正确选择气顶油藏高效开发模式

通过对不同类型气顶油藏的油气水分布特征及气顶和边水能量的研究分析，计算水侵量与边水体积及合理的弹性产率。提出适合气顶油藏特点的开发模式是先开采油区后开采气顶，并以唐家河油田港深18—2断块为例，证明采用该模式可以高效开发气顶油藏。图3表1参6     

减振器在自导系统结构设计中的应用

通过对减振器结构设计的理论分析，建立了减振器的数学模型，同时通过设计的模拟装置对减振效果进行了实测，效果良好。     

Oleuropein Inhibits LDL Oxidation Induced by Cooking Oil Frying By-products and Platelet Aggregation Induced by Platelet-Activating Factor

Oleuropein, a polyphenolic glucoside, constituent of olive fruit and oil, has been previously shown to exhibit, in vitro, potent properties as a biological antioxidant. In the present paper, two new properties are demonstrated in vitro as well, concerning its vascular protection activity, against the atheromatic lesion formation and its blood antithrombotic effect. Firstly, it was found that the oxidation of low-density lipoproteins (LDL), induced by different quantities of total polar materials (TPM), was inhibited by 10 μ M (final concentration) of oleuropein, revealing approx. 50% protection. Secondly, platelet-rich human plasma aggregation, induced by either the platelet-activating factor or adenosine diphospate or arachidonic acid, was inhibited by oleuropein. The 10 μ M (final concentration) of oleuropein was proven to be the most effective among the tested concentrations against LDL oxidation, while an IC₅₀=0.41 mM was calculated for its inhibitory activity against platelet aggregation induced by 0.7 μ M platelet-activating factor.     

基于EDGE系统信道估计实现方案的研究

研究了基于ＥＤＧＥ系统接收机中信道估计的实现方案，并对算法的各项性能做出评估。首先论述了算法的采用及其理论依据。接着，说明了信道预估计的原理及方法。最后，针对ＭＡＴ－ＬＡＢ及 ＤＳＰ上的仿真结果，比较了各项系数对于系统性能改善所具有的影响和作用，对系统特性作了较为详细的分析总结。     

Continuous time stochastic adaptive control: non-explosion, ε-consistency and stability

For completely observed continuous time constant parameter stochastic linear systems, an indirect adaptive control law is presented which, subject principally to a weak location hypothesis concerning the true parameter, and a persistent excitation hypothesis, generates ε-consistent recursive least squares parameter estimates and ensures the system is mean square sample path stable. The adaptive control algorith mentails (i) recursively calculating the least squares estimate of the system parameter, and (ii) recursively generating the LQR feedback gain matrix lying in a set of matrix gains γ known to contain a stabilizing gain. The a.s. non-explosion of the system is a direct consequence of this construction.     

GaN and AlGaN high-voltage rectifiers grown by metal-organic chemical-vapor deposition

In this paper, we report the study of the electrical characteristics of GaN and AlGaN vertical p-i-n junctions and Schottky rectifiers grown on both sapphire and SiC substrates by metal-organic chemical-vapor deposition. For GaN p-i-n rectifiers grown on SiC with a relatively thin “i” region of 2 μm, a breakdown voltage over 400 V, and forward voltage as low as 4.5 V at 100 A/cm² are exhibited for a 60-μm-diameter device. A GaN Schottky diode with a 2-μm-thick undoped layer exhibits a blocking voltage in excess of ∼230 V at a reverse-leakage current density below 1 mA/cm², and a forward-voltage drop of 3.5 V at a current density of 100 A/cm². It has been found that with the same device structure and process approach, the leakage current of a device grown on a SiC substrate is much lower than a device grown on a sapphire substrate. The use of Mg ion implantation for p-guard rings as planar-edge terminations in mesageometry GaN Schottky rectifiers has also been studied.

针对一类未知不稳定非线性系统,基于小波逼近理论,提出了一种直接自适应控制 算法,并由Lyapnov理论证明了整个控制闭环系统的稳定性.     

STRESS INTENSITY FACTORS AND WEIGHT FUNCTIONS FOR SEMI-ELLIPTICAL SURFACE CRACKS IN FINITE-THICKNESS PLATES UNDER TWO-DIMENSIONAL STRESS DISTRIBUTION

Abstract— A Fourier series approach is proposed to calculate stress intensity factors using weight functions for semi-elliptical surface cracks in flat plates subjected to two-dimensional stress distributions. The weight functions were derived from reference stress intensity factors obtained by three-dimensional finite element analyses. The close form weight functions derived are suitable for the calculation of stress intensity factors for semi-elliptical surface cracks in flat plates under two-dimensional stress distributions with the crack aspect ratio in the range of 0.1 ≤ a/c ≤ 1 and relative depth in the range of 0 ≤ a/t ≤ 0.8. Solutions were verified using several two-dimensional non-linear stress distributions; the maximum difference being 6%.     

一类专家模型参考自适应控制

本文将专家系统技术和模型参考自适应控制相结合，提出了一种新的基于专家系统模型参考自适应控制，该系统集智能控制思想与专家技术于一身，从而得到很强的控制律，为验证其有效性，以两关节机器人为对象进行仿真，在有负载扰动情况下，该系统能使机器人跟踪上希望轨迹，其系统响应和鲁棒性优于常规的控制算法。     

宽带自适应跳频控制器

本文叙述宽带自适应跳频控制器的原理及方案,频率集的配置、自适应跳频拒收门限及频点更新、跳频码序列及同步等。有效地组织宽带自适应跳频系统能避开大部分固定和半固定性质的单频连续波干扰,使得移动卫星通信系统中实现高可靠性的数据传输。
