简要介绍了ASON技术的特点、ASON的引入为新一代光网络带来的好处及衡量网络质量的一些参数和注意事项。     

Colloidal Photonic Crystals Doped with Gold Nanoparticles: Spectroscopy and Optical Switching Properties

Polystyrene artificial opals with few gold nanoparticles (AuNp) embedded in the interstices (doping) are grown by using the meniscus technique starting from a mixed suspension of microspheres and AuNp. Samples having different sphere diameters and nanoparticle loads have been prepared. Their reflectance spectra clearly show a dramatic bathochromic shift of the photonic stop band (up to 1400 cm^–1) and a reduction of its full width half maximum, due to an increase of the effective refractive index of about 8 % with respect to bare opals, which is accounted for by analytical theoretical models. Reflectance spectra do not show any direct evidence of AuNp absorption even at the higher AuNp doping level. Nanosecond transient absorption measurements on these systems indicate that a variation of transmission (optical switching) of about 150 % is observed for AuNp doped opals upon photoexcitation with 9 ns laser pulses at 532 nm. No switching is instead observed for bare opals.     

Interfacial hybridization kinetics of oligonucleotides immobilized onto fused silica surfaces

Fused silica optical fibers have been used in an intrinsic mode optical configuration as biosensors for fluorescence based detection of hybridization of nucleic acids. In this work, the kinetics of hybridization of single-stranded oligonucleotides that were covalently immobilized were studied. The probe DNA was dT₂₀, and the target was Fluorescein-labeled non-complementary (dT₂₀) or complementary (dA₂₀) oligonucleotide. Chronofluorimetric monitoring of the adsorption and hybridization processes was used to investigate oligonucleotide films of different density, in different salt concentrations, at temperatures of 25 and 40 °C, with the concentration of the target DNA being 0.005–0.1 μM. Mathematical models based on first- and second-order Langmuir adsorption have been examined to describe both the adsorption and the hybridization processes. Experimental data were processed using the models, and the hybridization kinetics were calculated. Hybridization kinetics on these optical fiber DNA sensors was found to be up to three orders faster than results presented for a number of other experiments using different immobilization chemistries.     

Design of Polarization-independent Wavelength-interleave Coupler in Fluorinated Polyimide Waveguide

Based on the measurement of dispersion characteristic and birefractive index of the fluorinated polyimide film,a statistical optimum design method is proposed and used to realize the design of 32-and 36-wavelengths optical waveguide wavelength-interleave coupler (i,e.,interleaver) with the optimization of polarization fluctuation and wavelength interval of 0.8nm at 1550nm. The largest cross coupling ratios of the two interleavers are respectively less than 1.8% and 3.5%, while the least through coupling ratios are respectively greater than 98. 2% and 96. 5%. The output differences due to polarization fluctuation are less than 1.7% and 3.2%     

Realization of Tapered Waveguide by Stretching the Rod Waveguide

By stretching the rod waveguide with different velocities in opposite directions, the tapered waveguide can be fabricated. In condition of taking no account of volume expansion caused by heating and under the assumptions of volume conservation,the rod waveguide can be stretched freely in the heated region without being stretched outside of the heated region. A model,which shows the relation of the transition shape and the two factors, that is the ratio of two velocity and the heated region length, is presented for the shape of the taper transition through mathematic deduction. Based on this model, a desired tapered waveguide can be fabricated. The tapered waveguide are widely used for fabricating tapered fiber couplers and sensors. In addition, the conclusion can be used for fabricating fused fiber coupler.     

基于聚类算法实现信号盲分类

本文解决了信号处理、工业控制等领域存在的非平稳信号盲分类问题。在聚类中广泛应用的K-Means算法及其它基于中心的聚类算法有两个共同的缺陷-需要预先确定类数目且随机初始化中心引起性能不稳定。本文提出的算法较好地解决了这两个问题，提高了算法稳定性，实现了非平稳信号盲分类。提取非平稳信号的小波系数作为聚类的样本空间，分析聚类结果的统计偏差以估计类的数目，采用调和均值准则进行分类。最后给出的仿真结果表明本文提出的方法较传统的K-Means算法明显降低分类错误率。

首先说明西方国家通信网近年发展变迁情况，然后对IP与WDM的结合使用、光数据网的发展、密集波分多路的应用和光网中通路的保护4个主要方面作了具体说明。     

Importance of out-of-plane dispersion of the excitation spectrum of superconducting bilayers with Josephson coupling

We study the effect of Josephson coupling between adjacent superconducting layers on the BCS energy spectrum. We find that the interference between the gap functions of two layers can lead to vanishing condensation energy for perpendicular momenta corresponding to the formation of standing waves. We therefore predict a conventional energy spectrum for large interlayer spacings, if the gap of the single layers has no nodes, and in all cases a gapless spectrum for small spacings. Within the experimental error, our numerical results account for the low-temperature dependence of the penetration depth reported in Nd_1.85Ce_0.15CuO₄ and YBa₂Cu₃O_6.9.     

微波宽频带功率负载的研究

介绍了５００Ｗ宽频带功率负载的设计及实验结果，并将研究成果扩展到１０～１０００Ｗ范围。负载主要技术指标：输入阻抗５０Ω，频带宽度０～１０００ＭＨｚ，电压驻波比≤１．１．表面最高温升△ｔ≤１００℃。     

短周期超晶格AlP／GaP能带结构的转变及其带间的光跃迁

介绍了间接跃迁的半导体ＡｌＰ与ＧａＰ形成的超晶格，由于零折叠效应，实现了能带由间接带隙向直接带隙的转变，从而增加了带间的光跃迁几率，并推导了该几率的表达式。
