The effect of an NiAl microcrystalline coating prepared by magnetron sputtering on the high-temperature oxidation behavior of NiAl–28Cr–5Mo–1Hf was investigated in static air at 1000–1150°C. The additions of Cr, Mo, and Hf changed the single -phase structure into a multiphase structure [-NiAl, -Cr(Mo), and Heusler phase]. The NiAl–28Cr–5Mo–1Hf alloy formed a nonprotective mixed scale of Al2O3+Cr2O3+HfO2 and exhibited relatively large weight gains. The large weight gains were attributed to extensive internal oxidation. The sputtered NiAl microcrystalline coating remarkably improved the oxidation resistance of NiAl–28Cr–5Mo–1Hf due to the formation of a compact and adherent Al2O3 scale at all test temperatures. It was found that the --Al2O3 transformation caused the anomalous behavior of the oxidation–kinetics curves of the NiAl microcrystalline coating in the temperature range 1000–1150°C. 研究了施加稳恒磁场(0~1 T)对电镀Ni-W合金的影响。测定不同方向、不同强度稳恒磁场下的电流效率、合金组成及镀层的耐蚀性,并用扫描电镜和X射线衍射对镀层的微观形貌及结构进行了观察和分析。对实验结果进行了分析讨论,找出稳恒磁场对这些性能指标的影响规律。结果表明:与不施加磁场相比,施加磁场后镀层的表面更均匀、细致、平整;镀层的含钨量上升:当B⊥J,B=1.0 T时,含钨量上升了约7%;当B∥J,B=1.0 T时,含钨量上升了约9%;镀膜的非晶化程度增强;镀膜的耐蚀性提高;但Ni-W合金电镀的电流效率降低。 相似文献

The void evolution equation and the elastoplastic constitutive model of casting magnesium alloy were investigated. The void evolution equation consists of the void growth and the void nucleation equations. The void growth equation was obtained based on the continuous supposition of the material matrix, and the void nucleation equation was derived by assuming that the void nucleation follows a normal distribution. A softening function related to the void evolution was given. After the softening function was embedded to a nonclassical elastoplastic constitutive equation, a constitutive model involving void evolution was obtained. The numerical algorithm and the finite element procedure related to the constitutive model were developed and applied to the analysis of the distributions of the stress and the porosity of the notched cylindrical specimens of casting magnesium alloy ZL305. The computed results show satisfactory agreement with the experimental data. 相似文献

观察到Ni-34.6at.-%Al薄带单程和双程形状记忆效应(SME),单程SME发生在300℃以上并具有很好的形状恢复率(100%)。经高温退火后合金中产生了体积分数为16%的延性γ′-Ni_3Al沉淀相、延性和韧性有进一步改善,同时发现退火后的薄带也具有良好的单程和双程高温SME。结果表明富Ni的NiAl有可能成为新型高温形状记忆合金(SMA)。 相似文献

This article describes microstructure control aimed for wear-resistance improvement of Co-based (Co-Cr-W-B-Si) self-fluxing
alloy coating by diffusion treatment. The diffusion treatments of thermally sprayed Co-based self-fluxing alloy coating on
steel substrate were carried out at 1370-1450 K for 600-6000 s under an Ar gas atmosphere. Microstructural variations of the
coating and the interface between the substrate and the coating were investigated in detail. A proper diffusion treatment
precipitates two kinds of fine compounds in Co-based matrix. X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA)
analysis revealed these precipitates to be a chromium boride dissolving cobalt and a tungsten boride containing cobalt and
chromium. The size of each precipitate became larger with increasing treatment temperature and time. A coating with the proper
size borides showed a superior wear-resistance.

测量了Mn-Cu-Al三元合金(含56-60wt-%Mn,0-3.59wt-%Al)在-150—150℃的声频内耗,发现当试样在调幅线的温度范围内进行时效时,内耗随着时效时间的增加而增加,并在特定的时间内达到极大值.时效温度越高,达到极大值的时间越短.在时效一定的时间后出现马氏体相变峰和孪晶界面弛豫峰.相变峰随着时效时间的增加而向高温移动;弛豫峰则出现在15℃左右(频率约1kHz),测得其激活能是0.56eV. 在调幅线内时效使合金的硬度、强度及脆性墙加,Al元素有增加合金的强度而降低其内耗的作用.实验结果表明,在450℃时效2—3h,可得到合金的内耗和强度的最佳综合指标. 根据内耗、模量、金相检验和X射线分析的结果,认为调幅分解后产生的富Mn区是合金发生相变和高内耗的来源,也是合金的强度增加和韧性降低的原因. 相似文献
