A transgenic rice line (TRS) enriched amylose and resistant starch has been developed by antisense RNA inhibition of starch branching enzymes. In this study, gelatinisation and crystalline properties, swelling power, water solubility, morphological and structural changes of starches from TRS and its wild-type Teqing (TQ) were carefully investigated during heating. Compared to TQ, TRS starch showed higher gelatinisation temperatures, lower gelatinisation enthalpy and swelling power. Morphological and structural changes showed that TQ starch drastically swelled after 70 °C, then gradually disrupted with increasing heating temperature. The surrounding band of TRS starch restrained granule swelling, though the subgranules disrupted to form the cavity. The results of spectroscopic analyses indicated that A-type crystalline of TQ changed to amorphous starch after 75 °C, while C-type crystalline of TRS gradually changed to B-type crystalline after 75 °C, then became amorphous starch at 95 °C. Demand for honey is increasing, especially if it is organic and if its nutritional properties are linked to untreated environments in order to guarantee quality for health. Sources of contamination of honey can be divided into environmental and apicultural. Therefore, the distribution of persistent organic pollutants, pesticides and antibiotic residues from geographical areas with different contamination sources (high anthropic impact, intensive farming, husbandry and low anthropic impact) was investigated in order to confirm the potential transfer of xenobiotics into the supply chain and to give beekeepers tools for the selection of areas dedicated to organic production. The presence of polychlorinated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ether and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was confirmed, not only in proximity to highly urbanised centres, where the concentrations were higher, but in all environment contexts, confirming their ubiquity. No antibiotics or neonicotinoids were detected in 95 organic honeys, demonstrating the absence of apicultural treatments and consequently the good quality of honey of different areas. 建立了苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器检测方法。采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(水)=40∶60,流速1.0mL/min,柱温40℃;蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度60℃,载气(空气)压力0.2MPa。在上述条件下测得苦杏仁苷在0.28~5.5μg范围内的线性关系良好(r=0.9975),检出底限达58ng/L,平均加标回收率为96.2%。该方法简便快捷,重现性和准确度良好,可用于实际工作中样品的测定。 相似文献

在pH2.36的BR介质中,甲基蓝与蛋白质相互作用生成复合物,使最大波长350nm的共振光散射光谱得到增强,增强程度与蛋白质浓度成正比。据此建立了测定蛋白质的新方法。人血清白蛋白、牛血清白蛋白的线性范围分别为0~2.4mg/L、0~2.8mg/L,相应检出限分别为39.3、43.4μg/L。方法的稳定性好,灵敏度高,用于牛奶、豆浆、人血清、尿液中总蛋白质的测定,结果与考马斯亮蓝法一致。 相似文献

在查阅国内大量文献的基础上,确定了GNa液、Nisin、有机酸等几种国内认为较好的鲜肉生物与化学保鲜剂,并在此基础上设计了GNa-Nisin组、Nisin-Acid组两种新的配方。经试验,GNa液在稳定冷却肉感官指标方面具有较好的效果。但对于抑制脂肪的酸败、控制细菌总数、大肠菌群的增加效果较差。Nisin对于抑制G+细菌的生长有一定的效果,但易使产品出现轻微的异味。本试验中;有机酸有明显抑制大肠菌群的效果,但易使产品出现肉色恶化和明显的异味,也能加深或提高脂肪的酸价和H2S含量;试验还得出多种保鲜液配合使用时产生明显的增效作用,具有较好的抑菌保鲜效果。 相似文献

The modern fruit juice industry needs their products to be characterized by high-quality attributes to meet consumers’ expectation. In this view, the composition of 26 Italian commercial apricot juices obtained from organic, integrated and conventional agriculture was analysed for carbohydrates, organic acids, amino acids, phenolic compounds and furanic compounds by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in apricot juices (range 0.1–18 mg/l) was within the regulatory limit of 20 mg/l. The lack of furanic compounds in apricot fresh fruits confirmed their importance as quality markers of heating condition during processing and storage of fruit juices. Univariate analysis disclosed some significant differences among the composition of the apricot juices in terms of glucose, fructose, malic acid, glycine, chlorogenic acid, rutin, and a∗-parameter (redness). Principal component analysis on chemical composition of apricot juices resulted in two principal components (PCs) that accounted for 66% of the total variance. Organic apricot juices showed some separation from the other juices, whereas a lack of distinction between integrated and conventional juices appeared. 相似文献

A novel Tm~(3+)/Tb~(3+)/Sm~(3+)tri-doped Na_5 Y_9 F_(32) single crystal was synthesized by a modified Bridgman method for the propose of white light emitting diodes.The fluorescence spectra of various Sm~(3+)ion concentrations and fixed 0.4 mol% Tm~(3+) and 0.5 mol% Tb~(3+) were measured and studied systematically excited by near-ultraviolet light of 355 nm.The Sm3+ion concentration takes apparent effect on the relative intensity of peaks in the visible region and the color coordinate combining from these emission bands.A near pure white light emission with color coordinates(0.3295,0.3057) and color temperature(5657 K) can be obtained when the concentrations of Tm~(3+),Tb~(3+) and Sm~(3+) ions are 0.4 mol%,0.5 mol%and 0.8 mol%,respectively.Furthermore,the practical down-conversion internal quantum yield was measured by integrating spheres at about 14.39%.The tri-doped Na_5 Y_9 F_(32) single crystal shows a high thermal stability inferring from the temperature dependent emission in which the integrated emission intensities are reduced only by~3% with the increase of temperature from 280 to 450 K.The present results demonstrate that the Tm~(3+)/Tb~(3+)/Sm~(3+)tri-doped Na_5 Y_9 F_(32) single crystal may provide a promising candidate for white light-emitting diodes,luminescent materials and fluorescent display devices. 相似文献

信噪比是微光成像系统的关键参数,决定了成像系统的性能与成像质量。给出了互补金属氧化物半导体(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor, CMOS)图像传感器微光成像系统的信噪比模型,仿真计算了系统的信噪比与信号、噪声的关系。搭建了信噪比测试环境,完成了系统信噪比测试实验。实验结果表明,理论值与实测值一致。最后,根据信噪比分析结果对给定系统进行了参数优化。计算结果显示,优化后的系统在1 mLux照度下,信噪比能达到4.5。信噪比的研究为基于CMOS微光成像系统的总体设计与优化提供了理论依据。 相似文献
