利用铝（100）面隧道孔制备纳米模板及有序阵列材料

高纯铝箔通常通过电化学扩面后用作铝电解电容器的阳极材料。利用铝箔（100）面隧道孔制备纳米模板。这种纳米模板的特点是制作简单、模板面积大，纳米阵列材料形状可控性强。还利用两步电化学侵蚀铝箔的特殊工艺，研制出纵横交错的TiO2纳米有序阵列材料。     

对河南铝工业发展的几点建议

从全国及河南省铝工业的发展现状入手，分析了河南铝工业的优势及发展中存在的不足。阐述了发展河南铝工业应把握的几个主要问题，并提出了自己的建议和看法。     

Formation of composites fabricated by exothermic dispersion reaction in A1-TiO2-B2O3 system

The formation of aluminum matrix composites fabricated by exothermic dispersion reaction in A1-TiO2-B2O3 system was investigated. The thermal analysis results show that the reactions are spontaneous and exothermic. The Gibbs free energy of α-Al2O3 is the lowest among all the combustion products, followed by TiB2 and Al3Ti. It is noted that when the B2O3/TiO2 mole ratio is below 1, the reaction products are composed of particle-like α-Al2O3, TiB2 and rod-like Al3Ti. The α-Al2O3 crystallites, resulting from the reaction between A1 and TiO2 or B2O3, are segregated at the grain boundaries due to a lower wettability with the matrix. SEM micrographs show that rod-like Al3Ti phase distributes uniformly in the matrix. When the BEO3/TiO2 mole ratio is around 1, the Al3Ti phase almost disappears in the composites, and the distribution of α-Al2O3 particulates is improved evidently.     

长期酸化对红壤中活性固相铝库大小及亏损程度的影响

用连续分级提取和反复多次酸提取方法研究了长期土壤酸化对红壤固相铝库中铝含量及亏损程度的影响。研究结果表明:嵊县红壤的活性铝库大于永春红壤和屯溪红壤;因永春红壤和屯溪红壤的酸化程度大于嵊县红壤,前两者的有机铝库和无机铝库都比嵊县红壤的亏损,因此反复酸提取过程中铝的释放量也比嵊县红壤少;当高强度酸输入土壤后,弱键合的有机络合态铝可快速活化并亏损,剩余铝库因活性小而释放速率减小,但长期酸化过程中,动力学控制的低活性铝库的活化可能对铝的溶解量仍有重要贡献。     

Evolution of grain structure in thin film reactions

In this paper, we examine, both experimentally and theoretically, the kinetics of formation and microstructure of product phases in thin film reactions, using the Nb/Al and Ti/Al systems as our prototypes. The results of calorimetry and microscopy studies are interpreted using simple kinetic and morphology models. In particular, the kinetic models employed here focus on the nucleation and growth components of the phase formation process and the morphology models provide a starting point for the classification of product grain structures. 发泡法制备泡沫铝

介绍了发泡法制备泡沫铝的工艺过程，论述了增粘、混合、发泡和冷却４个过程对泡沫铝孔结构的影响。采用ＴｉＨ２的缓释技术，可大大延缓ＴｉＨ２的反应时间，使ＴｉＨ２均匀混入铝熔体，从而制得孔结构均匀、吸声性能优良的泡沫铝。     

形成前处理对提高铝箔比容的影响

阳极氧化膜是电解电容器的工作介质，其质量的优劣直接影响着铝电解电容器的性能。若在形成前将腐蚀箔在７５℃左右的Ａ溶液（〔Ａ〕≈０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）中浸泡约１０ｍｉｎ，然后在５７０℃左右热处理３ｈ，阳极氧化膜的结构与性能将得到改善，铝箔比容可提高２５％～５０％，而形成电能降低３０％～５０％，从而可有效提高形成效率。

在连铸生产铝镇静钢时,水口絮流一直是困扰工程技术人员的一个难题.从絮流的原因入手,分析了Al2O3生成的控制.并介绍了几种钢水钙化的方法,从中比较出用复合造渣材料来解决浇铸铝镇静钢的优点.     

低压铝箔交流腐蚀研究

在３０Ｈｚ频率下，通过铝箔在ＨＣｌ＋Ｈ２ＳＯ４＋ＨＮＯ３＋Ｈ３ＰＯ４体系中的交流腐蚀，研究腐蚀液组成中腐蚀主体及缓蚀剂对铝箔腐蚀的作用，探讨腐蚀过程中电源频率、腐蚀液温度、电流密度及腐蚀时间对铝箔腐蚀的影响。腐蚀液组成的配比恰当，有利于比容的提高。在特定的频率下采用合适的腐蚀液温度、适宜的电流密度和腐蚀时间可以提高铝箔的静电容量。     

搅拌工艺对半固态Y112铝合金组织及性能的影响

采用自行研制的机械搅拌装置,研究了不同工艺参数对半固态Y112铝合金组织及性能的影响.研究表明,搅拌温度越高,搅拌速度越大,固相颗粒越细小、均匀和圆整,其抗拉强度与伸长率越高;但温度太高,固相颗粒会熔化,抗拉强度及伸长率也降低;随搅拌时间的延长,固相颗粒先变得细小、均匀和圆整,然后长大,抗拉强度、伸长率先升高后降低.
