研究了猕猴桃果汁膜厚度、辐射距离、时间和温度4个因素对紫外线杀灭接种在猕猴桃清汁中的大肠杆菌的影响。并通过正交试验得出各因素的最佳组合。结果表明:处理时间和果汁厚度对紫外线的杀菌效果影响最为显著。当果汁厚度为0.5mm,辐射时间为5min,辐射距离为100mm,杀菌温度为30℃时,杀菌率可达99.97%。 相似文献

以去除水分的新鲜山核桃坚果为原料,经~(60)Coγ射线分别在0、0.8、2.0、5.0、8.0 k Gy剂量下辐照处理,然后置于温度(2±0.5)℃、湿度(RH)70%~80%的环境中密闭贮藏。期间对山核桃果肉主要营养成分(粗脂肪、粗蛋白质、油中脂肪酸、维生素E),氧化稳定性(酸值、过氧化值、O~-_2·生成速率、氧化诱导温度、氧化诱导时间)的动态变化进行跟踪监测。结果表明:5.0、8.0 k Gy辐照处理显著加剧了山核桃贮藏期间酸值、过氧化值、O~-_2·生成速率的升高,降低了粗脂肪、不饱和脂肪酸和维生素E含量,降低了氧化诱导温度和氧化诱导时间;与对照组及其他辐照组相比,2.0 k Gy剂量组较好地在贮藏期间保持了不饱和脂肪酸及维生素E含量,对山核桃氧化稳定性影响较小,有助于保持山核桃营养和延长山核桃贮藏期。 相似文献

The preparation of thioethers by S-alkylation of various thiols with alkyl halides under solvent-free reaction conditions using potassium fluoride on alumina (KF/Al2O3) as a solid catalyst has been investigated in detail with respect to three different modes of reaction activation (ultrasound irradiation, microwave irradiation, and conventional heating) for obtaining maximum yield of the thioether. The importance of KF/Al2O3 as a particularly efficient catalyst was corroborated for all three modes of reaction activation, although the reaction time was found to be strongly dependent on the mode of activation. The yield of the thioethers was also found to depend on the amount of the solid catalyst relative to the equimolar amounts of the two reactants. 相似文献

UV‐cured epoxy/graphene nanocomposite films with ca 100 µm thickness were manufactured by a facile cationic photopolymerization of 3,4‐epoxycyclohexylmethyl‐3′,4′‐epoxycyclohexane carboxylate mixtures including graphene sheets of 0.3 ? 10.0 wt%, which was initiated by triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate salts. The microstructure and thermal and electrical properties of the UV‐cured epoxy/graphene nanocomposite films were investigated as a function of the graphene content. X‐ray diffraction patterns and TEM images confirm that graphene sheets are well dispersed in the UV‐cured epoxy resin matrix even with a high graphene content of 10.0 wt%. The electrical resistance of the nanocomposite films decreased dramatically from ca 1012 Ω to ca 102 Ω with increasing graphene content, especially at a percolation threshold of 2.0 ? 3.0 wt%. Accordingly, the UV‐cured nanocomposite films including 5.0 ? 10.0 wt% graphene showed excellent electric heating performance in terms of temperature response as well as electric power efficiency at a given applied voltage. For a nanocomposite film with 10.0 wt% graphene, the maximum temperature of ca 138 °C was attained at an applied voltage of 15 V and a high electric power efficiency of ca 3.0 ± 0.3 mW °C?1 was achieved. © 2014 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

Gelatin from cold fish skin has strong mechanical properties and biodegradability. Cold fish gelatin was introduced into waterborne polyurethane (WPU) by covalent bonding to reinforce and render biodegradability of WPU. For this, gelatin was chemically modified with vinyltrimethoxysilane (VTMS) via the sol–gel type reactions and incorporated into hydroxyl ethyl acrylate (HEA) termini of WPU by UV curing. Covalent incorporations provided the hybrids with enhanced water resistance, hardness, glassy and rubbery state moduli, yield strength, and thermal resistance of soft segment along with significantly enhanced biodegradability both in trypsin solution and soil. 相似文献

Undoped and 1 at.% Co-doped ZnO nanostructure based UV photodetectors were successfully fabricated by RF- magnetron sputtering technique with comb like Pt electrodes. Cobalt ions were successfully incorporated into the lattice of the ZnO nanostructure without changing its wurtzite structure. It was indicated that Co-doping can effectively adjust the luminescence properties of the ZnO nanostructure. The undoped and Co-doped ZnO photodetectors were observed to have photosensitivities of 1.44 x 104 % and 8.57 x 102 % and low dark currents of 9.74 x 10-8 A and 1.18 x 10-7 A, respectively. 相似文献

Abstract: Hydrocarbons, gas compounds, and off‐odor volatiles were determined for irradiated (0 or 5 kGy) commercial sausages with different fat contents (16% and 29%) during a 60‐d storage period at 4 °C. Total of 4 hydrocarbons (C14:1, C15:0, C16:2, and C17:1) were detected only in irradiated sausages: the amount of C16:2 was the highest, followed by C17:1, C14:1, and C15:0. The concentrations of hydrocarbons decreased significantly (P < 0.05) with storage, but were still detectable at the end of 60‐d storage. Irradiated sausages produced significantly higher amounts of CO than the nonirradiated ones. CH4 was detected only in irradiated sausages. Dimethyl disulfide was detected only in irradiated sausages and its concentration decreased significantly (P < 0.05) with storage. Fat content of sausages showed a significant effect on the production and retention of hydrocarbons, gas compounds, and sulfur volatiles in irradiated sausages during storage. Some hydrocarbons (C16:2, C17:1, C14:1, and C15:0), CH4, and dimethyl disulfide were only found in irradiated sausages indicating that these compounds can be used as potential markers for irradiated sausages. 相似文献

Many kinds of insulating materials are used outside a spacecraft. They include FEP films, polyimide films, and so on, and are used as thermal control materials. These materials are exposed to a charged‐particle environment around the spacecraft. Thus then become charged due to charged particles, especially electrons. It has been pointed out that charging of these materials is likely to cause discharges on the surfaces. From this viewpoint, we investigated the charging potential characteristics of 127‐μm‐thick FEP film, a typical thermal control material, by exposing it to electron irradiation at various energies below 20 keV. In the dependence of the charging potential on the electron energy, we found that the electron energy at which no charge‐up occurs is about 2.7 keV. This appears to be the energy at the which secondary electron emission yield becomes unity. This indicates that electron irradiation of FEP film with energies lower than 2.7 keV induces positive charging. From the charge decay characteristics after electron irradiation, the volume resistivity of the film was also obtained as a function of the electric fields in the bulk of the FEP film. 相似文献
