The two‐component measurement error (TCME) model effectively quantifies both the additive and multiplicative errors in analytical measurements. The performance of control charts in presence of TCME model has been investigated by researchers in recent past, but these studies are based on only considering fixed levels for the two‐component model parameters. In this study, we investigated the exponentially weighted moving average chart's performance in presence of TCME for varying levels of two‐component model parameters. RETE匹配算法是基于规则推理系统中的经典高效算法,但是在飞行器评估这种规则和事实数量较多的系统,推理效率并不高,因为在模式匹配中,join操作的开销与事实的平方成正比。事实和规则数量较多时,产生的中间匹配信息大大增加,增加了时间复杂度和空间复杂度,严重降低了推理效率。针对飞行器评估系统的特点,本文分析了优化RETE拓扑结构是提高推理效率的关键,然后提出了基于代价模型的RETE优化算法,该算法可以自动寻找最优的RETE拓扑结构,减少了join中间结点的数据,大大降低RETE算法的时间复杂度和空间复杂度。经实验测试,基于代价模型的RETE算法在飞行器评估系统中的运行效率较高,满足飞行器评估的需求。 相似文献

The purpose of this study is to integrate a conventional production-inventory management approach and a process-quality design approach so as to promote quality and reduce costs. Because the integration of these two approaches into a single system is conducted under the influence of a deterioration process, estimated costs of production must be modified. Only then can these various costs be presented as a total cost for the present integrated system. This total cost includes: a setup cost for production reordering and process resetting, quality-related costs stemming from the loss of product quality along with a tolerance-related production process cost and a failure cost for product defects, backorder costs for production shortage, carrying costs generated by the storing and handling of inventory, and material costs for determining the process mean. The Taguchi quality loss function is introduced to assess quality loss in the system. The decision variables include the initial setting (process mean), process tolerance, and production order quantity. These variables need to be determined simultaneously to minimise the average total cost for a cycle time. An example is presented to demonstrate the proposed approach. 相似文献

Design For Cost (DFC) is a branch of Design For X (DFX). In this paper, we defined DFC as a design method that analyzed and evaluated the product‘s life cycle cost (LCC), then modified the design to reduce the LCC. Nowadays it is a very difficult thing to obtain LCC data in China or in developing countries. Statistical methods can not be used because available LCC data are few. In order to solve this problem, we used grey system theory. Then relations of cost factors were analyzed in LCC using grey relevant methods, and a GM( 1,1 ) model between design parameters and LCC was established. The development of energy-efficient building envelopes has been an ongoing effort in many countries owing to the pressing need to achieve energy independence. In this study numerical optimization techniques and finite element analysis provide the means to find a compromise point between adding phase-change materials (PCMs) to a concrete wall, the energy savings and the wall's structural capacity. The primary objective is to minimize the overall lifetime cost of a wall by understanding the implications of PCM layer thickness, material properties and position in the wall on the overall energy consumption. While it is difficult to manually configure a typical wall for the lowest total cost, the developed computational framework provides an automated tool for searching for the best design. The results show that successful designs can be obtained where material and energy costs can be minimized through a judicious combination of existing building materials with thermal energy storage materials. 相似文献
