针对狼群算法(WPA)存在的收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优、人工狼交互性不理想等不足,提出一种基于改进搜索策略的狼群(MWPA)算法。对游走行为以及召唤行为引入交互策略,促使人工狼之间进行信息交流,提升狼群对全局信息的掌握,增强狼群的探索能力;对围攻行为提出自适应围攻策略,使算法具有调节作用,随着算法的不断进化,狼群围攻范围不断减小,算法开采能力不断增强,从而提高算法收敛速度。通过优化问题中6个典型复杂函数的仿真实验表明,与基于领导者策略的狼群搜索(LWCA)算法相比,改进搜索策略的狼群算法求解精度更高、收敛速度更快,更加适合函数优化问题的求解。  相似文献

Little research has been published on emotional responses evoked by completely new, innovative food products. The objectives of the present study were 1) to assess the emotional response to new products (fruit and vegetable smoothies in a drink pouch) in two different scenarios: looking at the smoothie pouch, or tasting the smoothie with the smoothie pouch alongside; 2) to compare the information obtained when the participants use photographs or use words to express emotions. In the Pack-alone scenario, similar emotional spaces and sample configurations were obtained with both images and words. In the Pack-and-tasting scenario, the richness of the emotional response increased when using images. In both scenarios, the participants used a greater number of negative emotions when these were presented as images rather than as words. This could be considered an advantage, as it enables some negative emotional loads to be portrayed. The present results also demonstrate that evaluating the emotional response allows effective discrimination between samples with similar overall liking scores.  相似文献

The aluminized coating on type 310 stainless steel prepared by high-activity Al pack cementation method has been annealed at 900 °C for 12 h to transform the brittle δ-Fe2Al5 phase into the more ductile β-FeAl phase. The microstructure is studied in detail with transmission electron microscopy. The thick outer layer has β-(Fe, Ni)Al as matrix with cube-like Cr2Al precipitates. The interfacial layer has a thin layer of metastable FCC phase (layer I) and then mixed β-(Fe, Ni)Al grains and α-(Fe, Cr) grains (layers II and III). The Cr2Al precipitates are present in the β-(Fe, Ni)Al grains in layer II but not in those in layer III, while β-FeAl precipitates are present in the α-(Fe, Cr) grains in both layers. The orientation relationships between various phases, the formation of the layers, and the precipitation of Cr2Al in β-(Fe, Ni)Al are discussed.  相似文献

表面强化处理可以大幅提升钛合金的耐磨性, 也有利于钛合金在高温环境中应用。 钛合金高温固相渗硼是 重要的表面强化方式, 添加稀土提高渗硼效率是重要技术手段。 为深入研究稀土的渗硼催化机制, 本文开展了 900~1050℃渗硼试验, 重点分析了渗硼剂在试验后的相组成变化。 结果表明, 稀土可通过与硼源、 氧发生化学反 应, 生成熔点较低的稀土硼酸盐。 本文对该硼酸盐发挥的作用进行了解释, 论述了稀土在渗硼反应过程中的作用。 经过渗硼的钛合金表面形成了 TiB/TiB2 双相渗层, 显微组织分析表明该渗层与基材结合紧密、 无孔洞缺陷。 本文 还对渗硼钛合金的拉伸性能、 表面摩擦系数、 维氏硬度、 高温洛氏硬度、 结合力等基础力学性能进行了测试, 结 果表明, 渗硼钛合金具有优良的综合力学性能。  相似文献

Two different structures of MoSi2 coatings were prepared on Niobium based alloys by using a two step process. The as-deposited type(a) MoSi2 coating structure consists of a MoSi2 layer on the surface and a NbSi2 layer underneath, while the type(b) MoSi2 coating consists of an outer MoSi2 layer and an inner unsiliconized Mo layer. The oxidation behaviors of the two different types MoSi2 coatings were examined at 1200 °C for 100 h in air, and the mass gains of type(a) and type(b) MoSi2 coated specimens were 0.64 mg/cm2 and 0.59 mg/cm2 respectively. The excellent oxidation resistance of both type(a) and type(b) MoSi2 coated samples at 1200 °C was due to the formation of a dense and continuous SiO2 scale during oxidation. As the CTE mismatch between the outer MoSi2 coating and the inner layer, cracks distributed within both type(a) and type(b) MoSi2 coating structures.  相似文献

