To investigate the effect of a flame retardant on PC/ABS alloy systems, a reactive‐type brominated epoxy resin was used as a flame retardant, and mixed with PC/ABS at various amount using a twin‐screw extruder. The rheological, morphological, mechanical, and thermal properties were investigated as a function of acrylonitrile (AN) content in ABS. The shear viscosity of the PC/ABS blend increased as the AN content in ABS increased. Temperature drastically affected the shear viscosity in the ABS matrix, but not as much in the PC matrix. A blend of PC 50% containing AN 22% is suitable to process because its shear viscosity is low in the high shear rate region and its mechanical properties drastically increase in the beginning of the PC matrix. Fe-rich intermetallics, especially β-Fe phase, usually forming in the microstructure of cast aluminum alloys, are very detrimental to mechanical properties. In the present work, the effects of Fe content on phase transformation and microstructures were analyzed using a 3D X-ray microscope. Based on the high-resolution 3D X-ray computed tomography, the 3D characteristics of Fe-rich intermetallics and micropores in the gravity-cast Al-6Si alloys with different Fe contents were investigated. In addition, the effect of intermetallics on the microporosity was discussed. The results show that with increasing the Fe content from 0.10wt.% to 0.60wt.%, the volume fraction of Fe-rich intermetallics and the volume of the largest size Fe-rich intermetallic increased, and the 3D morphology of intermetallics changed from fine flake to network aggregation. As the Fe contents increased, the shrinkage pores were characterized, which were rather complex due to the micropores promoted by the intermetallics interactions.  相似文献

为研究钛铝合金电火花加工工艺参数对材料去除率的影响,通过四因子二水平的全因子析因实验,确定了材料去除率的显著影响因子为电极极性、脉宽、占空比和峰值电流。通过最陡上升路径法,找到了材料去除率最大值对应的参数范围,并以此为基础设计中心复合响应曲面实验,得到了材料去除率的拟合公式,计算出材料去除率理论最大值及其对应的加工参数。实验验证了材料去除率拟合公式的正确性,并给出材料去除率拟合公式适用的参数范围。  相似文献

针对2A14铝合金同时进行了激光-MIG复合焊和激光-MIG复合填丝焊试验,对比分析了激光功率、离焦量、焊接速度、焊接电流、光丝间距、填丝速度等工艺参数对两种焊接方法焊缝成形的影响规律.结果表明,铝合金激光-MIG复合填丝焊方法切实可行,工艺适应性良好,与铝合金激光-MIG复合焊相比,均能在较宽的工艺参数范围内实现良好的焊缝成形;相同试验参数条件下,铝合金激光-MIG复合填丝焊的焊缝成形特征与激光-MIG复合焊基本相同,但其熔敷速度明显大于激光-MIG复合焊,焊缝余高明显增加.  相似文献

The influence of different contents of rare earth Y on the corrosion resistance of AZ91 alloy was investigated by the salt spray test and electrochemical measurements. It was found that the proper amount of Y was effective on improving the corrosion resistance of AZ91 alloy. The optimal modification effect was obtained when the Y content in the alloys was 0.3 wt.%. However, with the increase of rare earth Y, the corrosion rate became bigger slightly, and further addition of Y content over 0.3 wt.% resulted in the increment of the corrosion rate. It is suggested that the excessive rare earth Y can reduce the corrosion resistance of AZ91 alloy.  相似文献

For improvement of adhesive strength and durability of adhesion between epoxy and aluminium sheet bis-(triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide (BTESPT) silane and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) are chosen for surface pretreatment of the aluminium sheet respectively. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was used for characterization of the structure and the interactions in the systems. It is shown that BTESPT silane and the anhydride on PP-g-MAH take part in the curing reactions of the epoxy/polyamide system. The adhesive shear strength of the samples, prepared under different curing temperatures, and after immersion in boiling water and 3.5% NaCl water solution respectively, was tested. The features of the shear fractured surfaces were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). For the aluminium sheet pretreated by BTESPT silane, the maximum adhesive shear strength is 22.2 MPa, which is higher than that of 17.5 MPa for aluminium sheet without pretreatment by the silane. After immersion in boiling water for 80 h and in NaCl water solution at 50 °C for 180 h the adhesive shear strengths are 13.39 MPa and 18.4 MPa respectively, which are higher than these (below 6 MPa) for aluminium sheet without pretreatment by the silane. As for the aluminium sheet pretreated by PP-g-MAH, the maximum adhesive shear strength is 13.17 MPa. After immersion in boiling water for 80 h and in NaCl water solution at 50 °C for 180 h the adhesive shear strengths decline to 10.67 MPa and 8.1 MPa respectively.  相似文献

采用传统陶瓷制备工艺,制备了添加10 wt%NCB(Na2O-CaO-B3O3)复合氧化物的Ca1-x(Li1/2Sm1/2)xTiO3(x=0.700~0.875)(CLST-x)体系陶瓷,研究了添加NCB后CLST-x体系的晶相组成、显微结构、烧结性能及微波介电性能与组成关系.研究结果表明,添加复合氧化物NCB后,CLST-x体系各组成主晶相仍呈斜方钙钛矿结构,没有其它杂相.添加10wt%NCB后,CLST-x体系陶瓷均可在950℃下烧结致密,在此温度下材料具有较佳的微波介电性能,其中CLST-0.875陶瓷在950℃保温5 h烧结后具有良好的微波介电性能:εr=63.6,Qf=1591 GHz,τ f=0 ppm/℃,可满足高介多层微波器件的设计要求.  相似文献

Complex anticorrosion coating for ZK30 magnesium alloy   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
This work aims at developing a new complex anticorrosion protection system for ZK30 magnesium alloy. This protective coating is based on an anodic oxide layer loaded with corrosion inhibitors in its pores, which is then sealed with a sol–gel hybrid polymer. The porous oxide layer is produced by spark anodizing. The sol–gel film shows good adhesion to the oxide layer as it penetrates through the pores of the anodized layer forming an additional transient oxide–sol–gel interlayer.The thickness of this complex protective coating is about 3.7–7.0 μm. A blank oxide–sol–gel coating system or one doped with Ce3+ ions proved to be effective corrosion protection for the magnesium alloy preventing corrosion attack after exposure for a relatively long duration in an aggressive NaCl solution.The structure and the thickness of the anodized layer and the sol–gel film were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion behaviour of the ZK30 substrates pre-treated with the complex coating was tested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), scanning vibrating electrode technique (SVET), and scanning ion-selective electrode techniques (SIET).  相似文献
