Safe and Economic Operation of Power Plants – Research Results in the Field of Materials, Design and Maintenance Components of power plants which undergo high temperatures are subjected to complex loading situations. The requirements on the used materials result from the special operation conditions of the plants and have to be adjusted to the steadily growing requirements on higher efficiency of the complete power plant as well as to those of safe and economic operation. The expenses for control and downtimes are directly connected with economic efficiency and availability. However, in case of new procedures or components it is not possible to revert to the existing know‐how. Different failure mechanisms than known before can occur. The same goes for the load situation. Therefore the knowledge base has to be extended to in‐advance or even parallely running scientific examinations that life assessment and maintenance strategies can be applied which guarantee the operational reliability and the efficiency of the plant. The main emphasis of these F&E works has to be put on condition monitoring based on actual operational data, the standard materials’ and component’s behaviour (deformation, damage and failure behaviour) in connection with design of components and the related material laws. In the framework of applied AVIF projects, following problems are handled:. – qualification of materials by determinating parameters related to practise. – optimal design of components by making available material laws and numerical tools. – economic manufacturing of components by qualifying processing methods such as welding. – The results can be transferred to concepts for safe and economic operation of power plants, especially for newly introduced materials for which there is no operational experience available.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the findings from an extensive study of the use of virtual reality (VR) models in large construction projects. The study includes two parts: The first part presents a quantitative questionnaire designed to investigate how VR models are experienced and assessed by the workforce at a building site. The second part includes a qualitative field survey of how VR models can be applied and accepted by professionals in the design and planning process of a large pelletizing plant. Through mainly studying persons who had little or no experience with advanced information technology (IT), we hoped to reveal the attitudes of the average person working at a construction site rather than of an IT expert. In summary, the study shows that the VR models in both projects have been very useful and well accepted by the users. Today’s information flow is, from a general point of view, considered to be insufficient and the hypothesis is that using VR models in the construction process have the potential to minimize waste of resources and improve the final result.  相似文献

This study used the Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire (MPQ; A. Tellegen, in press) to identify personality-based subtypes of posttraumatic response. Cluster analyses of MPQs completed by combat veterans revealed subgroups that differed on measures relating to the externalization versus internalization of distress. The MPQ profile of the externalizing cluster was defined by low Constraint and Harmavoidance coupled with high Alienation and Aggression. Individuals in this cluster also had histories of delinquency and high rates of substance-related disorder. In comparison, the MPQ profile of the internalizing cluster was characterized by lower Positive Emotionality, Alienation, and Aggression and higher Constraint, and individuals in this cluster showed high rates of depressive disorder. These findings suggest that dispositions toward externalizing versus internalizing psychopathology may account for heterogeneity in the expression of posttraumatic responses, including patterns of comorbidity. 扫描式X光机是一种高精度,高性能的新型医疗设备,其显著优点在于大大降低了患者所受X光辐射剂量,可直接得到患者清晰的X光数字图像,缩短出片时间,X光片资料存储方便,便于实现远程诊断,该设备对运动控制部分的匀速性,平稳性和多次扫描的位置重复性的要求均很高。本文主要针对其运动控制部分的结构特点,分析了影响运动性能的主要原因,并将直接数字频率合成器应用于调速,从而实现了对其运动控制部分的要求。  相似文献

We propose a model structure with a double-layer hidden Markov model (HMM) to recognise driving intention and predict driving behaviour. The upper-layer multi-dimensional discrete HMM (MDHMM) in the double-layer HMM represents driving intention in a combined working case, constructed according to the driving behaviours in certain single working cases in the lower-layer multi-dimensional Gaussian HMM (MGHMM). The driving behaviours are recognised by manoeuvring the signals of the driver and vehicle state information, and the recognised results are sent to the upper-layer HMM to recognise driving intentions. Also, driving behaviours in the near future are predicted using the likelihood-maximum method. A real-time driving simulator test on the combined working cases showed that the double-layer HMM can recognise driving intention and predict driving behaviour accurately and efficiently. As a result, the model provides the basis for pre-warning and intervention of danger and improving comfort performance.  相似文献

针对部队、院校装备教学训练需求,以某型装甲车驾驶员终端为研究对象,研究并分析了某型装甲车辆驾驶员终端结构、工作原理以及对外的接口规范、标准,采用NI公司的虚拟仪表控件、MapInfo公司的MapX地图控件等控件,设计并实现了基于半实物的装甲车驾驶员终端训练系统。系统设计既能满足装备仿真训练,也可以接入实际装备,完成与实际装备的互联和通信,满足部队、院校教学训练的需要,达到了预期的目标。  相似文献

本文介绍用特殊悬浮法合成共聚掺混树脂的方法,并讨论了粒经、掺混树脂含量等因素对糊性能的影响.结果表明,通过使用多元混合引发剂和悬浮剂及加入适量的助分散剂、界面活性剂、调粒剂等,并通过控制搅拌速率、温度等工艺条件能有效地控制粒子的粒径、粒度分布及粒子形状,从而制得具有良好性能和粒度均匀的掺混树脂;在一定的粒径范围内(25~40μm),掺混树脂的平均粒径越大,对降低糊粘度的效果越好;增加掺混树脂的含量对降低初始糊粘度更为有利,在PVC糊树脂中加入一定量的掺混树脂可降低塑化温度,缩短塑化时间,从而改善了PVC糊树脂的加工性能.  相似文献
