综述了有机氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂的化学改性制备方法(如常规乳液聚合、核壳乳液聚合和无皂乳液聚合等)及其研究新进展,总结了有机氟改性丙烯酸酯树脂在外墙涂料、防腐防污涂料等领域的应用现状,并展望了该研究领域的发展前景。     

Research of Electrochemical Noise Technology on Corrosion Resistance

This paper is focus on the corrosion resistance property analysis on three electric blasting of the coating-FeAl,FeCrAl,FeCrAlRE by electrochemical noise technology,acceleration of copper acetate salt spray accelerated corrosion test.According to a comparative analysis of three tests coated by the Impedance curve,FeCrAlRE coating power spectral density(SPD)curve and Power curve,FeAl,FeCrAlRE coating has two more notable for the corrosion resistance properties than FeAl,FeCrAl coatings.     

常见典型油罐强度设计

简要介绍油罐的定义、用途以及油罐在国民经济发展中的重要作用和发展前途.对各类典型油罐的设计思路进行展开陈述,包括卧式油罐的设计,内容涵盖卧式罐的定义、用途、优缺点和设计部分；设计部分包括蝶形封头的设计、简体轴向应力计算、简体轴向弯矩计算等等.其次是立式油罐的设计,主要内容包括定点法计算罐壁厚度、罐壁的开孔补强、立式罐顶载荷的确定等.     

Spectrally selective and adaptive surfaces for protection against radiative heating: ITO and VO2

Two surface materials for reducing absorptivity of heat radiation from fires have been investigated. The first is VO₂, which is a thermochromic material. When the temperature of a VO₂ surface increases over a certain temperature, it switches, ideally, from infrared (IR)‐absorbing to IR‐reflecting. VO₂ window coatings are still on a research level, yet to be commercialized. In this study, VO₂ powder available on the market was investigated. The thermochromic effect could be identified but was not large enough to significantly improve the fire properties of treated surfaces. Some thoughts concerning how to improve the performance of VO₂ are discussed. The second investigated material is indium tin oxide (ITO), which is a so called low‐e coating, which means that it has low emissivity and absorptivity in the IR part of the spectrum. ITO is spectrally selective in the sense that it transmits visible light while reflecting a large fraction of the IR radiation, which is a rare property for surfaces in general but a typical property of thin electrically conducting non‐metallic films. It is shown that the application of ITO to poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) significantly improves its fire properties. ITO coating is a mature technology already in widespread use today in the electronics industry. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Laboratory hot-dip aluminizing of sheet steels

It is a matter of common knowledge that in laboratory hot-dip aluminizing, great difficulties are often encountered in preparing specimens that are free of surface oxides and other ubiquitous contaminants such as oils, grease and dust. Inadequate preparation of specimens will inevitably lead to the prevention of alloy layer growth during hot dipping and poor coatings following withdrawal. This paper describes a method for the production on a laboratory scale of hot-dipped type 1 aluminized sheet- steel specimens of commercial quality.     

建筑外墙涂料水蒸气透过性能测试方法比较

涂料的透湿性直接影响外墙保温系统保温效果的发挥。当前市场外墙涂料的透湿性能参差不齐,对此国家和建筑行业制定了详细的测试方法供涂料生产企业和使用方进行性能验证。通过对比GB/T17146-1997《建筑材料水蒸气透过性能试验方法》和JG/T 309-2011《外墙涂料水蒸气透过率的测定及分级》关于试验方法的异同,并以市售乳胶漆为例详细介绍了JG/T 309中关于水蒸气透过率的测试方法,证明减重法涂料水蒸气透过率测试具有一定的合理性和可操作性。     

AP1000安注箱球壳压制成形的厚度超差分析

文章通过对成形后壳体厚度数据的分析,找出了压制成形后的壳体厚度变化分布规律。基于核安全和经济性两方面,分别从设计、制造的角度,分析了AP1000安注箱复合板球壳压制成形厚度超差的原因;还介绍了厚度超差对安注箱安全性影响的评价方法,提出了防止超差可采取的技术措施：一方面,可通过试验和模拟计算,优化成形工艺;另一方面,可在设计计算中,优选出壳体名义厚度。     

Accurate Volume Measurement System for Plutonium Nitrate Solution

Abstract

An accurate volume measurement system for a large amount of plutonium nitrate solution stored in a reprocessing or a conversion plant has been developed at the Plutonium Conversion Development Facility (PCDF) in the Power Reactor and Nuclear Fuel Development Corp. (PNC) Tokai Works. A pair of differential digital quartz pressure transducers is utilized in the volume measurement system. To obtain high accuracy, it is important that the non-linearity of the transducer is minimized within the measurement range, the zero point is stabilized, and the damping property of the pneumatic line is designed to minimize pressure oscillation. The accuracy of the pressure measurement can always be within 2 Pa with re-calibration once a year. In the PCDF, the overall uncertainty of the volume measurement has been evaluated to be within 0.2%. This system has been successfully applied to the Japanese government's and IAEA's routine inspection since 1984.     

29.5m高蓄冷罐基础设计

为解决直径5.9 m,高29.5 m蓄冷罐基础设计,提出了一种通过有限元分析软件MIDAS/Gen对上部钢结构蓄冷罐进行模态分析、反应谱分析的方法,实践证明:采用该方法不仅可得出多遇地震下的整体倾覆力矩,还能可靠经济地进行蓄冷罐基础设计。
