不同网络之间的切换问题是网络间互操作的重要组成部分,尤其是当前备受关注的TD-LTE与TD-SCDMA的切换问题。该文在对常规切换机制剖析的基础上,通过详尽的理论分析,根据现有切换机制的不足,提出了新的切换判决算法机制。新机制中结合了多属性切换判决中的层次分析算法和二维函数收益法,考虑了移动用户的业务喜好,并使用Matlab搭建了网络模型着重针对数据业务进行仿真,根据不同的网络收益值来实现切换的选择,验证了数据业务切换判决算法的有效性。 相似文献

为客观评价区域的用水水平,采用基于欧式贴近度的模糊物元模型综合评价区域水资源开发利用程度.将灌区用水水平的不同阶段作为物元的事物,将各阶段的评价指标及其模糊量值作为复合模糊物元,通过计算复合模糊物元与标准物元之间的欧式贴近度,综合分析区域水资源的开发利用现状,确定区域用水水平,为水资源的进一步开发利用及合理配置提供决策依据.以宝鸡峡灌区为例,研究结果表明,宝鸡峡灌区的用水水平处于发展阶段,水资源开发利用已具有一定规模但仍有开发潜力. 相似文献

城市生态系统是以人工为主导的自然、经济、社会3个子系统的复合生态系统,为使城市生态系统健康发展,根据健康评价指标体系建立原则,构建了一个4层的城市生态系统健康指标评价体系,采用基于熵权的模糊综合评判法,从时间纵向上研究了郑州市城市生态系统的发展趋势.结果表明:从2003年到2007年,反映生态系统结构功能的各要素,表现出了不同的发展趋势;郑州市城市生态系统健康状况呈总体上升的趋势;3个子系统间不能够协调发展,主要是社会子系统存在结构不合理等原因引起,可为制定进一步的城市发展政策借鉴. 相似文献

In this paper,a set of fractional partial differential equations based on fractional total variation and fractional steepest descent approach are proposed to address the problem of traditional drawbacks of PM and ROF multi-scale denoising for texture image.By extending Green,Gauss,Stokes and Euler-Lagrange formulas to fractional field,we can find that the integer formulas are just their special case of fractional ones.In order to improve the denoising capability,we proposed 4 fractional partial differential equation based multiscale denoising models,and then discussed their stabilities and convergence rate.Theoretic deduction and experimental evaluation demonstrate the stability and astringency of fractional steepest descent approach,and fractional nonlinearly multi-scale denoising capability and best value of parameters are discussed also.The experiments results prove that the ability for preserving high-frequency edge and complex texture information of the proposed denoising models are obviously superior to traditional integral based algorithms,especially for texture detail rich images. 相似文献

This work aims at selecting optimal operating variables to obtain the minimum specific energy (SE) in sawing of rocks. A particular granite was sampled and sawn by a fully automated circular diamond sawblades. The peripheral speed, the traverse speed, the cut depth and the flow rate of cooling fluid were selected as the operating variables. Taguchi approach was adopted as a statistical design of experimental technique for optimization studies. The results were evaluated based on the analysis of variance and signal-to-noise ratio (S/N ratio). Statistically significant operating variables and their percentage contribution to the process were also determined. Additionally, a statistical model was developed to demonstrate the relationship between SE and operating variables using regression analysis and the model was then verified. It was found that the optimal combination of operating variables for minimum SE is the peripheral speed of 25 m/s, the traverse speed of 70 cm/min, the cut depth of 2 cm and the flow rate of cooling fluid of 100 mL/s. The cut depth and traverse speed were statistically determined as the significant operating variables affecting the SE, respectively. Furthermore, the regression model results reveal that the predictive model has a high applicability for practical applications. 相似文献

In this paper, the problem of the control law design for interconnected identical systems ensuring the global stability and the global performance properties is under consideration. Inspired by the decentralized control law design methodology using the dissipativity input–output approach, the problem is reduced to the problem of satisfying two conditions: (i) the condition on the interconnection and (ii) the condition on the local subsystem dynamics. Both problems are efficiently solved applying a (quasi‐) convex LMI optimization and standard H∞ synthesis. ABSTRACT Cryptographic hash functions play a crucial role in networking and communication security, including their use for data integrity and message authentication. Keccak hash algorithm is one of the finalists in the next generation SHA-3 hash algorithm competition. It is based on the sponge construction whose hardware performance is worth investigation. We developed an efficient hardware architecture for the Keccak hash algorithm on Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). Due to the serialization exploited in the proposed architecture, the area needed for its implementation is reduced significantly accompanied by higher efficiency rate. In addition, low latency is attained so that higher operating frequencies can be accessed. We use the coprocessor approach which exploits the use of RAM blocks that exist in most FPGA platforms. For this coprocessor, a new datapath structure allowing parallel execution of multiple instructions is designed. Implementation results prove that our Keccak coprocessor achieves high performance in a small area. 相似文献
