移动互联时代下的社区服务信息化模式探究

目前社区服务信息化平台多为依托于个人电脑和桌面互联网,但这种平台对于用户的使用和体验都有着诸多条件的限制。而随着宽带无线接入技术和移动终端技术的迅速发展,社区服务信息化的建设模式具备了从单一的桌面互联网转变至结合移动互联网的跨平台模式的可能性。在探寻面向主导型社区居民的真实需求及社区中特殊人群的需求差异的同时,我们需要依托移动终端为社区服务信息化提供更加定制化的信息设计,以帮助实现社区内部、社区与社会之间更好的交流互动;并将碎片化的内容整合为对公众更加有效的信息服务!     

浅谈社区安全文化建设

安全文化是一种"以人为本"的管理理念和思路,它要求人们不断地提高安全素养,增强安全意识,事事处处讲安全,养成遵守安全行为规范的习惯,使人们的一言一行都符合安全健康的要求。在实践中,要做好三个方面的工作:一是坚持基本原则,树立新的理念;二是实现"四个转变",坚持"四不放过";三是突出重点,构筑安全防线。

为了满足社区养老智能化需求的目的,探讨一种新型养老解决方案。以移动手持终端作为基础,配合无线基站与上位机PC平台,不用上门就可动态实时了解老人的状态与需求,并及时将每一位老人的信息上传给社区管理中心,使工作人员可以及时做出反应,并结算费用。

社交网络中top-K相关社区查询方法

查找与查询点相关的top-K相关社区具有现实的研究意义。文中定义团和相关社区的概念,探寻一种快速检测查询点的top-K相关社区的方法。提出一个向下探测扩展算法,从查询点出发探测团结构,由团结构向外延伸扩展得到社区,通过循环迭代快速得到查询点的top-K相关社区。同时为减少搜索空间和计算时间,改进提出的向下探测搜索算法。通过全面的实验对比,验证算法的有效性和改进算法的高效性。     

In Face on Facebook: Brooklyn's Drag Community and Sociotechnical Practices of Online Communication

Recently, Brooklyn has seen an explosion of drag culture, with dozens of performers taking the stage in any given week. Social media plays a vital role for members of this community, simultaneously allowing self‐promotion and community solidarity. Drawing on focus group interviews, we analyze the communication practices of Brooklyn's drag performers, examining both the advantages and drawbacks of social media platforms. Using conceptual frameworks of faceted identity and relational labor, our discussion focuses on affordances and constraints of multifaceted identity in online contexts and theories of seamful design. We contend that by analyzing online communication practices of drag performers, it becomes possible to identify gaps between embedded ideologies of mainstream social media technologies and the localized values of outsider communities.     

Enhancing social media competitiveness of small businesses: insights from small pizzerias

Social media provide an online platform for enterprises to engage existing customers and attract new customers. Although social media can be easily set up at no cost, however, due to limited human and financial resources, many small businesses find it challenging to compete against large enterprises in social media use. While more and more small businesses have jumped on the bandwagon of social media in recent years, few studies investigated the social media strategies that can help small businesses to survive and even thrive against large competitors in the social media arena. Therefore, we studied 32 small pizzerias in a mid-size U.S. city in terms of their social media use for business. Our study found that small pizzerias emphasizing social media use on community relations and social responsibility tend to be more successful in attracting and engaging local customers. This study also sheds light on both effective strategies and successful practices of social media use by small pizzerias. The insights and recommendations identified from this study can help small businesses to enhance their social media competitiveness against large enterprises.     

社区问答系统研究综述

作为一种新兴的知识共享模式,社区问答系统(CQA)具有交互性、开放性的特点,能够更好地满足为用户提供个性化的信息服务的需求。对社区问答系统的研究及应用现状进行综述,系统阐述了用户行为模式、内容质量检测、问题检索等CQA中主要问题的研究以及CQA在其他媒体中的应用。最后展望了CQA中下一步值得研究的问题。本讨论有助于进一步丰富和拓展CQA的研究。     

基于社区分析的网络分割

在并行计算中,网络分割的质量会极大地影响并行计算的效率,然而在网络分割时并没有一个统一的质量评价指标,因此网络分割评价指标的定义以及最佳网络分割方法的构造,成为大规模网络中并行计算的一个核心问题.根据对影响并行计算效率的各种因素的分析,给出了一个网络分割评价指数的定义,并利用并行最短路径的计算验证了该评价指数的定义的正确性;并且基于社区分析,给出了一个全新的网络分割方法,理论分析表明:该网络分割方法是最优的.     

Developing Sustainable Research Networks in Graduate Education

The traditional modes of knowledge production and circulation in academia are (slowly but surely) shifting from the hierarchical, top-down systems of print to the distributed, bottom-up systems of the Web. It is in the context of these shifts and the rapid development of Web 2.0 tools and methods that we argue for a concomitant shift in the predominant practices of graduate education in rhetoric—particularly for students of digital rhetoric. In this article, we describe the development of a research network that combines the power of digital networking with the collaborative facilitation offered by communities of practice and consider how research networks can be grown and sustained as part of the graduate education of technorhetoricians.
