CBN/Cu-Sn-Ti (CBN: cubic boron nitride) composites are prepared by active brazing sintering at 1123 K, 1173 K, 1223 K and 1273 K, respectively. The effects of brazing temperature on the wettability, interfacial characteristics, and elemental distribution variations are fully investigated. When the brazing temperature is below 1223 K, completely uncoated and/or partially coated CBN particles with sharp edges can still be observed, and the reaction layer, mainly composed of TiN and TiB2, appears to be thin and uneven. When the brazing temperature is 1223 K, all CBN particles are completely coated, suggesting that adequate wetting has taken place. Besides, as Ti diffuses thoroughly and enriches the interface, the reaction layer, filled primarily by TiN, TiB2 and TiB, becomes thicker (about 1.30 μm), more uniform, stable and continuous. Further increasing the temperature to 1273 K is unnecessary or even harmful as the reaction layer thickness undergoes negligible change yet some tiny micro-cracks appear on the interface, which may likely deteriorate the grinding capability of the final brazing products. 相似文献

皮质骨参数的变化可以反映骨质的健康状况,因此文章提出了一种频散能量匹配算法来反演皮质骨参数。首先,通过频散特性方程计算出预定义参数下的频散曲线数据库;其次,利用时域有限差分算法建立皮质骨声场模型,将仿真的时域信号通过功率谱估计得到频散能量信息,并与数据库进行匹配,通过分析匹配结果的能量从而得到皮质骨的厚度、纵波速度和横波速度。仿真结果显示:与理论值相比,厚度的平均相对误差为3.8%,纵波速度与横波速度的平均相对误差分别为0.6%、0.9%。对三组离体牛胫骨皮质骨进行反演,离体实验结果显示:与真实值相比,厚度相对误差为4.9%,且实验频散曲线与反演得到的理论频散曲线吻合。因此文中所提出的反演算法可以有效获取皮质骨的厚度,横波速度和纵波速度,从而为评价骨质的健康状况提供可靠的依据。 相似文献

探讨了经过特殊表征的有机刚性粒子—PMMA基核-壳型有机刚性粒子(core-shelrigidorganicfiler)对R-PVC/CPE体系的增韧和增强作用及其对加工流变性的影响。研究发现,适当粒径的核-壳型粒子与R-PVC/CPE基体在适当配比下共混,常温(23℃)下,可使PVC/CPE基体的冲击强度和断裂伸长率得到提高,断裂强度、屈服强度、硬度和加工流变性也有所改善,而在低温(-10℃)下几乎没有增韧效果。 相似文献

Uni-directional wave models are used to study wave groups that appear in wave tanks of hydrodynamic laboratories; characteristic for waves in such tanks is that the wave length is rather small, comparable to the depth of the layer. In second-order theory, the resulting Nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation for the envelope of the wave group contains the dispersion of the group velocity multiplying the linear term and a gen-coefficient that results from mode generation multiplying the nonlinear term. The signs of these coefficients determine whether experimentally relevant wave groups are possible or not. If the dispersion is modelled in such a way that it is correct for all wave lengths for infinitesimal waves, relevant wave groups are obtained consisting of constituent waves with a certain maximal wave length; other models for the dispersion (such as in the KdV-equation) lead to different results. 相似文献

In order to accomplish practical deployment modelling for system performance evaluation and comparison for possible modulation and equalisation schemes to be used in HIPERLAN, a wide band tapped delay line (WTDL) channel model has been adopted by ETSI to characterise the multipath fading in the indoor radio environment. Based on this statistical channel model, and using Monte Carlo method, this paper evaluates the average probability of error for linear and decision feedback equaliser as a function of signal-to-noise ratio. It also evaluates the matched filter bound for this channel model. This article proposes an analytical design methodology for dual‐band hybrid couplers and baluns structures for any arbitrary frequency ratio using a stub‐loaded transmission line. An analysis of changing the impedance behavior of the stub, is carried out for the two bands of operation, which along with a dispersive analysis, emphasizes certain conditions where the existing methodology is not applicable. In addition, an extra degree of freedom has been included to increase the solutions for a given frequency ratio, thus providing greater flexibility and feasibility of the proposed structure. The new method possesses dispersion of order 10 and dissipation of order seven, which is first of its kind in the literature. Organic light‐emitting diode displays have a cathode composed of a layer of highly reflective metal. Reflection of external light from this layer can be suppressed with a broadband quarter‐wave plate. Although various types of quarter‐wave plate retardation films have been prepared by copolymerizing, mixing, or laminating multiple polymers, ideal wavelength dispersion has not been achieved with thin retardation films because of their relatively low birefringence and the complexity of the procedure required manufacturing them. In this study, we developed (i) new liquid‐crystalline monomers with negative wavelength dispersion birefringence that we used to obtain thin, single‐layered retardation films suitable for coating and (ii) retardation films with different molecular alignments. We found that the monomers showed high solubility and high regularity of molecular alignment, with less damage to the substrate and alignment films. We also investigated the wavelength dispersion and thermal stability of the films. We succeeded in developing retardation films that had a homeotropic alignment or a hybrid alignment with negative wavelength dispersion. These alignments can be used to obtain antireflection films with an improved viewing angle for organic light‐emitting diode displays or next‐generation thin displays. 相似文献

文献的语言风格是作者在语言运用方面的思维定势的体现,对于文献之间语言风格的差异,以前的研究大多采用定性分析的方式加以比较和概括,而在文献检索和文本分类领域需要得到量化的语言风格相似度。该文首先分析文献中词语分布的普遍规律,以先秦八部经典文献为观察语料,发现这些文献中的词语既呈离散分布,又呈集中分布;然后通过计算文献之间词型等级的相关系数,来获取量化的语言风格相似度,构建了八部文献之间的相似度矩阵,验证了语言风格的差异不仅体现在使用的常用词上,还更细微地体现在常用词的使用频率等级上。 相似文献

评价中具有广阔的应用前景。但受制于超声导波多模式频散与混叠的影响,如何实现高分辨率超声导波的模式分离与频散曲线提取,进而定量分析材料的健康状况一直是研究的热点与难点。本文旨在将现代信号处理中广泛采用的谱估计技术应用于超声Lamb波阵列信号分析,并通过提取频散曲线定量测量板厚度。以经典参数谱估计法中的Yule-Walker法与Burg法为例,实验测量和分析了3 mm,4 mm和 5 mm厚铝板中的宽带多模式Lamb波信号,准确地提取了铝板中的宽带Lamb波频散曲线,并比较了两种经典谱估计方法与二维傅氏变换法的性能,最终实现了铝板厚度估计。 相似文献
