针对45号钢轴套热处理裂纹的原因进行分析,结论为热应力和组织应力叠加使淬火应力明显增大,导致零件开裂,即淬火开裂。合理确定热处理工艺参数,严格控制零件的淬火加热和冷却过程,减少了裂纹的产生。     

煤矿井下胶带运输机冷却系统的研究与应用

济宁三号煤矿有8条胶带运输系统,其冷却装置一直沿用传统的水冷直排方式,经过对冷却系统进行研究,除了将直排方式改为循环方式外,还在整套系统中增加了水净化装置、自动补水装置、流量监测装置。循环水采用多级冷却保证冷却效果,并保留原有冷却管路作为应急备用系统。     

Rapid determination of cholesterol in emulsified confectioneries by ultra‐performance liquid chromatography

We developed a sample preparation method by using no‐heating saponification after dispersive SPE and ultra‐performance liquid chromatography for rapid determination of cholesterol in emulsified foods, such as cream pie, cream sandwich‐type biscuit, plate chocolate, and chocobar. Optimum cholesterol extraction was obtained by using 10 mL isopropyl alcohol and 8.0 g (NH₄)₂SO₄ per 1–2 g sample; saponification after extraction was performed using 25 mg KOH, 0.8 g NaCl, and 100 mg of a silica based NH₂ SPE material. The determined cholesterol concentration was within certified reference material limits, and results of the recovery test were in the range of 97.4 to 104.8% with a relative standard deviation between 2.14 and 3.80%. Since our method had less sample preparation and chromatographic separation times, we expect our method to be used for effective quality control processes for monitoring cholesterol concentrations in confectioneries. Practical applications: A rapid analytical method for determining the cholesterol concentration in emulsified confectioneries was developed by using UPLC. The assessed cholesterol levels after comparing them with the CRMs were within the permissible range; results of the recovery tests performed using spiked materials ranged from 97.4 to 104.8% with RSD between 2.14 and 3.80%. Thus, our method could be used for accurate and precise determination of cholesterol concentration at low analysis and pretreatment time.

Addenda to Henry Collen and the treaty of nanking

Abstract

In 1922, the combined work of journalist Victoria Hayward and photographer Edith S. Watson was collected in a publication entitled Romantic Canada. Introduced by Edward J. O'Brien and published in Toronto, it is 254 pages in length and generously illustrated with 77 halftone reproductions.¹ The book takes the reader from the eastern to the western shores of Canada, following rural pathways through isolated settlements and historic villages, and stopping along the way to study the particularities of place and custom. What is extraordinary about this book is the way in which the photographs and text complement each other in creating a pictorial and literary celebration of traditional country life. For the photographic historian, the work offers insights into the discursive relationship between photographic aesthetics and the cultural role of woman journalists in post-First World War Canada.     

北斗卫星导航系统发展综述

在系统回顾"北斗一号"卫星导航系统工作原理、性能指标和存在不足的基础上,结合国内外建设卫星导航系统的经验教训,从健康高效运营角度出发,对"北斗二号"卫星导航系统的建设提出了几点建议。     

生产食品级微晶蜡蒸馏装置技术方案探讨

在抚顺石油一厂以减五线馏分为原料生产微晶蜡过程中,对蒸馏装置操作条件进行了研究及工业应用,生产结果表明:减压炉出口温度由(380±1) ℃提高到(385±1) ℃,净洗油量由原来的35 t/h 提高到45 t/h,减五线馏分出口温度由352 ℃提高到355 ℃,同时将减压塔、减五线汽提塔吹汽量做略微调整后,减五线馏分质量达到控制指标,生产出符合国家标准的70#食品级微晶蜡.     

T1502抗静电添加剂在大庆3号喷气燃料中的应用

介绍了大庆石化分公司采用T1502喷气燃料无灰型抗静电添加剂,通过小样调试,选择最佳方案,应用到3号喷气燃料成品调合中。工业应用表明该添加剂加入量少,电导率上升快,水分离指数变化小的特点,是一种理想的抗静电添加剂。     

山东平度旧店金矿床1号脉深部成矿远景评价

旧店金矿床为山东省平度市重要金矿床之一,1号脉为该矿床主要矿脉,其矿化类型为含金石英脉型,成矿作用划分为：Ⅰ黄铁矿—石英,Ⅱ石英—磁黄铁矿—中粗粒黄铁矿,Ⅲ石英—黄铁矿—微细粒黄铁矿,Ⅳ石英—多金属硫化物—铁、锰碳酸盐及Ⅴ石英—碳酸盐等5个热液阶段,其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为金的主要富集成矿阶段。本文研究了1号脉原生岩石地球化学特征,并根据元素垂向分带特点及因子分析结果,评价了该脉深部成矿远景,指出6—8号矿体区段—300m标高以下地段仍有较好找矿前景。
