A series of blends with various compositions are prepared by melt extrusion on the basis of novel copoly(phthalazinone biphenyl ether sulfone) (PPBES) and poly(ether ether ketone) (PEEK). The melt flowability, mechanical and thermal properties of the blends are studied. The results show that the incorporated PEEK has a large influence on the melt viscosity and thermal stability of blends. The tensile strength of the blends remains at about 90 MPa at room temperature; PPBES improves the mechanical properties of PEEK at 150°C. The flexural strength and modulus of the PPBES/PEEK blends also increase with the addition of PEEK. 相似文献

Five kinds of PEEK/CF composites, made by blending poly-ether-ether-ketone (PEEK) with three kinds of PAN type carbon fibers (CFs) and two kinds of pitch type CFs respectively, were injection-molded into gears. Their gear performance such as the load capability and the wear of tooth were evaluated. The wear properties of PEEK/CF gears extremely varied depending on the kinds of CFs, when the same type gears were combined and grease was initially applied. Also, the load capabilities were significantly influenced by the affinity between PEEK and CF. A composite gear reinforced with CF of the highest density indicated the highest load capability irrespective of the test conditions, due to the lowest abrasive property of the CF as well as the excellent affinity between PEEK and CF. Its load capability under a high temperature running condition was found to be superior to that of polyamideimide (PAI) composite gear or polyphenylenesulphide (PPS) composite gear. 相似文献

采用模压法制备了PEEK多元复合材料,用环-块磨损实验机对复合材料进行了磨损试验,用SEM方法对复合材料的磨损表面进行了观察和分析,并利用DSC、红外光谱(FTIR)和SEM分析方法对复合材料的磨屑进行了研究,并探讨了复合材料的磨损机制。结果表明:与PEEK相比,复合材料具有优良的摩擦学性能;PEEK复合材料磨屑的熔点比相应模压材料有所降低,且磨屑的熔限比相应的模压材料有所加宽;随着Ekonol含量的增加,复合材料的磨损机制发生了由粘着磨损为主向疲劳磨损为主的转变;通过磨屑形貌分析和对磨损表面的观察与分析所得的关于复合材料的磨损机制的结论是一致的。 相似文献

以聚氨酯为成膜物质,将聚四氟乙烯(poly tetrafluoroethene,PTFE)和聚醚醚酮(polyether ether ketone,PEEK)分别加入涂料中制得具有疏水功能的复合涂料,分别研究不同质量分数的PTFE和PEEK对涂层疏水性能的影响;结果表明当2种物质的质量分数越高,水接触角越大,疏水性能越好;而相同条件下,PEEK涂层的疏水性能比PTFE涂层好。同时,研究紫外老化试验对PEEK涂层性能的影响,结果表明经700 h老化试验后涂层的疏水性能变化不明显,光泽保持率在94%以上。实践证明该涂层具有良好的疏水功能及长效性。 相似文献

The present study deals with the development of poly ether ether ketone (PEEK) based proton exchange membrane (PEM) having phosphonic acid as protogenic moiety. The synthesis of phosphonated PEEK was carried out in two simpler steps i.e. chloromethylation followed by phosphonation through Michaelis-Arbuzov reaction. The product was further investigated for structural property through FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and XRD while thermal properties were analysed by TGA. Other physical properties such as ion exchange capacity, water uptake and proton conductivity were determined for the prepared membranes to execute their suitability as PEM. The presence of phosphonic acid group provides good thermal and chemical stability to the membranes. The high substitution degree (1.11–1.56) achieved in present case was favourable for providing significant proton conductivity of 0.047 S/cm at 120 °C under hydrated conditions to the corresponding membranes which entitle them as potential candidate for PEMs in fuel cells at high temperature. 相似文献

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a relatively new technical thermoplastic material, which has excellent physical properties. By this reason exits a strong need to understand the issues associated with the machining of this thermoplastic. The major concern of this paper is the study of the cutting parameters (cutting velocity and feed rate) under power (Pc), specific cutting pressure (Ks), surface roughness (Ra) and International dimensional precision (IT) in PEEK reinforced with 30% of glass fibre (PEEK GF30). A plan of experiments, based on the methodology of Taguchi, was established considering turning with prefixed cutting parameters in the PEEK GF30 workpiece. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) was preformed to investigate the cutting characteristics of PEEK GF30 using a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and a cemented carbide (K20) cutting tool. 相似文献
