Craftsteak,New York

The most chic and beloved restaurants in New York are designed, not by black-garbed hipsters in a downtown loft, but by a family firm of suburban intellectuals on the North Shore of Long Island, over an hour from Manhattan. Craftsteak is the latest in their portfolio which includes Gramercy Tavern, Tabla, Eleven Madison Park, Bluesmoke, Craft, Craftbar, 'Wichcraft, Medi, and the restaurants at the Museum of Modern Art. Jayne Merkel discusses the challenges of restaurant design with architects at Bentel & Bentel, whose once largely local practice is now taking them all over the world, even to Heathrow's new Terminal 5 where they are designing a restaurant for Gordon Ramsay. 铍青铜零件电镀银工艺的改进

从分析铍青铜材料的特殊性入手,针对性地采取有效的前处理工艺措施,以硫代硫酸盐镀银取代传统的有毒的氰化镀银,分析了银镀层变色的原因并提出了相应的抗变色处理措施.     

Influence of high pressure hydrogen on the tensile and fatigue properties of a high strength Cu–Al–Ni–Fe alloy

Aluminum bronze CW307G was tensile and fatigue tested in 10 MPa hydrogen, 10 MPa helium and 0.1 MPa air atmosphere. Neither tensile nor S–N fatigue properties were affected when testing in H₂. Fractography on the fatigue specimens revealed similar striation morphology on the specimens tested in H₂ and He. Dissociative chemisorption as well as hydrogen absorption were identified as potential rate limiting processes being responsible for the impassivity to HEE of this alloy.     

中国古青铜器表面富锡铜鎏镀及鎏焊的工艺探索第三部分——鎏焊

鎏焊是从鎏镀衍生而来的.阐述了鎏焊的定义、特点、应用和意义.设计了用于制作组合青铜器的鎏焊工艺,给出了焊料、焊剂配方,说明了前处理、加热驱汞及后处理的操作方法.以西汉云南纳贡场面青铜贮贝器为例,介绍了鎏镀与鎏焊工艺的具体实施过程.提出了鉴别古青铜器是由失蜡铸造后铸焊而成还是由分铸小件铜焊而成的方法.     

锆及钛对QAl10-4-4铝青铜缓冷脆性的影响

为了探讨微量Zr、Ti对热锻态QAl10-4-4合金“缓冷脆性”的影响,熔铸了Cu10Al4F34Ni0.3Zr和Cu10Al4Fe4Ni0.3Ti两种合金,测定了合金锻态及不同退火状态的拉伸力学性能,并用光学显微镜进行了金相组织的观察和分析。结果表明：Zr能明显改善合金的“缓冷脆性”,提高合金的塑性,在“缓冷脆性”温度下的延伸率高于8％,可满足高速列车异步牵引电动机护环材料要求的力学性能;而Ti的添加对“缓冷脆性”的影响不明显。该类合金在600℃温度附近保温,由于其组织基本上转变为α相而出现延伸率的最大值。     

青铜器具的文化语意与再生设计研究

从青铜器具的造型、纹样、色彩、社会价值等方面入手进行青铜文化语意的研究,运用实例进行分析和阐释,从而获得了传统文化再生设计与社会生活、与现代设计紧密结合的重要性认知,也粗略提示了传统文化传承研究的努力方向.     

Studies of structural and dielectric properties of Ba5BiTi3Nb7O30 ceramics

The polycrystalline samples of Ba₅BiTi₃Nb₇O₃₀ (hereafter BBTN) belonging to ferroelectric oxide family of tungsten bronze structure were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method. Preliminary X-ray analysis of the samples provided the lattice parametersa=11·9331 Å,b=14·9684 Å, andc=7·0193 Å, and also formation of a single-phase orthorhombic structure at room temperature (303 K). Detailed studies of dielectric constant (ε) and loss (tanδ) as a function of frequency (500 Hz to 10 KHz) at room temperature and also as a function of temperature (liquid nitrogen to 160°C) show the dielectric anomaly and structural phase transition at 16·8°C.     

关于我国古代铜镜的面范形制的初步信息

从青海贵南县齐家文化遗址出土的青铜镜迄今已有近四千年的历史,其间有汉代的中兴、唐代的盛行,直到清代中叶平面玻璃盛行时才开始衰落。它是研究我国古代冶金铸造方面极为重要的考古资料。 铜镜的铸造是由镜面范和镜背范扣合在一起,把已炼好的熔融状的青铜合金液浇铸入范     

铍青铜(QBe2)超塑性与动态再结晶

本文研究了硬化态铍青铜(QBe~2)的超塑性与动态再结晶。试验表明,合金在550℃和ε=1.75×10~(-4)s~(-1)条件下拉伸变形,获得最高延伸率780％,流动应力为0.075kg/mm~2。合金通过动态再结晶(ε≈0.3)形成等轴晶粒(等轴比1.12～1.22)。高速变形时晶粒尺寸会超细化,这可能是发生连续动态再结晶所致,但延伸率不高。第二相粒子会促进动态再结晶形核和通过钉扎晶界来保持细晶粒组织。
