针对人机界面评价中评价信息不完全、不确定和较为复杂的特点,提出基于相近度的人机界面不确定信息评价方法.该方法将人机界面不确定信息的处理由实数序列拓展至灰区间数序列,以灰色理论和理想点法为理论基础,构造灰区间绝对关联分析模型和灰区间理想点模型,并运用整体逼近的思想,综合考虑方案与参考序列曲线的相似性和接近性,提出设计方案与理想方案的灰区间相近度,建立了不确定信息的综合评价模型.该模型弥补了单一方法的不足,避免了模糊信息过早精确化,有效保证了评价结果的可靠性.实验结果表明,该方法对于解决具有不确定信息的复杂系统评价问题是合理的、有效的. 相似文献

目前航空管理机构与航空公司进行飞行品质评估主要是依据经验与简单飞行参数统计数字,这样做难以得出科学、客观的评估结果。基于提升全行业安全保障能力和运行品质的需求,研究了利用计算机技术对飞行品质进行综合评估的方法。选取了理想值逼近法作为飞行品质综合评估的手段,结合波动通道模型作为飞行品质评估的理论基础,基于提出的飞行品质评估模型对飞行品质评估系统进行了设计。对真实的飞行参数数据建立综合评估模型,同时考察多次航班的多个飞行参数,给出综合的飞行品质评估结论,为飞行评估、训练提供理论基础和科学的评判方法。 相似文献

Dispatching rules are important to the performance of a manufacturing system. Selective applications of different priority rules at different processing stages in a multiple workstation manufacturing system have a positive impact on shop performance. This type of problem is a combinatorial dispatching decision. However, no dispatching rule can consistently produce better performance than all other rules under a variety of operating conditions and criteria. It is the purpose of this study to provide a robust solution for a dispatching decision that will have ‘good’ performance under different operating scenarios. In this paper a simulation case of a flow shop with multiple processors is proposed, specifically a multi-layer ceramic capacitor manufacturing system. Two multiple criteria decision-making methods – techniques for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) and an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) – in combination with Taguchi orthogonal array are used to find the most suitable dispatching rule for every workstation. The results show that for 15 production scenarios and 4 criteria this combinatorial dispatching rule is robust, in the sense that it outperforms other commonly employed strategies. 相似文献

为实现电能质量连续、实时综合评估,提出了一种全域电能质量评估体系,设计了综合评估方法。首先,使用熵权法构造各指标间数据信息量的对比通道,实现对电能质量指标影响权重的常权赋予,保证赋权的客观性。通过构造状态变元,对计算单元内各点权重进行动态调整,保证指标时序赋权的动态特性,增强时域下的权重分辨率。然后,提出了双轨制TOPSIS评估方法,分别开辟数据与等级的TOPSIS计算路径,避免数据与等级杂糅对两者内部相对关系的破坏,减小评估标准对于数据的依赖,保证各时段评估标准的一致性。最后,实时判断两者贴合度,完成数据向等级的并轨,得到以综合评估等级为判据的电能质量整体状态评价和以状态权重为参考的等级变化成因分析。通过算例分析验证了该评估方法能够实现实时评估,具备准确快速地反映电能质量随时间变化的能力,且评估流程具有普适性。 相似文献

用户的感性诉求日益获得产品设计师和企业决策者的关注,为了使产品开发人员在开发新产品时能满足用户多维复合的感性诉求,提出一种结合熵处理、灰色关联分析和逼近理想解排序(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)的方法,用于产品设计方案的评估。首先,在运用K-mean聚类分析和因子分析方法分别获得符合用户感性认知的典型样本和典型感性意象的基础上,运用语意差异法获得用户-意象初始评价值;其次,应用信息熵计算评估指标的权重;最后,采用灰色关联分析与TOPSIS相结合的方法实现用户多维意象特定要求下对备选设计方案的排序优选。以3D打印机设计方案优选为例,验证了方法的可行性。研究结果表明,该方法符合用户实际的复杂认知,能有效客观地对产品设计方案进行评估和优选,具有实际应用价值和指导作用。 相似文献

Managing service quality is vital to retain customer satisfaction and augment revenues for any business organization. Often it is difficult to assess service quality due to lack of quantifiable measures and limited data. In this paper, we present a hybrid approach based on SERVQUAL and fuzzy TOPSIS for evaluating service quality of urban transportation systems. The proposed approach consists of three steps. The first step involves development of a SERVQUAL based questionnaire to collect data for measuring transportation service quality. The participants provide linguistic assessments to rate the service quality criteria and the alternatives. In step 2, the linguistic ratings are combined through fuzzy TOPSIS to generate an overall performance score for each alternative. The alternative with the highest score is finally chosen. In step 3, sensitivity analysis is conducted to evaluate the influence of criteria weights on the decision making process.The strength of the proposed approach is its practical applicability and ability to provide solution under partial or lack of quantitative information. Despite the importance of knowledge transfer for firms involved in foreign direct investment activities, this area has not
received appropriate attention from the perspectives of both the knowledge transferor (i.e., MNC parent) and the knowledge
recipient. To fill in the gap in the current literature we propose a model to understand the links between criteria complicating
the transfer of knowledge and preferences that the company has to focus. This model is based on both the existing literature
as well as views of company representatives and provides a useful methodology for identifying decision making problems on
the transfer of knowledge. In this paper, we investigate the fuzzy linear programming technique (FLP) to analyze these links
and for multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with preference information on criteria. To reflect the
decision maker’s subjective preference information and to determine the weight vector of attributes, the technique for order
preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) developed by Hwang and Yoon (1995) and the linear programming technique
for multidimensional analysis of preference (LINMAP) developed by Sirinivasan and Shocker (Psychometrica 38:337–369, 1973)

In this paper, we present a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model to evaluate the competence of the firms. According to the competence-based theory reveals that firm competencies are recognized from exclusive and unique capabilities that each firm enjoy in marketplace and are tightly intertwined within different business functions throughout the company. Therefore, competence in the firm is a composite of various attributes. Among them many intangible and tangible attributes are difficult to measure. In order to overcome the issue, we invite fuzzy set theory into the measurement of performance. In this paper first we calculate the weight of each criterion through adaptive analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach (A3) method, and then we appraise the performance of firms via linguistic variables which are expressed as trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. In the next step we transform these fuzzy numbers into interval data by means of α-cut. Then considering different values for α we rank the firms through TOPSIS method with interval data. Since there are different ranks for different α values, we apply linear assignment method to obtain final rank for alternatives. 相似文献
