功率GaAs MESFET的热阻测试

阐述了功率ＧａＡｓＭＥＳＦＥＴ器件热阻测试中温敏参数ＶＧＳＦ和测试电流Ｉｍ的选取，给出了１～５Ｗ器件典型温敏参数的温度测试系数Ｍ与测试电流Ｉｍ的关系。讨论了测试延迟时间ｔｍｄ对△ＶＧＳＦ测量值的影响和三种校正方法。     

Asymptotic efficiency properties of least squares in an ultrastructural model

This paper considers the estimation of both the intercept term and the slope parameter in a linear ultrastructural model using direct regression and reverse regression methods. Without assuming the errors to be normally distributed, asymptotic expressions for the bias and the variance of the estimators are derived and analyzed. The effect of departure of the errors from normality is also studied.     

Correlation study between standard plate count and flow cytometry for determination of raw milk total bacterial count

Milk samples were collected in the dry season ( n =  155) and in the rainy season ( n =  68) to establish a correlation between electronic flow cytometry and standard plate count for the determination of total bacterial count of raw milk. Results were expressed in individual bacterial count (ibc) and colony forming unit (cfu) for electronic flow cytometry (Bactocount) and standard plate count, respectively. The accuracy of Bactocount, denoted by the residual standard deviation ( s ( y,x )), was 0.309 log cfu/mL. The predictive interval of estimated values was broad and it is suggested that total bacterial count should be expressed in ibc without transformation to cfu.

一种气体缓流流量测量用传感器的研究

本文提出了一种采用悬挂靶的流量传感器，并对其工作特性进行了理论分析及试验研究，这种传感器具有很好的低流速（流量）测量特性，并且具有易于交换量程，工作可靠等优点，试验表明，悬挂靶式流量传感器可测量流速低于１ｍ／ｓ的空气管流。     

TDR特性阻抗测试技术应用

当传输线的阻抗不连续时,将会产生多重反射,并破坏电路系统信号的完整性。通常使用时域反射计法（TDR）测量传输线的特性阻抗值。TDR法测试具有快速、简单、经济、实用、精度较高的特点。该测试方法又分为单端测量和差分测量两种,目前,单端测量的结果比较稳定,也较为常用。     

中小型软件质量度量应用与研究

目前国内对软件质量评估还没有明确的准则和衡量标准,难以实现定量评价,运用软件度量的最新研究成果,针对中小型软件进行质量指标分析,确定度量指标体系,建立定量度量模型,最终开发软件系统,进行案例分析。     

Experiments with a hybrid interior point/combinatorial approach for network flow problems

Interior point (IP) algorithms for Min Cost Flow (MCF) problems have been shown to be competitive with combinatorial approaches, at least on some problem classes and for very large instances. This is in part due to availability of specialized crossover routines for MCF; these allow early termination of the IP approach, sparing it with the final iterations where the Karush Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) systems become more difficult to solve. As the crossover procedures are nothing but combinatorial approaches to MCF that are only allowed to perform few iterations, the IP algorithm can be seen as a complex ‘multiple crash start’ routine for the combinatorial ones. We report our experiments of allowing one primal-dual combinatorial algorithm to MCF to perform as many iterations as required to solve the problem after being warm-started by an IP approach. Our results show that the efficiency of the combined approach critically depends on the accurate selection of a set of parameters among very many possible ones, for which designing accurate guidelines appears not to be an easy task; however, they also show that the combined approach can be competitive with the original combinatorial algorithm, at least on some ‘difficult’ instances.     

基于机器视觉的隔热条尺寸测量系统

针对当前隔热条的尺寸测量仍停留在产品离线后,工作人员用卡尺测量,劳动强度大,工作效率低、测量精度易受人为因素影响的现状,本文提出将机器视觉技术引入到隔热条自动化生产线的在线尺寸检测系统中,这种非接触式测量既可以避免在测量过程中对隔热条的损坏,又可以提高测量精度和测量速度,从而达到提高测量效能的目的。
