沪昌特钢连续精整线介绍

介绍了上海沪昌特殊钢股份有限公司合金钢棒材连续精整生产线的工艺流程和主要设备性能。对生产中存在的问题进行了分析并提出了相应的改进措施，使精整能力和产品质量都得到较大提高。     

Pressure profiles measured within lubricated contacts in presence of dented surfaces. Comparison with numerical models

In this paper, dented contacts have been studied in an EHL ball on disk device under pure sliding conditions. Dents with diameter of half the Hertzian contact radius were positioned in the center of the contact. The measured pressure profiles, obtained from Raman microspectrometry, are very different from those expected. A huge pressure peak is observed at the place where the lubricant leaves the dent, leading to very high pressure gradients. The effect of the dent shoulders is also visible. These results are discussed and compared to numerical ones. Finally, some consequences on life prediction of dented surfaces are presented.

扩散处理制备CuSn10部分合金化粉末的研究

本文通过对电解Cu粉、雾化Sn粉的部分合金化过程的研究 ,制备出适于制造高速、低噪音、微型含油轴承的CuSn1 0部分合金化粉末。采用SEM对粉末进行了分析 ,同时分析了粉末混合和生坯密度对部分合金化粉末的影响 ,并分析了扩散烧结温度、扩散烧结时间等对其工艺性能的影响     

Serial reconstruction of inner hair cell afferent innervation using semithick sections

The afferent innervation pattern of inner hair cells in the apex of the guinea pig cochlea was studied using serial reconstruction of semithick (0.25–μm) sections and high-voltage electron microscopy (HVEM). This thickness produced a good compromise between the ability to resolve details of the synaptic contacts between the hair cells and sensory neurons and the number of sections required to reconstruct the nerve terminals within the receptor organ. The use of a goniometer allowed the sections to be tilted to angles optimum for viewing either the synaptic membrane specializations or the presynaptic bodies. Reasonably good images of 0.25-μm sections could be obtained using a conventional 120-keV microscope, but the images produced by the HVEM were clearly superior. The sensory nerve terminals and hair cells were reconstructed using a microcomputer-based computer-aided-design system. Nerve terminals with complex shapes could be successfully rendered as surface models viewed as stereo pairs. The advantages and limitations of the techniques used are discussed.

本文主要介绍了低合金高强度钢的特点,从实际的加工性、防腐性和成本方面进行分析,并以某款家用空调器电机支架为例使用屈服强度在350MPa级的低合金高强度钢进行试验验证,结果表明低合金高强度钢在空调的钣金件加工中有较高的可行性和较好的应用前景。     

Controlling of electronic parameters of GaAs Schottky diode by poly(3,4-ethylenedioxithiophene)-block-poly(ethylene glycol) organic interlayer

The electronic properties of metal-organic semiconductor-inorganic semiconductor structure between GaAs and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxithiophene)-block-poly(ethylene glycol) organic film have been investigated via current-voltage and capacitance-voltage methods. The Au/PEDOT/n-GaAs contact exhibits a rectification behavior with the barrier height of 0.69 eV and ideality factor value of 3.94. The barrier height of the studied diode (0.67 eV) is lower than that of Ni/n-GaAs/In (0.85 eV) and Au/n-GaAs/In Schottky diodes. The decrease in barrier height of Au/n-GaAs/In Schottky diode is likely to be due to the variation in the space charge region in the GaAs. The obtained results indicate that control of the interfacial potential barrier for metal/n-GaAs diode was achieved using thin interlayer of the poly(3,4-ethylenedioxithiophene)-block-poly(ethylene glycol).
