为获取地下水流速和渗透系数等水文地质参数、查清含水层水力联系、查明矿井充水条件,在内蒙古某矿设计实施了化学示踪试验。通过对国内外化学示踪试验资料整理、统计分析,总结出化学示踪剂用量与投放距离、含水层性质的经验关系式,并对本次示踪剂用量做出了评价。同时,对试验中监测点水中均未出现Cl-浓度增高现象进行了科学解释,提出类似含Cl-示踪剂中的某些离子可能被地下岩层特定矿物质吸附时,只要化学试剂中的一种离子能达到试验效果,且具有成本低、易获取等特点,即可选择其作为示踪剂的观点。 相似文献

民间建筑彩画呈现出不同的地域文化特征,广东潮州民居传统木构彩画,艳丽的色彩、满铺的构图看似繁俗,仔细归类分析其用色、图案、题字、题词、题材、位置及方位,便可发现这些彩画与它所处建筑之空间和用途存在着密切的关系,也可揭示潮州民系的历史发展根源、地区生产技术、传统宗族信念、社群经济文化和营造工艺传承,是表现潮州人生活愿景和礼制观念的重要载体。学界对于中国建筑地域彩画暂时未有规范的研究方法,本文基于田园调查,在古潮州府城、海阳、澄海、揭阳、普宁、饶平、潮阳和惠来等偏远乡镇地进行了普查,记录许多未入文物登记的民宅的室内梁架彩画,将幸存的清代民宅彩画残迹对比潮州民系的发展,疏理其彩画历史演化沿革。案例以潮州民宅的基本建筑形态:下山虎、四点金、三座落、驷马拖车和寨城五类建筑的彩画进行分析比较,希望可以补充我国民间木构彩画的学术空白、保存地域文化传统、加强海内外潮系人民的身份认同,借助保护民居珍贵遗产探讨可持续发展地域文化的方向。 相似文献

With the FDA approval of the first 3D printed tablet, Spritam®, there is now precedence set for the utilization of 3D printing for the preparation of drug delivery systems. The capabilities for dispensing low volumes with accuracy, precise spatial control and layer-by-layer assembly allow for the preparation of complex compositions and geometries. The high degree of flexibility and control with 3D printing enables the preparation of dosage forms with multiple active pharmaceutical ingredients with complex and tailored release profiles. A unique opportunity for this technology for the preparation of personalized doses to address individual patient needs. This review will highlight the 3D printing technologies being utilized for the fabrication of drug delivery systems, as well as the formulation and processing parameters for consideration. Amorphous forms of crystalline drug are widely utilized for bioavailability enhancement of low solubility drugs in the pharmaceutical industry. Polymers have been found to be effective crystallization inhibitors for amorphous forms in solid states during storage or in liquid states during dissolution process. The dissolution and crystallization behaviors of these amorphous forms in the presence or absence of polymers are still far from adequately understood especially in different dissolution environments. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of polymers and media type on extending the dissolution of amorphous pioglitazone and inhibiting the recrystallization from a supersaturated state. Polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 (PVPK30), polyvinylpyrrolidone K90 (PVPK90), polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000), polyethylene-polypropylene glycol 188 (F-68), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and beta-cyclodextrin (β-CD) were employed to understand these behaviors changes because these polymers were used widely. Three solutions including neutral water and phosphate buffer solutions (PBS, pH6.8 and pH7.4) were adopted as dissolution media to determine the behaviors changes comprehensively. In the presence of polymers, dissolution and solubility were extended to different degrees in three media. Polymers can delay the crystallization routes dependently of the medium type. Buffer salts in media reduced the dissolution and accelerated the crystallization process. Crystallization inhibition of these polymers was strongly dependent on the type and pH of media. HPMC displayed the strongest crystallization inhibition effects, resulting in the greatest degree of maintaining a supersaturated state that can sustain most effectively for biologically relevant timeframes. 相似文献

ABSTRACTEmbodiment, materiality, and technology intersect in the production of sacred images where tools, media, and intangible studio protocols inform the production of efficacious things. In Myanmar nat spirits appear in the bodies of costumed spirit mediums and in the intimately tended statues that adorn their altars. Prior to the recent democratic transition, nats appeared as the subjects of paintings, sometimes offering sociopolitical commentaries. This article explores the resonances between technologies of nat making in workshops that produce images for mediums and the techniques deployed by contemporary artists who have made nats the subjects of their paintings. In the Burmese religious world view, nats are lesser entities than the Buddha; their troubled histories of injustice account for their continuing agency as spirits in the human world. Appropriately, nat images are cruder than Buddha images; carvers are less likely to use precious wood or to observe Buddhist precepts and aesthetic guidelines while carving. A similar sense of the unrefined, unsettled nat is conveyed through the daring representational techniques and liberties of artists. We argue that connections between media, technique, and object agency can have resonance when sacred subjects are deployed in secular art. 相似文献

The solution of electromagnetic wave propagation problems in time domain using an explicit method requires the inversion of Hodge matrices. This paper proposes an approximation to obtain a sparse inverse via the sparsity pattern of the original matrix. It is also shown the application of the algorithm Cuthill–McKee on Hodge matrices in order to reduce their bandwidth and thus speed up the method of recursive sparsification. It is well known that life forms reflect the impact of the environment. An interesting task in ecology is to study the connection between the morphological characteristics of life forms and physical and geographical processes, taking place in the environment. This study may profit from the application of symmetry theory which is a universal methodology in science. According to this theory both the object, that is, life form, and the environment are characterised by their own types of symmetry, which may differ from each other. If the environment acts sufficiently intensively on a plant, its form may show deformations – dissymmetry according to Curie. From the observed dissymmetry character of the vegetation it is possible to judge the symmetry of the environment, its specific impact on the vegetation, and the direction and intensity of natural matter and energy flows. All these are clearly apparent in the cushion plants growing on the abrupt slopes of south‐east Altay canyons. 相似文献
