CoNbZr films for an adjustable magnetic anisotropy field Hk by doping with rare-earth of different atomic ratio Tb element were obtained in this work. The effect of Tb addition ranged from 0 to 4 at.% on the magnetic properties of the amorphous CoNbZr films was further investigated. The results show that the magnetic anisotropy field Hk increases sharply with the addition of Tb while the coercivity Hch along the hard axis and Hce along the easy axis change slightly with increasing Tb content in the films. As a consequence, CoNbZr film doped with 2 at.% of Tb exhibits excellent soft magnetic properties with a saturation magnetization 4πMs of 8.9 kG, a hard axis coercivity Hch of 1.79 Oe, a easy axis coercivity Hce of 1.4 Oe and a magnetic anisotropy field Hk of 87 Oe. The measured ferromagnetic resonance frequency fFMR of this film is 2.30 GHz. The real permeability μ′ is about 100, which is maintained up to 2 GHz. In addition, there is a broad band of the imaginary permeability μ″ over a large frequency band, indicating high losses. Therefore, Tb doped CoNbZr film is an excellent candidate for high frequency applications such as electromagnetic interference suppressors.  相似文献

为获得某汽车座椅骨架结构的动态特性,利用Pro/E软件建立其三维模型,基于Ansys Workbench软件进行模态分析,并考虑路面和整车的影响对其进行了随机振动分析和谐响应分析,得到汽车座椅骨架的前六阶模态值和振型,以及随机振动和谐响应条件下汽车座椅骨架和座垫骨架的响应值。分析结果表明该汽车座椅骨架避开了人体不同器官的共振频率范围,并给出了座垫骨架具有较大位移响应的频率值,为后续汽车座椅骨架的结构设计和整车动态特性的优化设计提供了参考依据。  相似文献

大型化、高速化逐渐成为起重机的一个发展趋势,这些都会加剧整机的动态响应。为研究铁路起重机箱型伸缩吊臂在吊重被突然提升离地与吊重悬空静止开始起升两种工况真实动态特性,引入了钢丝绳阻尼系数,建立了运动微分方程,推导出相应工况整个过程的动态载荷的理论公式。公式表明载荷为绕固定值上下振动、振幅不断衰减的周期函数。据此在ANSYS Workbench中建立了铁路起重机箱型伸缩吊臂有限元模型,采用模态叠加瞬态动力学分析法详细研究了不同载荷频率与吊臂固有频率比值对吊臂最大应力的影响,得出频率比与最大应力关系曲线。结果表明,即使动载荷振幅衰减速度较快,在共振区吊臂最大应力同样会超过材料的屈服极限。  相似文献

Making an analysis for vibration modal and frequency response of the lathe spindle, respectively by using finite element method based on ANSYS and experiment of CA6140 type lathe in machining, and the calculation results are compared and analyzed, which verified the accuracy of ANSYS method. Numerical simulation and experimental results show that: Spindle in the first order and fifth order are prone to resonance, but did not reach resonance, the low order natural frequency have more effect than the high order natural frequency of the spindle vibration; by the experiments can conclude that the maximum vibration of the main shaft in the working state is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of its two ends, therefore, the improved bearing is an important way to reduce the vibration of the main shaft and ensure the machining accuracy, and the research results can provide a theoretical reference for the structural optimization design of the lathe.  相似文献

It is demonstrated that resonance surface X-ray scattering (RSXS), in which incident X-ray energy close to the Pt LIII absorption edge (11.55 keV) is used, is very useful for the determination of the structure of electrodeposited Pt thin layers on a Au(1 1 1) surface. This technique was applied to characterize the structure of electrodeposited Pt layers on Au(1 1 1) substrates prepared under two extreme conditions, which are known to provide rough and atomically flat layers. Detailed structural information was obtained by RSXS measurements and it was confirmed that the structures of the Pt layers were as reported. Pt atoms of the atomically flat monolayer were found to be situated at the threefold hollow cubic closest packing (ccp) sites of the Au(1 1 1)-(1 × 1) surface.  相似文献

