结合船舶工程建设需求 探讨我国自主CAE软件产业建设

针对我国缺乏自主CAE软件的现况,结合船舶工程建设的创新发展需求,探讨建设自主CAE软件产业的可行性.阐述政府在政策和经济上扶持的重要性,指出生产性服务业、先进制造业与自主CAE软件产业联动对我国船舶工业自主创新发展的必要性.     

Neural networks in process life cycle profit modelling

Changes in operational environment of the process industry such as decreasing selling prices, increased competition between companies and new legislation, set requirements for performance and effectiveness of the industrial production lines and processes. For the basis of this study, a life cycle profit (LCP) model of a pulp process was constructed using different kind of process information including chemical consumptions and production levels of material and energy flows in unit processes. However, all the information needed in the creation of relevant LCP model was not directly provided by information systems of the plant. In this study, neural networks was used to model pulp bleaching process and fill out missing information and furthermore to create estimators for the alkaline chemical consumption. A data-based modelling approach was applied using an example, where factors affecting the sodium hydroxide consumption in the bleaching stage were solved. The results showed that raw process data can be refined into new valuable information using computational methods and moreover to improve the accuracy of life cycle profit models.

基于B/S模式的复杂监测效果的设计与实现

通过对基于B/S模式的过程工业监测系统中复杂监测效果实现难点的分析,本文提出了利用事先准备好的基本图元结合JavaScript脚本语言和程序开发语言来解决这个问题的方法,并以水池液位、曝气机和开关三种类型动态效果具体实例的实现,详细介绍了复杂监测效果的实现方法。该方法减轻了服务器的负担,增加了整个系统的稳定性和可移植性。

针对流程工业大规模定制生产过程的特点,对实施大规模定制的流程工业企业的生产计划优化 方法进行研究,把市场预测与出货反馈参数相结合,将单纯的“推式”计划体系改成“推―拉结合”的计划体 系,形成快速灵敏的反馈机制,使整个计划体系成为闭环的回路．通过应用实例说明,采用该生产计划优化 方法后,无论是生产精度、生产负荷还是库存状况都有了很大的改善．     

The Garden of Forking Paths – Forms of Scholarship and the ‘Formations’ Pre-Prints System for Cultural Studies and Related Fields

This paper describes and analyses a web-based pre-prints project in the UK's Electronic Libraries Programme in order to raise issues about the forms of scholarship that are best suited to online working. Specifically, the paper describes some of the underlying processes at work in academic research and seeks to match these, where appropriate, to forms of online working. In doing so, the paper describes in detail a scholarship of integration which seems well suited to online tools such as pre-prints systems, but speculates that such forms of scholarship are too seldom explicitly identified when academics refer to research as a totality. As a consequence the potential match between working practices and emerging tools may not be obvious to academic researchers. To investigate these issues further, the paper examines the degrees of formality involved in different kinds of online communication and describes how academic working practices might be supported by adapting established groupware tools such as Lotus Notes. The eLib Formations project, which is using Notes to develop an integrated pre-prints and e-journal system for research in cultural studies and related fields, is described in detail, focusing on the underlying technology and the overall design.
