针对装甲车辆自动装填系统的电气故障检测需求,分析了装甲车辆自动装填系统的基本工作原理和电信号特点,设计了以单片机AT89C52为核心的装甲车辆自动装填系统电气故障检测适配器;该设计具有多CAN通信通道、开关量和模拟量采集、开关量输出功能,构建了适配器与控制终端PC机组成的上下位机测控系统,可应用于我多型号坦克、步兵战车自动装填系统的功能测试和电气故障检测,具有较好的通用性、可靠性和较强抗电磁干扰性能,实际应用效果良好。 相似文献

By embodying the spirit of “gold corner, silver side and strawy void” directly on the candidate packing place such that the searching space is reduced considerably, and by utilizing the characteristic of weakly heterogeneous problems that many items are in the same size, a fit degree algorithm (FDA) is proposed for solving a classical 3D rectangular packing problem, container loading problem. Experiments show that FDA works well on the complete set of 1500 instances proposed by Bischoff, Ratcliff and Davies. Especially for the 800 difficult strongly heterogeneous instances among them, FDA outperforms other algorithms with an average volume utilization of 91.91%, which to our knowledge is 0.45% higher than current best result just reported in 2010. 相似文献

Wool handling is an important rural occupation where workers process 200 or more fleeces daily, separating them into various quality components. Loads and postures they experience carry substantial risk of low back pain (LBP). Although a formal skill training structure exists, interaction with loads and LBP is unknown. We examined whether skill and LBP influenced trunk postures and loads of 60 wool handlers representing 3 skill levels. LBP prevalence ranged from 20% for junior (lowest skill) to 45% for open class (highest skill) wool handlers. Open class wool handlers demonstrated increased lateral bend and more axially twisted postures, generating greater medio-lateral shear forces and lateral bend and axial twist moments. LBP was associated with open class wool handlers spending more time in severe axially twisted postures. These findings suggest that skill-based training needs to be reviewed to reduce the quantity of axially twisted posture which may help reduce the prevalence of LBP in this workforce. 相似文献

A two-step method to optimize anisotropic composite panels with T-shaped stiffeners, including a new formulation of the transverse
shear properties and an approximation of the ply contiguity (blocking) constraints as functions of the lamination parameters
is provided. At the first step, a representative element of the stiffened panel (superstiffener) is optimized using mathematical
programming and lamination parameters subjected to combined loading (in-plane and out-of-plane) under strength (laminate or
ply failure), buckling and practical design constraints. Ply blocking constraints are imposed at this step to improve convergence
towards practical laminates. At the second step, the actual superstiffener’s laminates are obtained by using a genetic algorithm.
Results, for the case considered, show that the inclusion of transverse shear effects has an associated 2.5% mass penalty
and that neglecting its effects might invoke earlier buckling failure. In addition, the influence of designing for failure

Machine loading problem in a flexible manufacturing system (FMS) encompasses various types of flexibility aspects pertaining to part selection and operation assignments. The evolution of flexible manufacturing systems offers great potential for increasing flexibility by ensuring both cost-effectiveness and customized manufacturing at the same time. This paper proposes a linear mathematical programming model with both continuous and zero-one variables for job selection and operation allocation problems in an FMS to maximize profitability and utilization of system. The proposed model assigns operations to different machines considering capacity of machines, batch-sizes, processing time of operations, machine costs, tool requirements, and capacity of tool magazine. A genetic algorithm (GA) is then proposed to solve the formulated problem. Performance of the proposed GA is evaluated based on some benchmark problems adopted from the literature. A statistical test is conducted which implies that the proposed algorithm is robust in finding near-optimal solutions. Comparison of the results with those published in the literature indicates supremacy of the solutions obtained by the proposed algorithm for attempted model. 相似文献

Despite the ongoing health problem of repetitive strain injuries, there are few tools currently available for ergonomic applications evaluating cumulative loading that have well-documented evidence of reliability and validity. The purpose of this study was to determine the inter-rater reliability of a posture matching based analysis tool (3DMatch, University of Waterloo) for predicting cumulative and peak spinal loads. A total of 30 food service workers were each videotaped for a 1-h period while performing typical work activities and a single work task was randomly selected from each for analysis by two raters. Inter-rater reliability was determined using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) model 2,1 and standard errors of measurement for cumulative and peak spinal and shoulder loading variables across all subjects. Overall, 85.5% of variables had moderate to excellent inter-rater reliability, with ICCs ranging from 0.30–0.99 for all cumulative and peak loading variables. 3DMatch was found to be a reliable ergonomic tool when more than one rater is involved. 相似文献

Water holes characteristic of the middle sections of fragmented, lowland, semi‐arid rivers act as refuge areas for biota during low flow and drought. However, river regulation and catchment development has altered the hydrological and nutrient status of these refuges. A series of artificial ponds were used to imitate these habitats and experiments were designed to determine whether stochastically fluctuating water levels with maximum amplitude of 65 cm would counteract the influence of nutrient enrichment on the growth of three key aquatic plant species. The species (Cyperus gymnocaulos, Triglochin procerum and Typha domingensis) represented different functional groups that inhabit contrasting zones across the elevation gradient. Each species was grown at a different elevation within the experiment reflecting each species' elevation preference and supplied with the equivalent to 0, 10 or 30 g N m?2 year?1. Under a static water regime nutrient enrichment doubled the total biomass of all three species. In contrast under a fluctuating water regime, nutrient addition did not influence total biomass of either T. domingensis or T. procerum and the performance of C. gymnocaulos was reduced by ca. 30%. These data suggest that if environmental flows were managed to provide a natural stochastically fluctuating water regime, this would nullify the influence of nutrient enrichment and limit the distribution and spread of invasive species such as Typha, that exists under the current altered conditions.
