结果趋于更合理和可靠.并给出在用球形贮罐声发射源严重度多级模糊综合评定算例,结果表明,该评定方法可以达到定量化的程度,与局部无损复验结果有良好的一致性.     

长25-29井卡钻事故的处理

长２５－２９井在完井阶段通井过程中发生粘附卡钻事故，在处理卡钻过程中又发生卡套铣筒、井漏、溢流等事故及复杂情况。通过对井下情况的认真分析，采取先堵漏后循环再解卡的处理方案，顺利地解除了该次卡钻事故，大大地减少了经济损失。     

Measurement and prediction of pressure drop in two-phase flow

Experimental data for air–water two-phase co-current flow in two different pipe diameters were used to test the prediction of pressure drop by a number of existing theories and correlations. Several models are shown to be useful for prediction, particularly with the stratified regimes which have proved difficult to handle in the past. The model suggested by Olujic proved to be of particular value.
