The experimental research of a digital sampling signal converter

The sensitivity and rise time of a transient characteristic of a digital sampling signal converter are experimentally researched. The sampling converter is built at a clocked tunnel-diode comparator.     

Multistable electro‐optical modes in ferroelectric liquid crystals

Abstract— Multistable electro‐optical modes exist under certain conditions in ferroelectric liquid‐crystal (FLC) cells, which means that any light‐transmission level can be memorized after the driving voltage is switched off. The multistability is responsible for three new electro‐optical modes with different shapes of the gray‐scale curve that can be either S‐shaped (double or single dependent upon the applied‐voltage pulse sequence and boundary conditions) or V‐shaped dependent upon boundary conditions and FLC cell parameters. The origin of these modes will be described.

隧道掘进聚能水压光面爆破新技术与应用

为了解决成兰铁路金瓶岩隧道出现围岩扰动和隧道超挖的问题,采用聚能水压光面爆破技术。在实施该技术的过程中,根据聚能水压光面爆破技术原理、聚能装置装药和装填技术的要点,严格执行每一操作步骤,并结合隧道掘进工程实践进行现场写实记录。然后将写实记录结果与常规光面爆破进行技术、经济效果对比分析,效果明显。即新技术成型效果好,造孔率减少了50%,又节约了爆破材料,降低施工成本,提高了劳动生产率。该项技术有助于实现隧道开挖"精细化"和"绿色施工",对类似工程具有一定的参考价值。     

锚杆锚索载荷数据采集及分析系统设计

针对目前锚杆、锚索载荷数据采集与分析方法存在的准确性低、读数困难、效率低等问题,研发了一种新的锚杆、锚索载荷数据采集及分析系统。该系统利用无线传输技术采集载荷数据,并借助计算机软件对采集的数据进行数字化分析研究,提高了数据分析的准确性,为判断巷道支护的安全性提供了更为科学的依据。     

基于数据库的风洞试验数据采集与处理系统研制

为了满足风洞试验技术发展及新型号风洞试验对数据采集与处理系统的要求,应用虚拟仪器技术、以太网技术和分布式测量技术,结合数据库技术和HBM高精度远程采集器、PXI总线自动测试系统等硬件设备研制了一套基于数据库的分布式风洞数据采集与处理系统,实现了风洞试验的自动化测试、控制、监视及数据的处理和管理。     

基于FLAC~(3D)的引水隧洞主、支洞交叉部位的围岩变形分析

圆形洞室开挖后,岩体中形成一个自由空间,使原来处于挤压状态的围岩,由于失去了支撑而发生向洞内松动变形;如果这种变形超过了围岩本身所能承受的能力,则围岩就会发生破坏。本文应用有限差分法数值模拟软件FLAC3D对主、支洞交叉部位的隧洞围岩变形进行模拟分析。模拟结果表明,隧洞开挖后,围岩各部分的位移量较大,围岩应力集中在主、支洞交叉部位。     

Disc cutters plane layout design of the full-face rock tunnel boring machine (TBM) based on different layout patterns

The quality of plane layout design of the disc cutters for the full-face rock tunnel boring machine (TBM) directly affects the balance of force distribution on the cutter head during the excavating. Various layout patterns have been adopted in practice during the layout design of the disc cutters. Considering the engineering technical requirements and the corresponding structure design requirements of the cutter head, this study formulates a nonlinear multi-objective mathematical model with multiple constraints for the disc cutters plane layout design, and analyses the characteristics of a multi-spiral layout pattern, a dynamic star layout pattern and a stochastic layout pattern. And then a genetic algorithm is employed to solve a disc cutters’ multi-spiral layout problem, and a cooperative co-evolutionary genetic algorithm (CCGA) is utilized to solve a disc cutters’ star or stochastic layout problems. The emphasis was put on the study of superiority of three different layout patterns. Finally, an instance of the disc cutters’ plane layout design was solved by the proposed methods using three different kinds of layout patterns. Experimental results showed the effectiveness of the method of combining the mathematical model with the algorithms, and the pros and cons of the three layout patterns.     

Simulation and computation of the asymmetry of a clocked balanced tunnel-diode comparator

By means of simulation and computation, a clocked balanced tunnel-diode comparator, in which the clock signal conditioner is also a tunnel diode, is studied. Simulation and computation of the tunnel-diode asymmetry required for obtaining a minimum offset of the zero level of the compensation voltage are carried out. Simulation of the clocked balanced comparator is performed by means of the Tanner T-Spice program.
