对某离心式压缩机小流量级的内部流动情况采用了三维粘性流场进行数值模拟。通过对其整级，特别是无叶扩压器和回流器内部流场进行了分析探讨，提出了无叶扩压器、弯道和回流器的改造方案，使其优化后的级多变效率在各个工况下均有所提高。

INVESTIGATION OF DOMINANT FREQUENCIES IN TRANSITION REYNOLDS NUMBER RANGE OF FLOW AROUND A CIRCULAR CYLINDER PARTⅡ: THEORETICAL DETERMINATION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VORTEX SHEDDING AND TRANSITION FREQUENCIES AT DIFFERENT REYNOLDS NUMBERS

An attempt has been made to explore whether the power relation can be obtained from theoretical considerations. The classical laminar and turbulent boundary layer concepts have been employed to determine appropriate values of the scaling lengths associated with vortex shedding and shear layer frequencies to predict the power law relationship with Reynolds number. The predicted results are in good agreement with experimental results. The findings will provide a greater insight into the overall phenomenon involved.     

注塑成形模拟技术在模具设计中的应用

在一模多腔的注塑模具设计中,合理地设计分流道和浇口的尺寸,保证塑料熔体以相同的成形压力和温度,在同一时间充满型腔一直是设计的重点和难点。以非自然平衡浇注系统为重点,阐述了浇道和冷却系统的优化算法以及如何利用华塑三维模拟成形分析软件进行流动模拟和工艺优化。     

机械式自适应冷却气体流量调节器研究

用篦板单元方法分析了水泥熟料冷却机的均衡冷却原理,将物料对气体流阻的概念应用于冷却机流量调节器分析,推导出机械式自适应冷却气体流量调节器的设计公式,设计了一种新型的自适应机械式冷却气体流量调节器,实现了水泥篦冷机冷却空气流量的自适应调整,消除了篦冷机内熟料横向沆阻不均匀带来的熟料冷却不平衡的问题。     

Investigation of the batch measurement errors for single-straight tube Coriolis mass flowmeters

Batch flow is a typical method for calibrating Coriolis flowmeters. It is also an important application for Coriolis flowmeters in the process industry. Batch processes of short duration or from empty have been identified as an important development for Coriolis flowmeters. The measurement of total mass by a commercially available single-straight tube Coriolis flowmeter compared with a weigh scale is presented in this paper. A theoretical understanding for short batch is also provided by numerical simulations of both deterministic and probabilistic parameters. The simulation results agree with the batch tests and may, at least partially, explain the experimental findings.     

A two-phase flow approach to cavitation modelling in journal bearings

Cavitation has been extensively treated in numerical models for lubrication using boundary conditions in the pressure equation, and several criteria are available. However, an inappropriate choice can lead to imprecise results, thus having serious implications for performance prediction. This work proposes the numerical solution for lubrication analysing the changes suffered by the lubricant along a journal bearing, considering the release of gas from the liquid and the existence of a two-phase flow. Results obtained are compared with those using the Reynolds, or Swift-Steiber, boundary condition. The influence of fluid properties on the main parameters of bearing operation is also discussed.
