热塑性淀粉／聚己内酯共混物的制备和性能的初步研究

利用热塑性淀粉（TPS）与聚己内酯（PCL）熔融共混并挤出可用来制备完全可生物降解的塑料，研究表明，组分PCL以及增塑剂水和甘油的含量对体系的力学性能和耐水性有显著的影响。     

PP／LDPE共混物熔体流动特性的研究

将两种熔融流动指数（ＭＦＩ）相差大的聚丙烯（ＰＰ）分别与一低密度聚乙烯（ＬＤＰＥ）进行共混，用熔体流动速率仪测定其流动特性。发现ＭＦＩ值高的ＰＰ，当共混比ＰＰ／ＬＤＰＥ为５０／５０时，其熔体流动速率（ＭＦＲ）为最大，本文对此作了初步的分析和讨论。     

Studies on expansion properties in mortar containing waste glass and fibers

The utilization of waste glass in concrete can cause cracking and weakening due to expansion by alkali-silica reaction (ASR). In this study, ASR expansion and properties of strength were analyzed in terms of waste glass content, glass color (brown, green), fibers (steel fiber, polypropylene fiber) and fiber content, in anticipation of reducing ASR expansion.Results showed that green waste glass was more usable than brown because its expansion was less than that of brown glass. Using the accelerated ASTM C 1260 test of waste glass, no pessimum content was found. Furthermore, when fibers and waste glass were combined, there was an effect on the reduction of expansion and strength loss due to ASR between the alkali in the cement paste and the silica in the waste glass. In particular, adding 1.5 vol.% of steel fiber to concrete containing 20% waste glass reduced the expansion ratio by 40% and increased flexural strength by up to 110%, a vast improvement when compared with using only waste glass (80 °C H₂O curing) by itself.     

CPE/P(AA-AM-HMA)吸水膨胀弹性体的研究

采用机械共混将氯化聚乙烯(CPE)与自制的吸水树脂丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物[P(AA-AM-HMA)]共混，并且以合成的两亲聚合物为共混试样的增容剂实施增容，讨论了吸水树脂以及增容荆对共混试样的力学性能和溶胀性能的影响。结果表明简单共混时随吸水树脂量增大。共混试样的拉伸强度降低，其吸水率增大。CPE-g-PEG的加入改善了试样的力学性能，与氯化聚乙烯／丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物共混体系相比，CPE／丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺．羟甲基丙烯酸共聚物试样吸水慢．平衡吸水率较大，质量损失率较小，而且受盐的影响较小。     

配煤法制备中孔活性炭的试验研究

以不同配比的大同烟煤和太西无烟煤为原料，不同配比的碱式碳酸镁和硝酸铵作为添加剂，在不同的炭化温度和活化时间下制备活性炭。试验结果表明：高含量的大同烟煤、碱式碳酸镁和硝酸铵的比值为1：2、600℃的炭化温度更有利于制备中孔丰富的活性炭。     

HDPE新牌号树脂的研究

根据扬子石化公司开发HDPE新牌号产品的生产经验,从分子量及分子量分布与树脂性能的关系、密度对HDPE性能的影响、HDPE的共聚改性、HDPE的共混改性、添加剂与HDPE改性等5个方面讨论了HDPE新牌号产品开发的方法。     

丙烯酸改性聚氨酯的合成与性能的研究

采用聚丙烯酸酯与聚氨酯共混、以水性聚氯酯为种子乳液进行丙烯酸种子乳液聚合以及水性聚氨酯与丙烯酸接枝共聚3种方法分别得到丙烯酸改性水性聚氯酯，通过激光散射粒径仪测定乳胶粒的粒径、乳胶膜的透明性、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结构分析以及扫描电镜(SEM)对乳胶膜结构和表面形貌进行分析。结果表明：采用种子乳液聚合反应和接枝反应所得到的丙烯酸改性水性聚氯酯乳液乳胶粒粒径比水性聚氨酯的粒径显增大，表现出良好的相容性；由种子乳液聚合和接枝聚合制备的丙烯酸改性水性聚氯酯胶膜中颗粒与颗粒之间结合紧密，表面光亮、透明。     

关于氟化氢生产中原料混合问题的讨论

在无水氟化氢生产原料中，添加了发烟硫酸作为新原料。由于液体原料混合方法的不同，在生产中会产生不同的效果。本文介绍了预混合法和在线混合法的优缺点。     

Synthesis,characterization, and application of PVP/chitosan blended polymers

The purpose of this study was to research the compatibility and application of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)/chitosan blended polymers. The polymers were synthesized at different weight ratios and tested using techniques such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis to evaluate the compatibility of the blended materials. Incompatibility occurred when the quantity of chitosan exceeded 75%. The addition of PVP was beneficial for the thermal stability of chitosan, but resulted in inferior strength performance. Furthermore, the blended polymers did not show a color‐enhancement effect, but did show elevated water absorption, chlorine resistance, and colorfastness. In addition, the treated fabrics with a higher chitosan ratio in the blended polymer had antimicrobial properties. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 101: 885–891, 2006
