科研人员业绩考核设计

对科研人员业绩的考核，应具有一定程度可量化的考核指标和一套完整的考核体系。文章对科研人员业绩评价的内容及其指标体系、考核与管理办法进行了设计，认为科研人员业绩考核指标可以分为劳动数量、劳动质量和劳动成果3类，具体内容包括其科研工作量、科研责任、科研成果的表现形式及其数量、成果的学术价值与利用率，以及科研人员科研技能水平等。     

A knowledge-based system for sensor selection

This paper presents a Knowledge-based system (KBS) developed to allow users, who may not be knowledgeable about sensors, to select sensors suitable for their specific needs. The KBS runs on a micro-computer. The selection criteria are user specified and are based on the desired measurement parameters. The system output includes all of the operational and dimensional parameters of the recommended sensor, price, and vendor information.

本文首先概述了编辑出版自动化技术的概念及最新进展,然后就其在医药专业期刊编辑部的初步应用进行了探讨,论述了计算机、网络、数据库技术在稿件的选题、组稿、编辑、审校、排版、印刷、出版中的具体应用,强调了构建基于网络的编辑出版自动化系统对期刊现代化建设的重要作用。     

基于软件总线的星载系统软件结构的研究与设计

针对目前国内外星载系统软件可重构性较差的问题，提出了一种基于软件总线的星载系统软件结构。首先，介绍了软件总线和软构件的结构。其次，阐述了星载实时多任务操作系统中混合任务调度算法的设计。最后，对这个混合任务调度算法的正确性给出了证明。     

多用途放射性废物焚烧系统工程验证试验

对建立的多用途放射性废物焚烧系统，进行了工程验证试验。试验主要包括固体废物（包括树脂）和废油焚烧及烟气净化时系统的性能测定、非放示踪试验、72h连续运行考验等。经过共计500多小时的试验，验证了工艺流程、主要设备结构、仪表测控及系统安全等设计的可行性和可靠性；系统运行平稳，设备及仪表工作正常。本系统可一炉多用，其处理能力、减容系数、焚烧灰中残炭率以及系统总去污系数等指标，均达到了设计要求。

In this note we present a proof to the conjecture given in the above paper, and therefore establish the equivalence of characterizations of fixed modes for the general case.     

An Optimal Model and Algorithm of Distributed Information System

Distributed information system makes itself be placed in changing file storage position according to the users＇ request pattern. In this paper, we rebuild the model for a management system to turn the process of file managing into a 0-1 programming problem, and present a new individual form to improve the operating efficiency. Aiming at the model, we define a neighborhood span to make segmentation for searching space by using the fitness, based on the region contraction algorithm, present a new evolution algorithm which has the capability of self-adaptively generating new individuals, and ultimately solve the management problem of the distributed file system.     

GaAs器件工艺中等离子刻蚀及计算机辅助监控技术研究

用Ｎ２气和ＮＦ３反应气体，在较低的刻蚀功率下实现了用薄正性光刻胶ＡＺ１５１８作掩模，均匀、快速刻蚀ＳｉＯ２，ＳｉＯＮ，Ｓｉ３Ｎ４，ＷＮ，Ｗ等材料的等离子刻蚀技术。利用到蚀过程中射频参数的变化和计算机技术，将射频参数的变化在计算机屏幕上实时显示，实现了计算机辅助监控和终点检测技术。
