提出了平衡反应的非均相催化反应精馏过程的微分数学模型。应用多目标打靶法和 Newtor-Raphson 迭代对模型方程进行了求解。本算法应用于非理想系统,反应动力学未知的快速可逆反应过程。可求得沿塔最大转化率和平衡浓度分布。应用本算法对 MTBE 的催化反应过程进行了模拟计算,能快速稳定收敛。计算结果与文献数据进行比较,表现出良好的一致性。 相似文献

This paper involves a feasibility study on using molecular imprinted polymers as the sorbent materials in solid phase extraction
for caffeine and theophylline from green tea. Two kinds of MIPs, with caffeine-theophylline mixture and pentoxifylline-theophylline
mixture as the templates respectively, MAA as the monomer, EDMA as the crosslinker and ATBN as the initiator, were applied
to this purpose. Mixture solution of caffeine and theophylline (1 Μg/ ml in acetonitrile) was applied to the solid extraction
cartridges following a load, wash and elute procedure with acetonitrile, methanol, methanol-acetic acid (90/10, v/v) as the
solvents, respectively. This solid phase extraction protocol was applied for extraction of caffeine and theophylline from
green tea. Comparison between the results obtained with the MIPs cartridges and a traditional C18 reversed-phase cartridge was made. It showed that the MIP-based sorbent on the solid phase extraction was comparable with
that of C18 material. HPLC analysis using a C18 column (5 Μm, 250× 4.6 mm from Rstech corporation), methanol: water (60 :40, v/v) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.6

The tetragonal → monoclinic ( t → m ) martensitic phase transformation in ZrO2 –0.5–4 mol% Y2 O3 proceeds during isothermal aging at various temperatures from 350 to 800 K; i.e., the transformation increases sigmoidally with aging time. The time-temperature-transformation ( T - T - T ) curves show a typical C shape, with very high rate for lower Y2 O3 -content specimens, and the rate decreases with higher Y2 O3 content. The transformation temperature ( M s ) of the t → m transformation obtained from dilatation curves during the cooling stage coincides well with C curves above the nose temperature. The t → m transformation should occur isothermally, as suggested by a nucleation and growth mode. 相似文献

Due to increase in the number of Intellectual Property (IP) cores, clock generation in current day System-on-Chips (SoCs) is facing a crisis. The conventional method of using a dedicated Phase Locked Loop (PLL) to generate the clock for each IP core is becoming inefficient in terms of power and cost. We propose an algorithm based on Least Common Multiple (LCM) to minimize the number of PLLs required to generate the clocks for the IP cores in a SoC. This is done by finding an Optimum Operating Frequency (OOF) for each IP core within 10% below the maximum operating frequency of the core. The OOF is chosen such that the LCM of the OOF of all the IP cores is minimized. Simulated annealing is used to find the LCM. This LCM is the crucial high frequency from which maximum number of clocks can be derived by clock dividers. 相似文献

This paper studies Fisher linear discriminants (FLDs) based on classification accuracies for imbalanced datasets. An optimal threshold is found out from a series of empirical formulas developed, which is related not only to sample sizes but also to distribution regions. A mixed binary–decimal coding system is suggested to make the very dense datasets sparse and enlarge the class margins on condition that the neighborhood relationships of samples are nearly preserved. The within-class scatter matrices being or approximately singular should be moderately reduced in dimensionality but not added with tiny perturbations. The weight vectors can be further updated by a kind of epoch-limited (three at most) iterative learning strategy provided that the current training error rates come down accordingly. Putting the above ideas together, this paper proposes a type of integrated FLDs. The extensive experimental results over real-world datasets have demonstrated that the integrated FLDs have obvious advantages over the conventional FLDs in the aspects of learning and generalization performances for the imbalanced datasets. 相似文献

As the holdup of dispersed phase in an agitated liquid-liquid dispersion is increased at fixed agitation, a point is reached (called inversion holdup) when the dispersion inverts—the dispersed phase becomes continuous and vice versa. In this work, we present experimental data which suggest that the inversion holdup for sufficiently intense turbulence is independent of all the operational parameters associated with a stirred tank, e.g., stirrer speed, vessel volume, impeller size, and impeller type; it depends only on the properties of the liquid-liquid system. The inversion holdup was verified to remain unchanged even for inversion in turbulent flow field in the annular space between two coaxial cylinders. A hypothesis involving drops in near contact with each other at high holdups is used to explain the experimental data. The new finding may also provide a qualitative basis for selecting a liquid-liquid system with desired extent of mixing in the dispersed phase for carrying out transport and reactions in multiphase systems. 相似文献

Ti3SiC2 is of interest due to its unique dual nature reminiscent of both brittle ceramics and ductile metals at ambient conditions. In this work, plate-impact experiments have been performed to study the dynamic behavior of Ti3SiC2 under shock compression up to 112 GPa by using laser velocity interferometer and electric pin techniques. Hugoniot elastic limits (HEL), spall strength, and Hugoniot equations of state have been obtained based on measured particle velocity profiles and shock wave velocities. The ratio of spall strength to HEL for Ti3SiC2 is larger than brittle ceramics but smaller than metals. This result indicates that the dual nature of Ti3SiC2 remains at least up to 10 GPa. On the other hand, the linearity of the Hugoniot equation of state, , suggests that the initial structure of Ti3SiC2 should be stable up to 112 GPa, in contrast to the result reported by Jordan et al. [J. Appl. Phys., 93 (2003) 9639]. 相似文献

This paper reports a study on the thermal stability of phase change material microcapsules that are incorporated with silver nano-particles (Ag-NPs). The novel microcapsules were fabricated by the technique of in situ polymerization, with aminoplast as the wall and phase change material bromo-hexadecane (PCM BrC16) as the core. Thermal gravimetry (TG) analysis was applied to measure the thermal stability of these microcapsules and surface morphology of the microcapsules was observed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) after an application of curing treatment at 130 °C. Comparing with conventional phase change material microcapsules (PCMMs), nano-composite phase change material microcapsules (NCPCMMs) have higher thermal stability. This can be attributed to nano-composite structure of the microcapsules, in which metal Ag-NPs distributed on the surface to increase wall toughness and strength. The conjugated effects of both reactive compatibilization and dynamic vulcanization on the phase inversion behavior of poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT)/epoxide-containing rubber blends have been studied in detail. Pure ethylene-methyl acrylate random copolymer (E-MA) and ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate random terpolymer (E-MA-GMA) were used as non reactive or reactive rubber phase, respectively. Location of the phase inversion region was studied using several techniques, including transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamical mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA). To evaluate the relative influence of the blend compatibilization and the dynamic vulcanization on the phase inversion behavior, the relative kinetics of the two reactions were modified using different PBT and E-MA-GMA grades. The obtained results show unambiguously that the position and the width of the phase inversion region is essentially governed by the kinetic of the dynamic vulcanization process. The effect of the blend compatibilization remains quite limited even in the case of fast interfacial reaction. The crosslinking of the rubber phase induces an important shift of the phase inversion composition to higher rubber content. For blends containing low molecular weight PBT, up to 60 wt% of rubber can be homogeneously dispersed in the PBT matrix at long mixing time.
