CIM技术在塑性成型工程的应用

本文根据国外ＣＩＭ技术发展的概况，针对塑性成形工程的特点，提出了塑性成形工程中实施ＣＩＭＳ技术应用和研究的几个重要的方向，同时，从系统集成的角度，指出基于知识集成的智能制造系统应是ＣＩＭＳ进一步发展的重点，最后，对这类系统建模的基本技术与方法进行了讨论。     

金属磁记忆检测技术概况及初步应用

介绍金属磁记忆检测技术的背景、发展、现状、目的和意义，用两个应用实例初步评价了磁记忆检测技术的有效性，提出了磁记忆技术发展的近期和远期目标，展望了应用前景。     

Thixoforging of continuous fiber-reinforced AlSi/AlMg-alloys

High strength in combination with low density is the key features for lightweight constructions in automotive and aerospace applications. Tailor-made fiber reinforcements in light-metal matrices could help to achieve this goal. However, the integration of fibers with conventional casting-route manufacturing techniques like squeeze casting or diffusion bonding restricts the component geometry and results in elevated process cost due to long cycle times and the need of additional fiber coatings. In the center of competence for casting and thixoforging Stuttgart (CCT), new processes for manufacturing metal matrix composites are developed. Long-fiber reinforced Al–Si alloys and components are produced by thixoforging of laminates made of alternating metal matrix layers and carbon fiber fabrics. This paper illustrates the manufacturing technology and first experimental results with special focus on fiber penetration and infiltration behavior and also on the formation of fiber-matrix interface to analyze fiber damage by mechanical or chemical attack.

分析了影响金属注射成形（ＭＩＭ）产业化进程的两个主要技术因素，即适合ＭＩＭ要求的原料粉末的生产方法和ＭＩＭ生产工艺，并概述了目前ＭＩＭ技术的发展状况。     

Catalytic dehydrogenative coupling of methane on active carbon. Effect of metal supported on active carbon

Ethane, ethene, ethyne and hydrogen are obtained in good yields via dehydrogenative coupling of methane in the presence of active carbon as a catalyst. The product yield is increased by supporting metal on active carbon.     

掺杂改性对聚苯乙烯性能影响的研究

文章阐述了掺杂烷氧金属的聚苯乙烯的制备以及用红外光谱、扫描电镜和热分析分析其微观结构和热性能的部分研究结果。     

Simultaneous recovery of copper and surfactant by an electrolytic process from synthetic solution prepared to simulate a concentrate waste stream of a micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration process

Electroplating method was employed to recover copper and surfactant simultaneously from synthetic solutions prepared to simulate concentrated waste stream generated from micellar-enhanced ultrafiltration. Effects of surfactant and copper (II) concentrations, surfactant to copper (II) molar ratio (S/M), electroplating voltage and time, solution pH, and ionic strength on metal recovery and electrical current efficiency were investigated. Results show that at a fixed S/M ratio of 5, the first-order kinetic constant for Cu (II) removal by electroplating increases with decreasing SDS concentration. At fixed SDS concentration of 8.5 mM, increasing initial Cu (II) concentration increases both Cu (II) recovery and current efficiency. Electrolyte pH has profound effects on the metal recovery and current efficiency due to the difference in solution conductivity after pH adjustment and the extent of Cu (II) adsorption onto SDS at different pHs.     

XH－11型胶粘剂最佳固化工艺的研究

本文对ＸＨ－１１型胶粘剂的固化工艺参数进行了试验研究，确定了主要几个参数值，以达到最佳固化工效果。     

异构化催化剂Pd／HM结焦失活的再生

运用ＴＥＭ、ＴＰＤ、ＸＲＤ等技术考察了烧焦温度对异构化催化剂Ｐｄ／ＨＭ再生性能的影响。结果表明：在８２３Ｋ时，催化剂上金属钯粒子能重新分散，催化剂恢复活性，且稳定性不变，二次再生性也较好。     

涂料用稀土催干剂中稀土金属含量分析研究

在一定条件下，以ＥＤＴＡ为络合剂，以二甲酚橙为指示剂，用络合滴定法测定了涂料用稀土催干剂中稀土金属的含量。
