目前用于弱凝胶调驱的化学驱软件大多存在计算速度慢、数值弥散现象严重的问题,为了提高弱凝胶调驱数值模拟的速度和精度,提出了降低维数的模拟方法。利用追踪流线的方法,将弱凝胶调驱的三维渗流问题,转化为沿流线计算饱和度的一维问题,大大降低了求解饱和度方程组中方程的数目,从而提高了计算速度。利用该方法,模拟了玉门老君庙油田一个试验井区的水驱开发历史,优化了弱凝胶调驱的注入浓度、注入速度及注入体积等参数,并预测了弱凝胶调驱的动态,预测该方案可提高采收率7.6%。 相似文献

The strength of case-hardened parts under cyclic loading can be determined in an experimental manner, but this can produce
a large amount of costs due to the expenditure of material and testing time. Therefore, a calculation method is developed,
that strongly reduces the number of experiments. The presented model is based on Weibull's weakest-link concept and allows
to compute the survival probability of a case-hardened part which is loaded close to the fatigue limit. The essential quantities
in this model are the distribution of Vicker's hardness of the material, the exponents of the Weibull distribution of the
volume and the surface, the residual stress state, the surface roughness and the surface oxidation depth. By integrating the
survival probabilities of the surface and the volume, the survival probability of the entire specimen or part can be calculated,
which allows to compute the fatigue limit. The necessary parameters have to be determined from reference specimens. The model
is successfully examined by comparing experimental and calculated results of smooth and notched case-hardened specimens under
alternating torsion, rotating bending, repeated tension and tension-compression.

The classical spectral analysis of structural response to a gusty wind is applied to the prediction of fatigue damage as expressed by the rate of accumulation of Miner's quotient, using the rainflow algorithm to establish stress-range cycle counts. A general solution in chart form is given for the effect of the broad-band (quasi-static) part of the response spectrum, together with an algebraic formulation for its combination with the effect of narrow-band (quasi-resonant) response.A procedure for integration of the long-term expectation of Miner's quotient is indicated. It is concluded that quasi-static response alone is unlikely to pose a serious fatigue problem. With generally anticipated levels of dynamic response, fatigue damage is greatly increased, but can be controlled at acceptable levels by care to avoid features especially sensitive to fatigue. 相似文献

For environmental considerations, the substitution of the conventionally used oil-based grinding fluids has nowadays become strongly recommended. Although several alternatives have been proposed, cryogenic cooling by liquid nitrogen is the non-polluting coolant that has been given relatively more attention because of its very low temperature. In this investigation, in order to contribute to developing this promising cooling mode, its beneficial effects on the ground surface integrity of the AISI 304 stainless steel and their consequences on the fatigue lifetime are explored. Results of this investigation show that grinding under cryogenic cooling mode generates surfaces with lower roughness, less defects, higher work hardening and less tensile residual stresses than those obtained on surfaces ground under oil-based grinding fluid. These surface enhancements result into substantial improvements in the fatigue behaviour of components ground under this cooling mode. An increasing rate of almost 15% of the endurance limit at 2 × 106 cycles could be realized. SEM analyses of the fatigue fracture surfaces have shown that the fatigue cracks observed on the specimens ground under cryogenic cooling are shorter (i.e., 30-50 μm) than those generated under oil-based cooling mode (i.e., 150-200 μm). The realized improvements in the surface integrity and in the fatigue behaviour are thought to be related to the reduction of the grinding zone temperature observed under cryogenic cooling, as no significant differences between the grinding force components for both cooling modes have been observed. 相似文献