Phenomenological Anisotropic Study of Surface Finish in Pack Rolling   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A phenomenological anisotropic model has been presented for the surface roughness modeling of pack rolling. The model is an assembly of grains in different orientations and sizes. The grain size is assumed to be in log-normal distribution. To model the macro anisotropic mechanical behavior of the grains induced by the slip deformation, the grains are assumed as isolated anisotropic units. The units have different mechanic behavior, and depend on the crystallographic orientations and the external loading as well as the interaction of the adjunctive grains. In the paper, the material properties of the grains are assumed as uniform distributions. The roughness of the contact surfaces depends on the distribution types and the scatters of the distributions. It is found that the initial roughness of the contact surfaces has a little influence on the surface roughness when the rolling deformation is large. The comparison between the phenomenological model and crystallographic model shows that the phenomenological model can also give out a reasonable result, while it only takes much less CPU time. The agreement between the single sheet model and the pack rolling model shows that in a certain degree the pack rolling model can be replaced by the single sheet model to decrease the CPU time.  相似文献

The reduction of emissions from power generation plants is a key part of the Kyoto Protocol. Reduced emissions per unit of power produced can be achieved via increased thermal efficiency and this can be achieved by increasing steam parameters (i.e. temperature and pressure). Increased steam parameters in turn leads to accelerated corrosion of boiler components. Biomass and solid waste fuels introduce a number of aggressive species into process environments that result in enhanced rates of boiler degradation. This paper reports on studies, both theoretical and experimental, of the corrosion behaviour of high‐alloy steels and Ni‐base alloys as well as coatings for use in high efficiency coal and/or biomass‐ and waste‐fired power plants. Coatings produced within the SUNASPO project have been laboratory tested in gaseous atmospheres representative of coal combustion, biomass combustion and waste incineration. Laboratory tests were carried out mainly in the temperature range 500 °C to 800 °C. Initial results showed the poor performance of traditional uncoated low‐alloy boiler steels P91 (9% Cr) and HCM12A (12% Cr), as well as the higher alloy steel, 17Cr/13Ni. Results show the beneficial effects of coatings containing Al, Si, Al + Si, Al + Ti and Al + B in reducing the rate of corrosive attack. In a combustion product gas containing 100 ppm HCl and 1000 ppm SO2, aluminizing affords corrosion resistance of low‐alloy steels such as HCM12A and P91 similar to that of Alloy 800 over 1000 h of test. The presence of Al inhibits internal, sometimes localized corrosion by promoting the formation of a protective surface oxide layer even at relatively low temperatures. The results of experiments in simulated coal; biomass and waste atmospheres are presented and discussed in terms of both corrosion kinetics and mechanisms of degradation.  相似文献

This paper investigated the possibility of increasing the surface hardness of austenitic stainless steels under very low nitrogen dissociation pressures of metal nitride powders using pack nitriding process. Thin sheet of 304 type of stainless steel of approximately 1 mm in thickness was used as a substrate for the study. Based on the results of thermochemical calculations, Cr2N powder was selected as a nitrogen source from a series of metal nitride powders considered for the pack nitriding process, which included Si3N4, Mn4N, BN, AlN and TiN. The pack nitriding was carried out in a sealed alumina retort at temperatures of 860 °C and 910 °C for up to 48 h. The surface was then characterised using techniques of SEM, XRD and microhardness testing. It was observed that the process used increased the surface hardness of the steel, but it also induced precipitation of chromium nitrides in the matrix even under the nitrogen dissociation pressures below 50 Pa. It was also observed that, in the nitrided layer, the γ phase of the steel was partially transformed to the α phase under the pack nitriding process conditions studied.  相似文献