The production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana (MBC) is relevant for the agro-food economy of the Campania Region of Italy and the mark of Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) has been assigned to MBC in relation to its geographical origin. Advanced analytical methods must be then employed to assess authenticity, traceability, and quality of MBC. 1H HRMAS-NMR (High Resolution Magic Angle Spinning Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) spectroscopy was applied here to directly identify specific metabolites in MBC intact samples without time-consuming sample pre-treatments. Overcrowded conventional 1H HRMAS-NMR spectra were selectively simplified with two NMR pulse sequences: eCPMG and eDiff, by modulating spin-spin relaxation times and diffusion of MBC molecular components, respectively. Signal elaboration of edited spectra was combined with multivariate analyses to enable significant metabolic differentiation between MBC samples from two different production sites in Campania. Principal Components Analysis (PCA) for eCPMG spectra explained 97.54% of total variance between the two MBC groups for four metabolites (β-galactose, β-lactose, acetic acid, and glycerol). Less efficient was groups distinction by PCA for eDiff spectra, although differences in polyunsaturated acids, such as linoleic and linolenic acids, were highlighted. Similarly, Discriminant Analysis (DA) provided MBC group classification with 100% success in validation tests for eCPMG spectra, while DA prediction ability was reduced to 94.12% for eDiff spectra. Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) gave a totally correct classification between the two MBC groups only for eCPMG spectra. eCPMG spectra were also used to identify metabolites during MBC aging. As compared to fresh samples, 2 days old MBC samples showed increasing signals for isobutylic alcohol, lactic acid, and acetic acid. This work shows that 1H HRMAS-NMR spectroscopy can rapidly characterise the metabolic profile of intact MBC samples and statistically distinguish the geographical origin of buffalo milk mozzarella and its freshness.  相似文献

In this paper, we present and demonstrate RF-MEMS load sensors designed and fabricated in a suspended architecture that increases their quality-factor (Q-factor), accompanied with an increased resonance frequency shift under load. The suspended architecture is obtained by removing silicon under the sensor. We compare two sensors that consist of 195 μm × 195 μm resonators, where all of the resonator features are of equal dimensions, but one’s substrate is partially removed (suspended architecture) and the other’s is not (planar architecture). The single suspended device has a resonance of 15.18 GHz with 102.06 Q-factor whereas the single planar device has the resonance at 15.01 GHz and an associated Q-factor of 93.81. For the single planar device, we measured a resonance frequency shift of 430 MHz with 3920 N of applied load, while we achieved a 780 MHz frequency shift in the single suspended device. In the planar triplet configuration (with three devices placed side by side on the same chip, with the two outmost ones serving as the receiver and the transmitter), we observed a 220 MHz frequency shift with 3920 N of applied load while we obtained a 340 MHz frequency shift in the suspended triplet device with 3920 N load applied. Thus, the single planar device exhibited a sensitivity level of 0.1097 MHz/N while the single suspended device led to an improved sensitivity of 0.1990 MHz/N. Similarly, with the planar triplet device having a sensitivity of 0.0561 MHz/N, the suspended triplet device yielded an enhanced sensitivity of 0.0867 MHz/N.  相似文献

Resonance interference could not be considered explicitly in the conventional resonance treatment employing subgroup and direct resonance integral methods when using coarse energy group structure. This problem comes from the lack of information for the resonance shapes of resonant nuclides in the resonance interference formulas. As energy group boundaries get coarser, inaccuracy in estimating self-shielded cross sections with resonance interference gets bigger. A new method has been proposed to conserve the self-shielded cross sections for each group through an explicit consideration of resonance interference effect, which results in a good accuracy in predicting the multiplication factor. This method can be applicable to various mixing combinations of constituent resonant nuclides with resonance interference and can cover wide dilution range. The MERIT code has been used to generate resonance integral tables and to estimate resonance interference effects. And the 2-D transport lattice code KARMA has been used to perform sample calculations to see the effectiveness of the newly developed method. Sample calculations have been performed for single pins with various temperatures, 235U enrichments and dilution levels with the 47 and 190 energy group structures. The computational results show that this method is able to estimate self-shielded cross sections in each coarse energy group accurately for various temperatures and various geometry and composition configurations.  相似文献
