合成氨扩能改造中锅炉存在的问题及采取的措施

针对天脊集团年产30万t合成氨扩能改造,给2台225t/h高压锅炉带来的除氧器热量过剩、锅炉给水温度升高、主蒸汽温度降低等一系列问题,分析了产生问题的原因,从节约能源、提高锅炉效率考虑,提出了相应的解决问题的办法:利用热量分流、改造省煤器管、增加二级过热器受热面积。经过3年多的生产实践证明,取得了良好的效果。     

同成矿期构造减压扩容对内生金矿的控制作用

从同成矿期断裂构造与金矿的关系入手，分析了不同断裂构造形迹的减压扩容机制对金矿类型，矿体形态，矿石品位的控制作用，对寻找盲矿体具有借鉴和指导意义。     

Influence of the ethylene–(methacrylic acid)–Zn2+ ionomer on the thermal and mechanical properties of blends of poly(propylene) (PP)/ethylene–(vinyl alcohol) copolymer (EVOH)

The thermal and mechanical properties and the morphologies of blends of poly(propylene) (PP) and an ethylene–(vinyl alcohol) copolymer (EVOH) and of blends of PP/EVOH/ethylene–(methacrylic acid)–Zn²⁺ ionomer were studied to establish the influence of the ionomer addition on the compatibilization of PP/EVOH blends and on their properties. The oxygen transmission rate (O₂TR) values of the blends were measured as well. PP and EVOH are initially incompatible as was determined by tensile tests and scanning electronic microscopy. Addition of the ionomer Zn²⁺ led to good compatibility and mechanical behaviour was improved in all blends. The mechanical properties on extruded films were studied for 90/10 and 80/20 w/w PP/EVOH blends compatibilized with 10 % of ionomer Zn²⁺. These experiments have shown that the tensile properties are better than in the injection‐moulded samples. The stretching during the extrusion improved the compatibility of the blends, diminishing the size of EVOH domains and enhancing their distribution in the PP matrix. As was to be expected, the EVOH improved the oxygen permeation of the films, even in compatibilized blends. Copyright © 2004 Society of Chemical Industry     

The Structure of Clusters and Jets of Pulsed Plasma Expanding into Vacuum

The space-time distribution of the basic kinetic parameters of a plasma is experimentally determined under conditions of expansion of plasma clusters and jets into vacuum. It is demonstrated that the dynamics and structure of plasmoids injected by pulsed erosion plasma accelerators of the electrothermal type are characterized by two successive stages or two modes of acceleration, namely, the Joule heating of electrons in the initial region of the path and the collisionless expansion of rarefied plasma.     

催化重整装置的扩能改造

介绍湛江东兴炼油厂的重整装置由200kt／a扩能至300kt／a中有关催化重整反应动力学模拟计算软件的应用、反应工艺技术的改造、装置标定的情况。结合装置实际情况，采用两段装填、两段混氢技术提升了装置的技术水平。标定结果表明，改造后的装置达到了预期目的。     

喷射沉积SiCP/Al复合材料及6066铝合金热挤压工艺的研究

作者应用喷射共沉积工艺制备 6 0 6 6 / Si Cp复合材料和 6 0 6 6铝合金锭坯 ,在不同的挤压比、挤压温度下挤压成　　型 ,用金相显微镜观察材料的显微组织 ,并测试了材料的力学性能。结果表明 :Si C/ Al复合材料喷射沉积状态的组织很疏松 ,存在许多的间隙 ,其密度约为理论密度的 86 % ,Si C颗粒在复合材料中分布不均匀 ,喷射沉积铝合金基体的致密度可达 90 % ;挤压过程使 Al/ Si Cp复合材料的大多数空隙消失 ,致密程度随挤压比的增大而增大 ,挤压比超过 14 .7后不会明显变化 ,而铝合金基体的致密程度与挤压比的变化关系不明显 ;挤压温度对材料的致密程度影响不大 ;Al/ Si Cp复合材料性能在挤压比超过 14 .7后变化不大 ;铝合金的性能不受挤压比变化的影响 ;而挤压温度过高使材料性能下降     

桐柏抽水蓄能电站斜井开挖技术

桐柏抽水蓄能电站斜井扩挖在总结以往类似工程施工经验的基础上，对提升系统、信号控制系统及扩挖钻爆等工艺进行了优化，开创了斜井施工的新局面。为我国抽水蓄能电站大洞径、长斜井开挖积累了宝贵的经验。     

[NZP]陶瓷零膨胀性能的设计

研究了「ＮＺＰ」材料的零膨胀性能，并尝试对零膨胀的「ＮＺＰ」陶瓷作了设计，从晶体结构、原子复合、各向异性、显微结构和复合材料等方面提出了设计思路。     

An automatic torque ripple compensation system for direct drive motors

A serious problem in motion control is the occurrence of torque ripple. Since a direct drive (DD) motor with a magnet rotor uses a rare-earth magnet, the torque ripple is more serious than that of conventional servomotors. This paper presents an auto-compensation of torque ripple using a software-implemented torque observer. The frequency and amplitude of torque ripple can be obtained in the controller by using the estimated torque from an observer, and the autonomous generation of a compensating current component for a torque ripple is possible. The proposed algorithm has been verified by experiments.     

Failure analysis of a hot extrusion die used for Al-Li alloy processing

Al-Li alloys being developed as lighter, substitutes for conventional high strength Al alloys are to be processed by routine methods. During extrusion of a 8090 Al-Li alloy, the extrusion die container failed causing some alarm. This failed die container was analysed to examine if the failure was caused by interaction of Li diffusing out of Al-Li alloy with the carbides of die steel. The evidence, although not conclusive, is sufficient to exercise caution during such processing.
