Combinatorial corrosion study of the passivation of aluminium copper alloys

An Al_96.1–Cu_3.9 to Al_51.4–Cu_48.6 material library was obtained by thermal co-deposition and characterized by EDX and XRD. The crystallographic data reveals the presence of Al₂Cu and pure aluminium depending on the film composition and following the stoichiometry. Utilizing a scanning droplet cell setup, the zero current potential for anodization, the oxide formation factor and the dielectric constant of the oxide formed are presented with high resolution along the composition gradient.While the dielectric constant of the oxide formed remains nearly unaffected by the increasing copper content of the base material along the composition gradient, the zero current potential shows well defined steps between 6.9 and 8.5 at.% as well as between 20.9 and 26.7 at.% copper indicating an increased thickness of the native oxide present on the film. Additionally, starting around 25 at.% copper, oxygen evolution gradually superimposes the oxide growth and in turn significantly reduces the current efficiency for anodization. The formation of the intermetallic phase Al₂Cu was linked to both phenomena as it promotes the growth of native oxides and current leakage by oxygen evolution.

牵引流砂质载荷沿陡坡滑动形成砂质碎屑流沉积模拟研究

斜坡沉积体系中的砂质碎屑流沉积是斜坡带的主要储集体类型,也是现阶段储层研究的热点之一。随着大陆勘探程度的不断提高,由陆向海过渡的斜坡带是今后勘探领导的新战场。基于此,本研究具有前瞻价值和实际指导意义。作者利用沉积模拟实验技术,考虑不同的斜坡长度、坡度和湖水深度,详细分析了点物源碎屑流形成深切谷和发育碎屑流的临界坡度、高差,深入探讨了斜坡带上砂质碎屑流形成及发育的控制因素,细致刻划了点物源碎屑流沿坡折带搬运方式、演化特征及其沉积作用规律。     

短波通信试验中信道模拟器技术研究

短波通信试验中,涉及地域广、试验次数多、经费消耗大,采用模拟试验技术是有效的解决途径。首先介绍宽带短波信道模拟器在短波通信试验中的地位,然后说明了宽带短波信道的建模技术和模拟器各功能模块的实现方法,最后阐述了宽带短波信道模拟器在短波通信试验中的具体应用。该技术可应用于短波电台鉴定试验,对缩短研制周期,节省研制费用有重要意义。

Defining and controlling the heterogeneity of a cluster: The Wrekavoc tool

The experimental validation and the testing of solutions that are designed for heterogeneous environments are challenging. We introduce Wrekavoc as an accurate tool for this purpose: it runs unmodified applications on emulated multi-site heterogeneous platforms. Its principal technique consists in downgrading the performance of the platform characteristics in a prescribed way. The platform characteristics include the compute nodes themselves (CPU and memory) and the interconnection network for which a controlled overlay network above the homogeneous cluster is built. In this article we describe the tool, its performance, its accuracy and its scalability. Results show that Wrekavoc is a very versatile tool that is useful to perform high-quality experiments (in terms of reproducibility, realism, control, etc.).

介绍了煤燃烧过程中NOx产生的机理和危害以及火力发电厂中降低NOx排放的技术,并且针对安阳电厂10#号锅炉进行了低NOx燃烧调整试验,在实际运行中取得了较好的结果.     

聚丙烯纤维路用混凝土配合比设计试验研究

通过对杜拉纤维混凝土的配合比进行试验,研究了杜拉纤维掺量对于混凝土的工作性能、力学性能以及耐久性的变化情况.试验表明:在其他材料用量不变的情况下,在混凝土中掺入一定量的杜拉纤维后,其工作性变差,需加大水灰比才能满足工作性的要求;而其力学性能和耐久性能都随着杜拉纤维掺量的不同有了不同程度的提高.尤其是抗折强度、干缩性、抗渗性和耐磨性,有了较大的改善.     

High throughput screening of Monophos instant ligand library leads to a ton-scale asymmetric hydrogenation process

The development of catalytic processes for pharmaceuticals intermediates is often under severe time-pressure. To cope with this constraint, high throughput experimentation (HTE) methods have been implemented for catalyst finding. In this article, we present the HTE protocols put in place at DSM in the area of enantioselective hydrogenation. They mostly rely on libraries of monodentate chiral phosphoramidites ligands. We applied our instant ligand library technology to solve a real-life case, i.e. the asymmetric hydrogenation of an α-substituted cinnamic acid derivative. This has led to a multi-ton scale process.
