分别以0%,25%,50%,75%,100%比例的Ti3A1替换TiCu15Ni15中Ti,对所得的钎料进行组织形貌及成分分析。研究结果表明:钎料合金由先结晶低Cu,Ni含量相和后结晶的高Cu,Ni含量相组成,随TiaAl增加。低Cu,Ni含量相减少,高Cu,Ni含量相增加,同时由于Nb含量增加,背散射图像发生变化,先结晶相由灰色逐渐变为亮白色,后结晶相成分偏析增加,先结晶高Nb相为灰色,后结晶低Nb相为黑色,至5^#合金形态发生显著变化,灰色相由块团状变为短条或片状,其中央为白色边缘为灰色,这将引起性能变化。  相似文献

利用Ce^4 和羟甲基组成的氧化还原体系,探讨了水溶液中丙烯酰胺在炭黑表面的接枝反应。研究了剂用量、单体用量、反应时间、硝酸用量对接枝率的影响。利用IR分析、比表面积分析验证炭黑表面的接枝反应,经接枝反应改性的炭黑在水分散体系中具有较好的分散稳定性。  相似文献

光纤色散是限制光通信传输距离的重要因素,为此采用一种新方法来测量长的多模光纤色散.该测量技术利用对称相位调谐技术和Mach-Zehnder干涉仪,这种干涉仪能在待测光纤中引起两列反向传播的行波产生不同的传播常数.利用傅立叶变换技术和自相关函数,快速地分析和计算干涉条纹的强度分布信息,可获得准确的测量结果.  相似文献

Brazing of Ti3Al alloys with the filler metal NiCrSiB was carried out at 1273–1373 K for 60–1800 s. The relationship of brazing parameters and shear strength of the joints was discussed, and the optimum brazing parameters were obtained. When products are brazed, the optimum brazing parameters are as follows: brazing temperature is 1323–1373 K, brazing time is 250–300 s. The maximum shear strength of the joint is 240–250 MPa. Three kinds of reaction products were observed to have formed during the brazing of Ti3Al alloys with the filler metal NiCrSiB, namely, TiAl3 (TiB2) intermetallic compounds formed close to the Ti3Al alloy. TiAl3+AlNi2Ti (TiB2) intermetallic compounds layer formed between TiAl3 (TiB2) intermetallic compounds and the filler metal and a Ni[s,s] solid solution formed in the middle of the joint. The interfacial structure of brazed Ti3Al alloy joints with the filler metal NiCrSiB is Ti3Al/TiAl3 (TiB2)/TiAl3+AlNi2Ti (TiB2)/Ni[s,s] solid solution/TiAl3+AlNi2Ti (TiB2)/TiAl3 (TiB2)/Ti3Al, and this structure will not change with brazing time once it forms. The formation of over many intermetallic compounds TiAl3+AlNi2Ti (TiB2) results in embrittlement of the joint and poor joint properties. The thickness of TiAl3+AlNi2Ti (TiB2) intermetallic compounds increases with brazing time according to a parabolic law. The activation energy Q and the growth velocity K0 of the reaction layer TiAl3+AlNi2Ti (TiB2) in the brazed joints of Ti3Al alloys with the filler metal NiCrSiB are 349 kJ/mol and 24.02 mm2/s, respectively, and the growth formula was y2=24.04exp(−41977.39/T)t. Careful control of the growth of the reaction layer TiAl3+AlNi2Ti (TiB2) can influence the final joint strength.  相似文献

Numerical schemes and stability criteria are developed for solution of the one-dimensional fractional advection-dispersion equation (FRADE) derived by revising Fick’s first law. Employing 74 sets of dye test data measured on natural streams, it is found that the fractional order F of the partial differential operator acting on the dispersion term varies around the most frequently occurring value of F = 1.65 in the range of 1.4 to 2.0. Two series expansions are proposed for approximation of the limit definitions of fractional derivatives. On this ground, two three-term finite-difference schemes?“1.3 Backward Scheme” having the first-order accuracy and “F.3 Central Scheme” possessing the F-th order accuracy?are presented for fractional order derivatives. The F.3 scheme is found to perform better than does the 1.3 scheme in terms of error and stability analyses and is thus recommended for numerical solution of FRADE. The fractional dispersion model characterized by the FRADE and the F.3 scheme can accurately simulate the long-tailed dispersion processes in natural rivers.  相似文献

The paper reports on the experiments undertaken at the University of Wollongong to characterise fading profiles and delay parameters of an indoor wireless channels at 5 GHz U-NII bands. The measurements were undertaken at different locations around the campus with results recorded for a post-processing to calculate the Rician K-factor, the level crossing rate and the average fade duration as well as mean excess delay, rms delay spread, and the coherence bandwidth of the channel. The presented measurement results can be useful in developing a Markov chain based model of the transport channel for IEEE802.11a or HYPRLAN-2 networks. The results also indicate scenarios where the coherence bandwidth of the channel is smaller than the width of the sub-carrier OFDM channels in either of the mentioned systems.  相似文献

Cryo‐FIB‐nanotomography is a novel high‐resolution 3D‐microscopy technique, which opens new possibilities for the quantitative microstructural analysis of complex suspensions. In this paper, we describe the microstructural changes associated with dissolution and precipitation processes occurring in a fresh cement paste, which has high alumina and sulphate contents. During the first 6 min, precipitation of ettringite leads to a general decrease of the particle size distribution. In the unhydrated cement paste almost no particles smaller than 500 nm are present, whereas after 6 min this size class already represents 9 vol%. The precipitation of ettringite also leads to a significant increase of the particle number density from 0.294*109/mm3 at t0min to 20.55*109/mm3 at t6min. Correspondingly the surface area increases from 0.75 m2/g at t0min to 2.13 m2/g at t6min. The small ettringite particles tend to form agglomerates, which strongly influence the rheological properties. The particular strength of cryo‐FIB‐nt is the potential to quantify particle structures in suspension and thereby also to describe higher‐order topological features such as the particle–particle interfaces, which is important for the study of agglomeration processes.  相似文献

The dry powder inhaler (DPI) has become widely known as a very attractive platform for drug delivery. Many patients have traditionally used DPIs to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Recently, the development of new DPIs for delivering therapeutic proteins such as insulin has been accelerated by patient demands, and innovative research. The current market for DPIs has over 20 devices presently in use, and many devices under development for delivering a variety of therapeutic agents. DPIs are recognized as suitable alternatives to pressurized metered dose inhalers for some patients, but the performance of DPI devices may vary according to a given patient's physiological condition. This variation can be associated with the necessary powder dispersion mechanism of each device. As such, much interest has focused on the development of efficient powder dispersion mechanisms, as this effectively minimizes the influence of interpatient variability. This article reviews DPI devices currently available, advantages of newly developed devices, outlines some requirements for future device design.  相似文献
