The electrochemical behaviors of anodized aluminum in neutral NaCl and Na2SO4 solutions were studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results reveal that there is a self-sealing process for unsealed anodic film in neutral NaCl and Na2SO4 solutions. The resistance of the porous layer (Rp) and the capacitance of the barrier layer (CPEb) increase and the capacitance of the porous layer (CPEp) decreases with immersion time in the initial stage. Corrosion resistance provided by the anodic film is improved by the self-sealing process of the porous layer. However, chloride ions have an opposite effect. The improving effect of the self-sealing process on film resistance is decreased with the increase of chloride concentration of the solution.  相似文献

通过模拟室内自然状态、氯化镁溶液和水三种工作环境,采用CS350电化学工作站,结合理论与试验分析,对镁水泥混凝土涂层钢筋的交流阻抗谱进行研究。结果表明:通过对交流阻抗谱和涂层电阻的表征分析得出该涂层可以很好地保护镁水泥混凝土中的钢筋免受腐蚀。不同的混凝土保护层厚度对同时期的涂层电阻有一定的影响,涂层电阻的大小随保护层厚度增加而增加。从而得出该涂层对镁水泥钢筋混凝土中的钢筋起到很好的保护作用,进而解决镁水泥钢筋混凝土在盐渍土地区应用易受侵蚀的问题。  相似文献

采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱分析(EDS)研究添加(La,Ce)混合稀土前后AZ91镁合金在融雪剂溶液中经历干/湿交替循环腐蚀后腐蚀产物的组成和结构。结果表明:未添加(La,Ce)混合稀土的AZ91镁合金的腐蚀产物主要由Mg(OH)_2,MgO,CaCO_3及Mg_6Al_2CO_3(OH)_(16)·4H_2O组成;而添加混合稀土的AZ91镁合金表面生成了(La,Ce)AlO_3等含稀土元素的腐蚀产物,同时腐蚀产物出现致密层。不同周期干/湿交替循环腐蚀的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试结果表明,添加(La,Ce)混合稀土的镁合金在相同腐蚀周期的阻抗谱幅值均高于AZ91镁合金的阻抗谱幅值,稀土的添加有助于降低阻抗谱的弥散效应,表明(La,Ce)混合稀土可以提高AZ91镁合金在干/湿交替腐蚀环境中的耐蚀性和腐蚀产物膜的稳定性。  相似文献

The corrosion behavior of 2A02 Al alloy under simulated marine atmospheric environment has been studied using mass-gain, scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS), laser scanning confocal microscopy, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy and localized electrochemical methods. The results demonstrate that the relationship between the corrosion induced mass-gain and the corrosion time is in accordance with the power rule. The mass-gain increases gradually during the corrosion time, while the corrosion rate decreases. With ongoing of the corrosion, corrosion products film changed from a porous to a compact structure. The various spectroscopic data show that the corrosion products films composed mainly of Al(OH)3, Al2O3 and AlCl3. The electrochemical corrosion behavior of the 2A02 Al alloy was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).  相似文献

The corrosion kinetics and patina (corrosion products) layer evolution of galvanized steel submitted to wet/dry cyclic corrosion test in a simulated coastal-industrial atmosphere was investigated. The results show that zinc coating has a greater corrosion rate during the initial period and a lower corrosion rate during the subsequent period, and the patina composition and structure can greatly affect the corrosion kinetics evolution of zinc coating. Moreover, Zn5(OH)6(CO3)2 and Zn4(OH)6SO4 are identified as the main stable composition and exhibit an increasing relative amount; while Zn12(OH)15Cl3(SO4)3 cannot stably exist and diminish in the patina layer as the corrosion develops.  相似文献

This work investigated the influence of Sn and Mo on corrosion behavior of ferrite-pearlite steel in the simulated bottom plate environment of cargo oil tank. The results indicate that the corrosion rate of three ferrite-pearlite steels increased with extending the immersion time due to the continuous accumulation of the residual Fe_3C. However, the addition of Sn or the combined addition of Sn and Mo could reduce the corrosion rate of Sn containing steel and Sn-Mo containing steel to 37.5% and 20% of that of carbon steel, respectively. Moreover, the cathodic reaction of Sn containing steel and Sn-Mo containing steel was always controlled by the charge transfer step during the whole immersion test, while that of carbon steel was gradually transformed into the diffusion-controlled process. These results were mainly related with the deposition of metallic Sn and Mo on the steel surface. The metallic Sn and Mo with uniform distribution restrained the galvanic effect through suppressing both the anodic dissolution of ferrite and cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction on the residual Fe_3C.  相似文献

采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、金相显微镜和电化学阻抗等手段研究了锌在青海盐湖大气环境(富盐干旱型大气环境)中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在青海盐湖大气环境中锌的腐蚀规律遵循经验公式m=Atn。锌的向地面比向天面腐蚀严重,向天面暴晒48个月出现锈层脱落现象。两个表面的腐蚀产物均由Zn5(OH)8Cl2·H2O,Zn5(CO)3(OH)6和Zn4SO4(OH)6·3H2O组成,锈层均富含SiO2。电化学结果表明,随着暴晒时间的延长向地面的极化电阻Rp逐渐增大,而向天面的Rp逐渐增加,而暴晒48个月时减小。锈层有抑制基体腐蚀的作用,对两个表面锈层的保护性随暴晒时间的延长而增大,而向天面暴晒48个月时保护性减弱。  相似文献

针对当前JCA适配器开发难度大、效率低问题,提出一种JCA资源适配器的基础开发框架。该框架运用良好的设计模式,抽取并实现JCA规范中的系统契约和应用契约的核心部分,从而使开发人员只需实现和具体企业信息系统密切相关的功能特性,给出一套基于该基础框架的开发工具进行适配器的开发。实验结果表明,该框架能够有效地提高适配器的开发效率和质量。  相似文献

摄像机运动时,处于不同景深的景物在成像面上会产生不同的运动矢量,传统电子稳像算法无法有效解决该类问题。为此,利用成像关系系统,分析电子稳像中摄像机运动对景深场景成像的影响,通过对景深场景的实验验证,提出一种考虑景深问题的运动矢量权值分配补偿方法。实验结果表明,与现有的全局运动矢量补偿相比,该方法可以获得更好的补偿效果。  相似文献

This paper presents a simple electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) aptasensor based on an anti-thrombin-aptamer as a molecular recognition element. Improvement in sensitivity was achieved by utilizing gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), which were self-assembled on the surface of a bare electrode by using 1,6-Hexanedithiol as a medium. To quantify the amount of thrombin, changes in the interfacial electron transfer resistance (Ret) of the aptasensor were monitored using the redox couple of an [Fe(CN)6]3−/4− probe. The plot of (RetiRet0)/Ret0 against the logarithm of thrombin concentration is linear with over the range from 0.1 nM to 30 nM with a detection limit of 0.013 nM. Meanwhile, the packing density of aptamers was determined by cyclic voltammetric (CV) studies of redox cations (e.g., [Ru(NH3)6]3+) which were electrostatically bound to the DNA phosphate backbones. The results indicate that the total amount of aptamer probes immobilized on the gold nanoparticle surface is sixfold higher than that on the bare electrode. The aptasensor also showed good selectivity for thrombin without being affected by the presence of other proteins.  相似文献
