Novel soft magnetic ferrite materials will play a crucial role in next-generation trillion-dollar sensor technologies related to 5G communications and internet of things as these materials can achieve improved wireless power/signal transfer efficiency with high operation frequency. In this work, Ni0.4Co0.25Zn0.35Fe2O4 ferrites with high permeability and low magnetic loss were prepared for RF and microwave device applications. Composition and microstructure control is crucial to obtain the desired magnetic and loss properties. CuO dopant (x = 0 wt% to 20 wt%) were employed during the synthesis of Ni0.4Co0.25Zn0.35Fe2O4 ferrite specimens to modify the microstructures, thus improving the magnetic properties of the ferrites. High value of measured relative permeability (μ’ of 4-10) and relatively low magnetic loss tangent ( of 0.01-0.1) has been achieved at frequency range between 100 and 800 MHz. Addition of CuO, especially up to 3 wt%, can cause a significant increase in permeability. Real part of the permeability of 3.87 and 10.9 has been achieved for undoped and 3 wt% CuO doped specimens, while noticeable reduction in magnetic losses has been observed for the doped sample measured at 400 MHz. The resonance frequency of synthesized ferrites has also been shifted into GHz range, when higher concentration of CuO dopants (>5 wt%) were employed. 相似文献

Chromated copper arsenate (CCA), an arsenicbased wood preservative, is toxic to human health and the environment. Although
CCA is stable in seasoned wood, there are potential dangers during CCA manufacture, lumber treatment, and waste disposal.
This research was conducted to study the effectiveness of soy products to replace toxic chromium and arsenic compounds in
wood preservative formulations. Three soy product (Arpro 2100, HM 90, and Supro 760) were used as fixative agents in preservative
solutions containing anhydrous CuSO4 and Na2B4O7·10H2O. The decay resistance of treated wood blocks was measured by a soil-block culture method. Despite the large molecular sizes
of copper-protein and copper-boron-protein complexes, southern pine sapwood was treatable with these preservative formulations.
Wood samples treated with >6 kg°m−3 CuSO4 and 7.5 kg·m−3 soy product, and subsequently leached for 3 d and exposed to the decay fungus Gloeophyllum trabeum (Fr.) Mur., sustained only 0.5% weight loss over 12 wk. Wood samples needed 40 kg·m−3 CuSO4 and 50 kg·m−3 soy protein to resist the copper-tolerant decay fungus Postia placenta (Fr.) M. Lars. & Lomb. Flexible conductive polymer composites were prepared using styrene–butadiene rubber (SBR) as a matrix and conductive carbon black as filler. The filler loading was varied from 10 to 60 phr. The effect of frequency, filler loading, temperature, and applied pressure on the AC conductivity, permittivity, and loss factor of the composites was studied. The AC conductivity of low and high loaded composites was found to be frequency dependent and independent respectively. The permittivity and the loss factor were continuously decreasing with increasing frequency. The increase in filler loading increased the AC conductivity, dielectric constant, and loss factor of the composites. Increase in temperature imposed increase in conductivity and permittivity of the composites. With increasing applied pressure the properties showed exponential increase. Nitrogen molecules have been encapsulated into the central hollows of vertically aligned carbon nitride (CN) multiwalled nanofibers by dc plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition with C2H2, NH3, and N2 gases on a Ni/TiN/Si(1 0 0) substrate at 650 °C. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure spectra showed the existence of nitrogen molecules in CN nanofibers. Elemental mapping images with electron energy loss spectroscopy of the CN nanofiber and catalyst metal, and optical emission spectroscopy spectra of the plasma showed the distribution of nitrogen atoms and molecules in the CN nanofiber, catalyst metal, and gaseous precursor, respectively. These studies showed that atomic nitrogen diffused into the catalytic metal particle because of the concentration gradient and then saturated at the bottom of the particle. Saturated nitrogen atom participated in the formation of the CN nanofiber wall but most of nitrogen was trapped in the central hollow of the nanofiber as molecules. 相似文献

采用草酸盐沉淀法,以硝酸锶、硝酸钡、钛酸丁酯和草酸为原料,Dy2O3为掺杂剂,制得了Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3粉体,并于1250℃将其烧结成Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3系电介质陶瓷。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射及TH2818自动元件分析仪对Dy2O3掺杂量为0.2%~2%的Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3陶瓷的微观结构和介电性能进行研究。结果表明,Dy2O3的掺杂没有影响到BST陶瓷的主晶相钙钛矿结构,且一定量的Dy3+进入到BST晶格中。BST陶瓷的介电损耗随着掺杂量的增加而逐渐减小,介电常数随着掺杂量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当掺杂量为0.5%时,介电常数最大,为4 474.48。 相似文献

For a certain type of transonic axial fan, the flow field of a fan rotor with splitter blade was computed by numerical simulation, and the shape of the rotor was modified. The effects of different circumferential distributions concerning the splitter cascades upon the aerodynamic performance were investigated. The studies show that the optimum splitter cascade is not very close to the suction side of main blade. The load between the main blade and the splitter blade can be soundly distributed in terms of the adjustment of circumferential position of the splitter blade. The best aerodynamic performance can be successfully obtained according to the optimum shape of the expanding fluid channel reasonably formed by the splitter blade and the main blade. 相似文献
