电网无功电压综合控制的改进SA算法

简述了电网无功电压综合控制的必要性,根据电力系统实际运行情况及模拟退火(SA)算法自身的特点,就编码方式、状态产生函数、状态接收函数、初温、温度更新函数以及内、外循环终止准则等主要问题提出了改进SA算法。通过IEEE标准系统的仿真,说明改进SA算法具有搜索效率较高,原理及实现简单,速度快等优点。     

基于模拟退火遗传算法的控制系统优化设计

提出了一种基于模拟退火遗传算法的线性系统优化设计方法。该方法以控制系统的性能指标,包括瞬态指标和稳态指标及其组合为目标函数,实现了由传递函数描述的控制器的自动设计,而不必预选择特定的控制方案。遗传算法使用十进制数编码,配合使用模拟退火技术来得到更精细的调整。使用这种方法,不需要手工计算,就可以获得控制系统的最优性能。该设计方法还可以应用于非线性对象。     

苏联“构成主义”建筑运动的旗手:维斯宁兄弟

维斯宁兄弟是苏联"构成主义"建筑运动的旗手。1922年,兄弟三人联手,支持先锋的艺术观念,并且独创出一种现代建筑流派。1933年,列奥尼德·维斯宁逝世。此后,维克多依然保持了成功的职业生涯。而亚历山大渐渐退出了公开的职业活动。     

Emergency rush repair task scheduling of distribution networks in large-scale blackouts

This paper focuses on the emergency rush-repair task scheduling of distribution networks in power grid emergencies. As there are many characteristics in distribution network emergency rush-repair such as large number of rush repair points, diverse but with limited repair resources and urgent repair time, this paper takes constraint conditions, such as a variety of execution modes and repair resources into consideration during the model building process of the emergency rush repair scheduling, and we study emergency repair strategies, such as using the emergency generator vehicle, nearby repair strategy and ordinary repair strategy. In order to obtain the optimal solution and satisfy the constraints of the distribution network repair model, this paper improves the traditional serial schedule generation mechanism to a distribution network repair serial schedule generation mechanism by using improved SA algorithm and hierarchical optimization method to search the optimal solution. Finally, we use the model to an example and analyze it. It is validated that the two schedule generation mechanisms that use nearby repair strategy and ordinary repair strategy are both effective. Both the advantages and disadvantages of two mechanisms, and the feasibility and rationality of the model are analyzed in this paper.     

The management of the project-based organization: A personal reflection

In this paper I make a personal reflection on my research and writings in the field of Project Management over the past 30 years. My research has primarily been about the management of the project-based organization. Within that I have researched governance, organizational behaviour, contingency, marketing, success and shareholder value.     

印刷带状偶极子天线与经典三维柱状偶极子天线的等效理论研究

相对于传统的柱状偶极子,印制偶极子天线更适合应用于现代通讯系统.本文通过引入边缘场效应,对传统的基于感应电动势法的柱状电偶极子辐射阻抗公式进行修正,并在此基础上将其推广至印制偶极子天线中.此外,本文还采用合成渐进法,基于物理概念,推导出平面偶极子天线的谐振频率及谐振频率处辐射电阻的两个计算机辅助计算公式.数值计算及验证表明,两个公式的精度均在2%以内,可以用于指导工程设计.     

RPA8000橡胶加工分析仪在炭黑补强性能检测中的应用

采用RPA8000橡胶加工分析仪对炭黑添加到橡胶后补强性能进行测试,结果发现,所测的弹性模量、补强因子与胶料的拉伸强度有很好的相关性,可直观的反映炭黑添加到橡胶后的补强性能,检验过程简单,减小了检测过程的影响因素,适当提高了炭黑在橡胶的补强性能测试效率。     

核电厂蒸汽发生器SA213T22传热管表面氧化膜的耐蚀性

人工研制了核电厂蒸汽发生器SA213T22传热管的高温氧化膜,采用SEM、XRD、热重分析法分别对氧化膜厚度、微观形貌、成分和稳定性进行了观察和分析。结果表明:氧化膜具有均匀、完整、无孔隙、稳定性好的特点;经高温氧化及矿物油封闭处理后,SA213T22传热管的耐蚀性得到了显著提高,在不同环境中挂片31个月后,试样均未发生腐蚀,完全满足工程应用的要求。
