Two distinct strategies were combined to preserve fresh fish (Merluccius merluccius) under refrigeration at 4 °C for 12 days: (i) the application of an antimicrobial edible coating enriched with oregano essential oil (OEO) or carvacrol (CV) and (ii) the reduction of initial microbial load by good handling practise and the use of sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl). The action of antimicrobial coatings alone retarded the growth of Enterobacteriaceae, lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and H2S producing bacteria on fish samples. The reduction of initial microbial load by itself only affected the evolution of LAB, but not the rest of the bacterial groups. When using both techniques combined, edible antimicrobial coatings were significantly more effective with additional and significant delays in the growth of mesophilic, psychrotrophic and Pseudomonas bacteria. Thus, the use of both strategies combined resulted in a reduction of the counts of all bacterial groups after 12 days of storage which ranged from 1.5 log and 8 log, in Pseudomonas and H2S producing bacteria, respectively. Moreover, no significant differences were observed when comparing the microbiological evolution of samples treated with OEO compared to those only treated with CV.  相似文献

The series of electrodes were fabricated by the scalable and manufacturable slot-die coating method for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) application. The inks with different amounts of solids were studied by rheological methods in order to establish a coating window with minimum manufacturing defects. The obtained electrodes were characterized by SEM, AFM, and optical microscopy, which showed that they were uniform and homogeneous with minimum defects. The electrochemical evaluation of the manufactured gas diffusion electrodes (GDE) showed that the main characteristics of the electrodes, like electrochemical surface area, proton resistivity, and double layer capacitance, were found to be close for all samples confirming the reproducibility of the slot-die process. Additionally, we studied the effects of membrane thickness on the performance of the GDE membrane electrode assemblies and determined that a decrease in membrane thickness favored the performance. The obtained results clearly demonstrated the applicability and feasibility of the approach for the Manufacturing of catalyst layers for the fuel cell application with potential for future mass production.  相似文献

Titanium carbonitride (TiCN) is a popular hard coating for carbide cutting tools in various applications. The properties of TiCN are within its composition and can be controlled by maintaining the C–N ratio within the coating to a certain level. This paper studied the influence of carbon content and coating composition within TiCxN1?x coatings with regard to their mechanical properties. The substrate used was tungsten carbide (WC-6Co), which was prepared in-house through a powder metallurgy process, while the TiCxN1?x coatings were deposited in-house using cathodic arc physical vapour deposition (CAPVD). TiCxN1?x coatings improved the mechanical properties of carbide inserts. An increase in carbon content within TiCxN1?x coatings improved surface lubricity, reduced coefficient of friction, improved surface microhardness and increased Young's modulus, but reduced thermal conductivity of carbide inserts. The colour of TiCxN1?x coatings also changed with carbon content.  相似文献

常规的单立柱式(Spar)风力发电机平台,在水深较浅区域工作时,结构本身受吃水限制,工作效果较差。常规Spar重心较低,具有良好的稳定性,但是由于它往往具有超过100 m的吃水,因此使其不能应用于中近海域(水深小于100 m)。可设计研究一种适用于中国东海不超过100 m水深的中近海域新型浮式风机平台以解决此问题。针对NREL 5MW风机能应用于100 m水深的情况,对50 m吃水的新型Spar(SJTU-S4)及其系泊系统进行了概念设计研究。利用商业软件建立水动力模型,进行数值仿真,同时设计缩比模型试验,在上海交通大学海洋工程国家重点实验室(SKLOE)进行水动力性能测试。结果表明,本文研究的新阶梯式浅吃水单立柱浮式风机平台在100 m水深、多种海洋波浪环境下,通过试验和仿真验证,能够具有良好的运动响应,为风机提供较好的工作条件。  相似文献

In this work, the authors have designed and implemented predictor-corrector approach based control schemes for a single input-single output nonlinear system. The controller output is computed in two steps. The first step explicitly uses a non-linear model or multiple-linear models weighted using fuzzy membership function to compute the value of the controller output. The second step is based on the measurement, where the value of the controller output computed in first step is updated. The extensive simulation studies show that the set-point tracking and disturbance rejection capability of the proposed control schemes are found to be satisfactory in the absence and presence of Model-plant mismatch. The performances of the proposed control schemes have been compared with that of a gain-scheduled PI controller. In addition, the control schemes are experimentally validated on the laboratory scale conical tank experimental setup.  相似文献

通过单因素和正交试验,研究了巧克力涂层温度、涂层厚度和冷却条件对巧克力涂层产品品质的影响。结果表明:巧克力冷却条件是影响巧克力涂层产品品质的首要因素,其次是涂层温度和涂层厚度。优化后最终成品巧克力涂层工艺参数是:36℃的涂层温度、0.5 mm的涂层厚度和12℃-10℃-12℃的冷却条件。  相似文献

An active coating solution composed of chitosan (Ch) and a shrimp protein-lipid concentrate (PCc), both obtained from Litopenaeus vannamei processing wastes, was applied to preserve shrimp during chilled storage. The addition of PCc increased the antioxidant capacity of the Ch coating, yielding a lower-viscosity mixture which, however, was viscous enough to adhere to the shrimp while maintaining its activity. The shrimp storage trial showed that the Ch coatings, especially when enriched with PCc (Ch-PCc), delayed microbial growth, mainly by extending the lag phase. Pseudomonas spp. appeared to be the predominant bacteria in the microbiota. H2S-producing organisms and luminescent colonies were especially sensitive to this active coating, with inhibition greater than 4 and 2 log cycle respectively, while the growth of lactic acid bacteria was not favored. The Ch-PCc coating delayed the onset of melanosis and did not confer any sensorially detectable color, taste or odor. It therefore shows promise as a means to improve the quality of shrimp during cold storage.  相似文献

Sodium-substituted LiMnPO4/C/reduced graphene oxide (LNMP@rGO) was synthesized in this study via freeze drying and carbon thermal reduction method with graphene oxide as carbon source. Sodium ion doping is optimized and rGO effects are evaluated by XRD, SEM, TEM, BET, Raman, and electrochemical performance measurements. Well-distributed nanoparticles with average size of ~50?nm are evenly distributed on the surface or intercalation between rGO layers, resulting in a porous ion/electronic conductive network. Compared to 122.3?mA?h?g?1 in unmodified LNMP, the best LNMP@rGO (20?mg rGO) exhibits an excellent initial discharge capacity of 150.4?mA?h?g?1 at 0.05?C at 122.9% of the initial capacity. The capacity retention rate is 95.8% of the initial capacity after 100 cycles at 1?C. Capacity of 101.2?mA?h?g?1 is preserved even at rates as high as 10?C.  相似文献
