动态环境下集装箱码头堆场出口箱箱位分配建模与算法研究

箱位分配是集装箱码头运作优化管理的关键问题.针对出口箱交箱时间的动态不确定性,提出两级调度策略,将出口箱位分配问题分解为贝位分配和贝内具体箱位分配,分别建立规划模型优化龙门吊大车行使距离和翻箱量,并针对两级调度策略特点分别设计开发基于禁忌搜索的求解算法.模拟实验表明,所提出的方法能够适应动态条件变化,改善调度效果,并在合理时间内获得满意解.     

Front‐projection optical‐system design for reflective LCoS technology

Abstract— Optical designs for three‐panel LCoS projection systems are reviewed. The impact of polarization aberrations in prism‐based systems is discussed and a simple model to analyze the sensitivity of contrast to thermal gradients in prisms is presented. To eliminate stress birefringence in LCoS projection systems, we have developed a projection optical system that does not require the use of polarizing prisms. An improved off‐axis design has been designed that simplifies manufacture and reduces cost. The performance of systems based on this architecture will be discussed.

本文主要讨论了一个系统在正常工作时所产生工作数据的备份方案 。该备份方案利用数据库的操作,实现了对工作数据存储空间的自动管理。本方案的数据存储结构简单,实现方便,其主要任务是：每天对系统产生的工作数据文件进行备份,备份完毕后,将备份情况通过数据库站,使之修改数据库,备份介质作永久保存;同时,对数据存储空间进行 清理,使其保持足够的可用性。     

Maximization of buckling load of laminated composite plates with central circular holes using MFD method

This paper addresses optimal design of simply supported symmetrically laminated composite plates with central circular holes. The design objective is the maximization of the buckling load, and the design variable is considered as the fiber orientation. The first-order shear deformation theory is used for the finite element analysis. The study is complicated because the effects of bending–twisting coupling are also included for the buckling optimization. The modified feasible direction method is used to solve the optimization problems. Finally, the effect of different number of layers, boundary conditions, width-to-thickness ratio, plate aspect ratios, hole daimeter-to-width ratio, and load ratios on the results is investigated.

Finite-horizon neuro-optimal tracking control for a class of discrete-time nonlinear systems using adaptive dynamic programming approach

In this paper, a finite-horizon neuro-optimal tracking control strategy for a class of discrete-time nonlinear systems is proposed. Through system transformation, the optimal tracking problem is converted into designing a finite-horizon optimal regulator for the tracking error dynamics. Then, with convergence analysis in terms of cost function and control law, the iterative adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm via heuristic dynamic programming (HDP) technique is introduced to obtain the finite-horizon optimal tracking controller which makes the cost function close to its optimal value within an ?-error bound. Three neural networks are used as parametric structures to implement the algorithm, which aims at approximating the cost function, the control law, and the error dynamics, respectively. Two simulation examples are included to complement the theoretical discussions.     

考虑船公司利益均衡的动态离散泊位分配问题

为了提高港口对船公司服务的公平性,研究考虑不同船公司利益均衡的动态离散泊位分配问题。综合考虑船舶在港的装卸时间、港口内泊位的可用时间、船舶的服务总成本以及任意两家船公司之间的利益均衡,提出一种离散型泊位分配的混合整数规划模型。通过仿真研究从不同角度对船公司的利益进行均衡分析,结果发现在不同的均衡度下,船公司总成本随着利益均衡度的递增而下降,降至最低成本后保持不变;而在不同角度下的整体变化趋势一致。

汽包水位温压补偿控制系统研究和应用

对汽包双室平衡容器水位温压补偿控制系统进行了探讨和研究,根据温压补偿模型,分析了P L C系统难以独立实现的原因以及查表法的缺陷,提出了P L C系统与上位机系统相结合的水位温压实时连续补偿的综合控制策略,提出并分析比较了三种体系结构及其实现原理和技术,工程应用结果表明该控制系统提高了水位控制的实时性、稳定性、准确性和安全性。
