广告视觉隐喻的符号意义生成机制

目的解析广告视觉隐喻的符号运作机制与组合方式。方法以符号意义的生成理论为原点,以索绪尔符号的价值理论为方法,分析广告聚合段上的符号关系与视觉隐喻修辞的内在联系,提出意义二元值的同向替代机制,以及广告视觉隐喻符号的组合方式。结论广告视觉隐喻是通过聚合段上的符号互相替代而形成的,其符号组合有本体融入喻体、喻体融入本体、本喻体互融3种模式。     

The Consumer Reports mental health survey.

Provides an overview of the 1995 Consumer Reports survey of the effectiveness of psychotherapy. Specific issues addressed include the study's goals; the findings for mental health professionals, family doctors, and self-help groups; and methodological strengths and weaknesses related to external validity, sampling, controls, self-reports, and time frame. The data show that, free of the artificial constraints of controlled studies in the real world, a population of consumers can often benefit from psychological intervention services. Real relief can be found at the hands of professional mental health providers. M. Kotkin et al reaffirm their independence from M. E. P. Errors in Seligman's "The effectiveness of psychotherapy: The Consumer Reports study."

Contends that there are 3 methodological errors and an inconsistency in M. E. P. Seligman's (see record 1996-13324-001) reanalysis of the 1995 Consumer Reports survey of the effectiveness of psychotherapy. 基于整体效果的装备体系作战效能评估方法研究

针对武器装备体系作战效能评估进行了研究,提出了基于整体效果的装备体系作战效能评估方法,包括任务完成情况分析、整体作战效果分析、基于价值中心的等效分析、灵敏度分析及装备贡献度分析等环节。在此基础上,建立了基于整体效果的装备体系作战效能评估元模型,并设计开发了装备体系作战效能评估分析系统。实践证明,所提出的方法是可行的。     

不确定条件下控制分配问题的鲁棒优化方法

针对具有冗余执行机构的过驱动系统, 在考虑控制效率不确定性的条件下, 提出了一种基于鲁棒优化理论的控制分配算法. 研究了原始不确定鲁棒优化模型的建立和基于椭球不确定集的鲁棒对等式的转化问题, 并推广到可由锥二次不等式表示的不确定集的情况. 讨论了鲁棒优化控制分配算法的求解方法及其计算复杂度. 最后, 针对多操纵面飞机的最优控制分配问题与传统算法进行了仿真比较, 结果表明鲁棒优化算法能有效降低控制效率不确定性的影响, 使分配结果更为合理, 从而具有更好的鲁棒性, 同时能有效提高操纵面故障情况下闭环系统的控制重构能力, 很好地改善了飞控系统的性能.     

Effectiveness of MMORPG‐based instruction in elementary English education in Korea

This study investigated the effectiveness of massive multiplayer online role‐playing game (MMORPG)‐based (massive multiplayer online role‐playing game) instruction in elementary English education. The effectiveness of the MMORPG program was compared with face‐to‐face instruction and the independent variables (gender, prior knowledge, motivation for learning, self‐directed learning skills, computer skills, game skills, computer capacity, network speed, and computer accessibility) were examined to see how accurately achievement was predicted in MMORPG instruction. The results indicated that students studying English utilizing online role‐playing games showed higher scores in areas of listening, reading, and writing than those who attended face‐to‐face instruction classes. It was also found that prior knowledge, motivation for learning, and network speed were factors affecting achievement in English learning. These findings suggest that MMORPGs can play an important role in improving English communicative skills.

富媒体广告是当前网络广告中最具感染力的广告形式。文章着重研究富媒体广告设计与表现的特殊要素,认为富媒体广告依赖于技术优势的支持,其创意理念强调互动性的,表现形式注重娱乐性和服务性,从而提高了广告的传播效果。     

Search advertising placement strategy: Exploring the efficacy of the conventional wisdom

Search advertising is one of the most important forms of electronic commerce. While click-through rates are considered a key measure of search advertising effectiveness by search providers, brand attention can also be a valuable objective. Our paper reports on an experiment that investigated how search advertisement placement affected search users’ brand recall and recognition. The results showed that semantically associated search ads generated significantly higher levels of brand attention than contextually associated ones. Significant interaction effects were found among search ad position, keyword association, and search result quality. Implications for decision makers are discussed.     

Keeping up-to-date with information technology: Testing a model of technological knowledge renewal effectiveness for IT professionals

In a rapidly changing IT environment, IT professionals need to keep abreast of technological knowledge. We examined how well this is achieved by developing a motivational model of “technological knowledge renewal effectiveness.” We hypothesized that (1) renewal effectiveness was influenced by the IT professional's career orientation, perceived IT dynamism, tolerance of ambiguity, delegation; and (2) that this positively affected both intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Survey data from 126 IT professionals was used to test the hypotheses. The results generally supported the research model. We discussed the implications of these results in both research and practice.

针对信息网日益突出的安全隐患,本文依据国家标准《信息安全技术信息系统等级保护安全设计技术要求》提出一种安全管理的技术平台实施方案。该方案从基础防护建设决策支持、安全有效性监管以及安全事件处理等方面,来满足管理者和技术人员的需求。
