着重研究了采用真空离心喷射沉积成形的Ｔｉ－４８Ａｌ－２Ｍｎ－２Ｎｂ金属间化合物及轻热等静压处理的合金样品的室温断裂韧度。采用三点弯曲试验方法进行测试,结果表明,喷射沉积合金样品的平均断裂韧度值为２３．６ＭＰａｍ１／２,最大值约２８ＭＰａｍ１／２,而经热等静压后样品的平均断裂韧度仅为１５．３ＭＰａｍ１／２。结果分析认为,导状组织对裂纹扩展的抗力比γ等轴晶的抗力高得多,因而经热等静压高得多,因而,具有     

南极磷虾酶解液特性分析

本文利用复合蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、风味蛋白酶及木瓜蛋白酶对南极磷虾蛋白进行水解,对所得4种南极磷虾酶解液(krill protein enzyme-hydrolysate,KPEH,分别标记为PKPEH、AKPEH、FKPEH、MKPEH)特性进行比较分析。4种KPEH中均鉴定出18种常见游离氨基酸(free amino acid,FAA),Leu、Arg、Val、Ala和Glu是优势氨基酸种类,疏水性氨基酸含量丰富。KPEH中18种常见FAA总含量(∑TFAA)为21.77~24.94 mg/mL,其中必需氨基酸(essential amino acid,EAA)8种,EAA含量(∑EAA)在∑TFAA的百分比(∑EAA/∑TFAA)为48.39%~49.74%,高于WHO/FAO标准(35.3%);支芳比(F值)为2.03~3.49。AKPEH中∑TFAA、∑EAA、∑EAA/∑TFAA均最高,其F值为3.28,营养价值最高,而MKPEH营养价值相对最低。4种KPEH中,鲜甜味氨基酸组分含量丰富,Glu对KPEH鲜味的贡献大于Asp,Ala和Gly对KPEH的甜味贡献高,而Arg、His对KPEH海鲜风味贡献较大。KPEH中肽的相对分子质量呈不连续分布,AKPEH中8肽以下的寡肽占比高于其余3种酶解液。以上结果表明,碱性蛋白酶对南极磷虾蛋白的酶解效率最高,AKPEH营养及风味最佳,生物学功能性高于其余3种酶解液,AKPEH可进一步开发为海鲜基料和寡肽的功能食品原料。     

Effect of radiation energy on the adhesion of butyl rubber to nylon 6 fabric

When a vulcanized laminate of nylon 6 fabric spread-proofed by butyl rubber is exposed to high energy radiation, free radicals are formed in both rubber and nylon. Such free radicals have considerable mobility due to their high energy states and hence it is postulated that the now mobile rubber free radicals diffuse into the adjacent nylon fibres and the nylon active free radicals reciprocate by diffusing into the rubber. Within each polymer material the respective rubber and nylon molecular free radicals can be considered to react together producing covalent bonds. By this means adhesion between rubber and nylon is greatly enhanced so that a physical surface energy wetting bond between rubber and nylon can be transformed into a high energy, and hence high strength, chemical bond which will only break by tearing within the rubber, ie a rubber-rubber failure.     

A statistical consideration of Miner''s rule

Miner's rule regarding the fatigue behaviour of materials is discussed in statistical terms. The conditions required for both the parameters of the log-normal and Weibull distribution functions of fatigue life and the cumulative damage rule to satisfy the statistical Miner's rule are derived. For the case when the conditions obtained are not satisfied, the reliability of the population and the mean cumulative cycle ratio to failure are considered for two-step fatigue tests, and calculation examples are given. It is found that fatigue life scatter has a fairly large effect on the mean cumulative cycle ratio to failure.     

Softing software engineering system

An integrated production system covering the phases specification, design, programming, documentation, test and integration—as well as project and configuration management is described. The system is built upon a unified development methodology supported by interactive tools. It encompasses a quality assurance procedure based on the automatic control of all intermediate products. It also provides a development database for project planning and control. The system is presently under development in Budapest, Hungary. Three of the planned seven subsystems are already operating in West Germany.

考察不同 p H值下金属硫蛋白与锌 (Zn)的结合情况表明 ,p H值下降 ,总离子流强度增大 ,但低于 3以后 ,又急剧下降 ;同时 p H也决定了金属与硫蛋白的结合形态 ,在比较理想的电离的条件下发现 ,在 p H 3 .0时主要以脱金属硫蛋白的形式存在 ;在 p H4.0时金属硫蛋白结合了 4个 Zn。
