The two-velocity, two-temperature model with two stresses in a mixture of a gas and solid particles contacting each other
is used to numerically study the dynamic effect of an air shock wave incoming onto a solid wall with a screening layer of
a porous powdered medium at some distance from the wall. The process is described for the case of one-dimensional planar motion
of the gaseous and disperse phases under the assumption of a viscoelastic behavior of the powder skeleton. The effect of stepwise
shock waves onto the porous powdered screen is considered. The influence of parameters of the screening layer and the air
gap on the dynamics of loading of the screened solid wall is analyzed.

A review is made of uptodate investigations in the field of physicomathematical modeling of mixing of solid particles with highvelocity gas flows arising under the action on shock waves, compression waves, and expansion waves on unstable dust deposits on the boundaries of channels or plates and in cavities, as well as on free clouds of particles. In particular, experiments in shock tubes with particles initially located in cavities and on surfaces are described. The experimental data presented in the form of distributions of particle concentrations at various points of space above the unstable layer, pressure distributions on the lower wall of the shock tube, etc., are used for verification of proposed mathematical models in regimes of single particles, interacting continua, and turbulent diffusion. An analysis of experimental and numerical data shows that the models considered sometimes allow adequate identification of the wave structure of motion of the mixture and the field of parameters inside and outside the layer. 相似文献

水下爆炸包括冲击波和气泡脉动,两者能量相当,均会对结构产生毁伤作用。水下爆炸载荷试验唯有在离心机内才满足相似关系,设计试验时宜在离心机负载范围内尽可能增加模型尺寸以减小边界效应。针对挡水结构,在离心机内布置压力传感器、高速摄像机、加速度计及应变片测试了冲击波、气泡脉动载荷及结构产生的动力响应。通过试验对比了水下爆炸和空爆产生的载荷,分析其引起结构动力响应的差异。对于水下爆炸,重力加速度的增加引起气泡脉动冲量的减小,而气泡脉动产生的峰值应变基本与气泡冲量呈线性关系,因而模拟气泡脉动对结构作用时应考虑重力效应。 相似文献

研究了以二甲氨、氯丙烯、氢氧化钠为原料,制备二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)的合成工艺。通过比较一步法、两步法和滴加法三种工艺路线,最终采用滴加法,具体工艺为用低于20℃水冷却,将氢氧化钠溶液和氯丙烯以交替滴加的方式加入到二甲氨溶液中,氯乙醇、氢氧化钠、二甲胺三者的物质的量之比为2∶1∶1。然后控制季铵化反应温度为45℃,反应10h后,进行减压蒸馏,减压过滤提纯产品,得到收率在60%以上的产品。该工艺流程简单,条件温和,适于工业生产。 相似文献

The massvelocity profiles in 2,4dinitro2,4diazapentane samples of different densities were registered by a laser interferometer and the electromagnetic technique. The reaction time was shown to reach 300 nsec and weakly depend on density, while the pressure in the chemical spike can be twice as high as that at the Chapman–Jouguet point. Polysiloxane loaded with SiC as inert filler, and Al as active filler, was pyrolyzed in nitrogen to fabricate SiOC composites, and the processing and properties of the filled SiOC composites were investigated. Adding SiC fillers could reduce the linear shrinkage of filler-free cured polysiloxane in order to obtain monolithic SiC/SiOC composites. The flexural strength of SiC/SiOC composites reached 201.3 MPa at a SiC filler content of 27.6 vol.%. However, SiC/SiOC composites exhibited poor oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance and high temperature resistance. Al fillers could react with hydrocarbon generated during polysiloxane pyrolysis at 600 °C and N2 at 800 °C to form Al4C3 and AlN, respectively. The volume expansions resulting from these two reactions were in favor of the reduction in linear shrinkage and the improvement in flexural strength of SiC/SiOC composites. The flexural strength of Al-containing SiC/SiOC composites was 1.36 times that of SiC/SiOC composites without Al at an Al filler content of 20 vol.%. The addition of Al fillers remarkably improved the high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance of SiC/SiOC composites, but not thermal shock resistance. 相似文献
