中小型软件企业的软件过程改进研究

以CMMI理论和其它软件工程理论为基础,探讨一种面向国内软件企业的软件过程改进方法,提出了一个基于CMMI的软件过程改进框架,以帮助企业提高软件过程改进能力。     

Influence of ZrO2 particles on the optical properties of pc-LEDs

Experimental and modeling progress and results aiming to increase the color uniformity of hemisphere-type pcW-LEDs are proposed. By adding micrometric zirconia particles, the light scattering is enhanced, that induces a decrease of phosphor necessary to obtain a specific CCT. The optical model is able to determine the optical properties (CCT, angular CCT distribution, chromaticity and packaging efficiency) in a hemisphere LED for various amount of YAG-phosphor and ZrO₂-zirconia particles. Based on previous process, the work is in the first step to fit the effective radius and refractive index that will be implemented in the optical model. In the second step, the optical model is compared with the experimental measurement to determine the absorption coefficient and conversion efficiency of a package of silicone resin containing phosphor and zirconia. Finally, the model, confirmed by selected experimental results, allows determining the optical properties of any king of package that lead to a CCT emission ranging from 4500 K to 6500 K. The analysis of these data is interpreted by comparing, for a specific CCT, the phosphor loss, the packaging efficiency and the angular distribution of CCT. The results show that if the effort is targeted on one of the previous parameters, there is always a counterpart on the other ones. Increasing the color uniformity will induce to decrease the packaging efficiency.

虚拟软件企业合作伙伴选择多智能体仿真研究

虚拟软件企业能否成功很大程度上取决于其组建过程,而组建过程中关键的环节是选择合适的合作伙伴。因此将虚拟软件企业合作伙伴选择问题作为研究对象,分析了其微观作用机制,采用多智能体建模与仿真方法,建立了合作伙伴选择多智能体模型,设计了相应的仿真实验,研究了不同决策目标下的合作伙伴选择机制。研究表明,成本最低法、工期最短法和质量最优法这3种单目标决策方法能够达到各种决策目标的最优化,但是稳定性较差;综合最佳法这种多目标决策方法能够实现软件项目总工期和总质量之间的平衡,并且稳定性较好。     

工业设计在企业中的应用与发展

工业设计与企业是紧密联系的。因为设计师设计的产品,最终是要批量生产的。在产品的"市场调研-研发-试生产-生产-服务"的整个过程中,工业设计都穿插其中,起着举足轻重的作用。     

Hold, grasp, clutch or grab: consumer grip choices during food container opening

Society is ageing and sadly that ageing leads to a host of issues, not least a society in which the majority are likely to have some loss of strength and dexterity. This can lead to complications in undertaking everyday tasks such as using transport, bathing or even handling and opening food.Packaging has to provide a multitude of services; to protect and preserve the product, to provide information to the consumer and not least to allow access to the contents. This access to packaging - or ‘openability’ - has become a significant issue for designers and manufacturers with the change in demographics as described above. Understanding the choices consumers make in how they manipulate packaging can help designers produce packaging that is more able to meet the requirements of modern society. Studies previously undertaken by the authors showed that consumers did use different grips when opening packaging and that certain grips were theoretically more comfortable and stronger than others. This paper outlines a further study whereby consumers were asked to apply the most common grips to a specially designed torque measuring device.Details were taken about the consumers: age, gender, occupation, hand size, plus their preferred grip choice for packaging of this type. The study showed that typically women chose a grip that maximised their opportunity of opening the closure and that this grip choice was more limited than that available for men. This has implications for inclusive design of many everyday products.
