文章针对油气田钻井、完井、开采过程中井周围产生污染带以及地层本身的非均质情况，建立了考虑表皮效应和井筒储存的双重介质复合油气藏模型，通过拉氏变换，求解和数值反演，给出该问题的现代试井样板曲线。文章分析了多种因素对在压力动态特征的影响，提出该模型可用于四川裂缝型气藏的现代试井分析。     

双栅MOS场效应管精确的二维电势分布与V_（th）的解析模型

双栅（ＤｕａｌＧａｔｅ）ＭＯＳ场效应管所具有的完全对称的独特结构带来一系列电学特性变化引起了人们广泛的研究兴趣。本文利用格林函数法，采用合理的边界条件，得出ＤＧＭＯＳ体硅的二维电势解析表达式，并由此导出适用于亚微米沟道ＤＧＭＯＳ管阈值电压的解析表达式。阈值电压模型与有关实验数据符合甚好。对于进一步深入探讨ＤＧＭＯＳ管的体反型（ＶｏｌｕｍｅＩｎｖｅｒｓｉｏｎ）效应及其引起的电学特性变化，本模型提供了有效的途径。     

Polymer residue chemical composition analysis and its effect on via contact resistance in dual damascene copper interconnects process integration

During via and trench plasma etching in dual damascene copper interconnects process integration, polymer residues and copper damage were created as by-products of the dry-etch process. The polymer residue chemical composition and copper damage were analyzed by Auger electron spectroscopy. Analysis result indicated that besides copper, carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen and trace amounts of chlorine and sulphur were also observed. The polymer residue and copper damage are the important reasons of cause higher via contact resistance and lower via yield. It could be reduced and eliminated effectively using optimized plasma etch recipe, improved polymer residue removal methods and improved pre-treatment before metal deposition and so on.     

饮用水不同类型消毒剂对分质供水管材溶蚀作用研究

在管道分质供水工程中 ,不同类型消毒剂对管材的溶蚀作用缺乏系统研究。选择三种供水管材、三种消毒剂进行对比试验的结果表明 :对于同一种管材 ,不同类型杀菌剂对浸泡水TOC ,VOCs及口感的影响没有明显差别 ,但对于不同类型管材这些指标存在明显差别。纯净水在管道中产生的这些二次污染 ,虽然不足以引起相关水质指标超标 ,但在一定程度上会影响水的口感。建议在管道分质供水设计中 ,应根据所采用的净水工艺选择合适的管材 ,保证管道分质供水的高品质     

1024至65536道核谱数据获取与处理系统

本文描述了一个基于IBMPC/XT微型计算机的具有多种获取规模的核谱数据获取与处理系统。该系统既能获取1024,2048,4096道的单参数谱,又能获取128×128,256×128、256×256的双参数谱。接口电路采用了顺序记录型DMA方式,每获取一个标码,硬件工作的总时间平均为7.5μs。     

柴油/汽油双燃料发动机粗暴现象的发生机理及控制措施

通过实验与模型计算 ,分析了柴油 /汽油双燃料发动机准均质燃烧过程中粗暴现象的发生机理 ,研究结果表明 :柴油 /汽油双燃料发动机出现工作粗暴的主要原因是均质混合气区放热率过大。实验结果表明 :减小柴油喷油提前角、增大汽油混合气的过量空气系数都能有效地降低缸内压力升高率 ,从而降低发动机的工作粗暴程度     

应用单片机控制氢—汽油双燃料发动机回火的探讨

氢－汽油双燃料发动机具有显著的节能、降低排放的优点，在我国具有十分广阔的应用前景。但是氢－汽油双燃料发动机的应用受到进气歧管回火的限制。为此，对应用５１系列单片机，实现进气歧管定时、定量供氢，彻底消除进气歧管回火进行了系统的探讨。     

A novel combined cycle with synthetic utilization of coal and natural gas

 In this paper, a novel combined cycle with synthetic utilization of coal and natural gas is proposed, in which the burning of coal provides thermal energy to the methane/steam reforming reaction. The syngas fuel, generated by the reforming reaction, is directly provided to the gas turbine as fuel. The reforming process with coal firing has been investigated based on the concept of energy level, and the equations has been derived to disclosing the mechanism of the cascade utilization of chemical energy of natural gas and coal in the reforming process with coal firing. Through the synthetic utilization of natural gas and coal, the exergy destruction of the combustion of syngas is decreased obviously compared with the direct combustion of natural gas and coal. As a result, the overall thermal efficiency of the new cycle reaches 52.9%, as energy supply by methane is about twice as much as these of coal. With the same consumption of natural gas and coal the new cycle can generate about 6% more power than the reference cycles (the combined cycle and the steam power plant). The promising results obtained here provide a new way to utilize natural gas and coal more efficiently and economically by synthetic utilization.     

沼气-柴油双燃料发动机发电机组防飞车装置的研制

本文阐述了沼气-柴油双燃料发动机发电机组发生飞车的原因及防飞车原理，并设计了一套防飞车装置。该装置采用以单片机为核心的监控系统．其结构简单，能迅速、准确地防止飞车发生，工作可靠性好。     

490Q直喷型柴油机改装成柴油-LPG双燃料发动机的试验研究

作者将车用490Q柴油机改装成柴油-LPG双燃料发动机，并通过分别燃用全柴油和柴油-LPG双燃料，进行了相应工况下的对比试验，得出了二者的动力性、经济性以及排放噪声等性能指标，总结出双燃料发动机的工作特性。
