Fabrication and properties of PLZT ceramics from spray-dried aqueous solution

PLZT ceramics with the composition of 9/62/38 (La/Zr/Ti) were fabricated from spraydried aqueous solution. Complete crystallization of the spray-dried powder is achieved after 1 hr calcination at 650‡ C as compared to 800‡ C, 1 hr for conventional mixedoxide method. Sintering environment plays an important role in the densification of PLZT ceramics. Densities of the atmosphere sintered samples are much higher than those of normal sintered ones. PLZT ceramics derived from spray-dried powders have properties comparable to those derived from sol-gel ones. The spray-dried method presents a less expensive and more effective approach in the synthesis of PLZT ceramics.     

自焙炭块在大型高炉上应用十年概况

自焙炭块陶瓷砌体复合炉缸技术在大型高炉上的应用已有10年，总的来说是成功的，但由于自焙炭块自身的特性，应用中也暴露出了一些问题。通过对国内大型高炉应用自焙炭块陶瓷砌体复合炉缸技术的全面调查，分析了该技术的应用前景，提出了改进措施。     

一种中温C/C复合材料抗氧化涂层的制备及其性能

制备了一种工作温度约1 173 K的C/C复合材料抗氧化复合涂层,它由磷酸盐过渡层和陶瓷相阻挡层构成,通过与单一陶瓷相涂层的对比试验研究了它的抗氧化机理。涂覆有该复合涂层的C/C复合材料试样,在空气中1 173 K时氧化10 h的失重率为11.25％,氧化失重率为9.84×10~(-5)g/(cm~2·min),而且其氧化失重率随氧化时间延长而降低;4 h内经过30次从1 173 K至室温急冷急热循环后,失重率为6.38％,涂层基本完好,说明涂层在温度不超过1 173 K时具有良好的抗氧化性和抗热震性。该种涂层适合于中温下C/C复合材料的抗氧化保护。     

Upconversion emission of a novel glass ceramic containing Er: BaYF5 nano-crystals

In order to develop highly efficient upconversion (UC) material, Er³⁺-doped oxyfluoride glass ceramics containing BaYF₅ nano-crystals were fabricated for the first time. The randomly distributed BaYF₅ nano-particles with the size of nearly 25 nm precipitated from the glass matrix at about 700 °C, then tended to aggregate slightly with the increase of heating temperature, resulting in the enhancement of Er³⁺ UC emission in the wavelength ranging from 500 nm to 700 nm. The UC process was found very sensitive to Er³⁺ content: with the increase of Er³⁺ content from 0.5% to 1.0%, the UC intensity behaved with drastic exaltation; while further increasing Er³⁺ content to 2.0% resulted in a notable fluorescence quenching. Significantly, the UC efficiency of present glass ceramic preponderates notably over that of the previously reported glass ceramic containing LaF₃, implying its superior UC potentiality.

复合功能陶瓷中的晶界渗流模型

在复合陶瓷材料中提出了晶界控制的渗液模，考虑晶界效应对渗流阀值的影响，采用ＭｏｎｔｅＣａｒｌｏ模拟，计算得到三维ＦＣＣ晶格点阵的渗流阀值约为４．５％。该结果与实验数据符合得很好。     

ZrO2陶瓷膜结构研究

以氧氯化锆为起始原料，通过溶胶－凝胶技术制备了无支撑体ＺｒＯ２陶瓷膜，ＤＴＡ－ＴＧ、ＸＲＤ、ＢＥＴ、ＳＥ等分析测试手段对陶瓷膜结构及其孔性能进行了表征，结果表明，ＺｒＯ２陶瘊膜具有高度的择优取向特征，膜烧结过程存在关ＺｒＯ２昌相转变，ＺｒＯ２陶瓷膜孔径〈５０ｎｍ，且呈双值分布，本言语亦基于实验分析对陶瓷膜的结构模型进行了初步探讨。
