近10年中国润滑脂产量与品种构成的发展

基于对中国27个润滑脂生产厂的调查统计结果，综述了1992～2001年10年间中国润滑脂产量、生产规模、品种结构及包装形式的发展变化情况，展望了今后的发展趋势。     

Analysis of exclusively kinetic two-link underactuated mechanical systems

Analysis of exclusively kinetic two-link underactuated mechanical systems is undertaken in this paper. It is first shown that such systems are not full-state feedback linearizable around any equilibrium point. Also, the equilibrium points for which the system is small-time locally controllable (STLC) is at most a one-dimensional submanifold. A concept less restrictive than STLC, termed the small-time local output controllability (STLOC) is introduced, the satisfaction of which guarantees that a chosen configuration output can be controlled at its desired value. It is shown that the class of systems considered is STLOC, if the inertial coupling between the input and output is nonzero. Also, in such a case, the system is nonminimum phase. An example section illustrates all the results presented.     

RLL码的计算机辅助设计

本文着重讨论计算机辅助设计RLL码的具体实现问题.该过程首先根据RLL码两个参数d,k确定一个编码率p/q,然后构造出RLL码的高阶状态转换-输出符号矩阵并求相应的近似特征向量.最后通过状态分裂和状态归并过程,即可得到一个满足d,k约束的编码输出表.其中状态转换-输出符号矩阵为实现计算机辅助设计RLL码提供了有效的数据结构,而且要优化RLL码编码器,就必须有选择地进行状态分裂.     

Parallel feedforward class-AB control circuits for low-voltage bipolar rail-to-rail output stages of operational amplifiers

A new family of class-AB control circuits for bipolar rail-to-rail output stages of operational amplifiers is presented. Step by step, we report the development of five simple class-AB control circuits showing the advantages of using parallel feedforward. The circuits have been designed in such a way that temperature, supply voltage and process parameters have little influence. To test the output stages, one of them has been implemented in a very simple two-stage operational amplifier on a semi-custom chip. Measurements show a bandwidth of 2.5 MHz, a gain of 40 dB, a quiescent current of 23µA and a maximum output current of 250µA. Simulation results of three other simple operational amplifiers with the new class-AB control circuits are shown, which have a higher gain and maximum output current.

The chloride stress-corrosion cracking behavior of stainless steels under different test methods

Chloride-induced stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) is one of the failure modes of stainless steels. Highly alloyed austenitic stainless steels S32654, S31254, and N08028, and duplex grades S32750 and S31803 possess much improved resistance to SCC compared with S30400 and S31600 steels. With the development of a database, SSData, experimental data collected from calcium chloride tests, autoclave tests, and drop evaporation tests were evaluated. Stress-corrosion cracking data generated by autoclave tests agreed well with the practical service conditions and can be used to discriminate alloys for SCC resistance in sodium chloride solution. Drop evaporation test data can be used in situations where evaporation may occur and cyclic loading may be involved. The SCC resistance of alloys under each method increased with increasing molybdenum equivalent Mo + 0.25Cr + 0.1Ni. For a given alloy, the testing result depends on the stress state and environment; different test methods can give different ranking orders concerning SCC resistance. The performance of duplex stainless steels in a chloride-containing environment at higher temperatures was not as good as expected when dynamic loading was involved.
