多样化空间

随着中国经济进入高速发展阶段,几乎所有的城市都在进行前所未有的大规模建设活动。在过分追求速度的建设过程中,一部分城市规划和建筑项目只考虑当前功能需求而忽略了今后的功能需求,使建筑和城市空间过早地失去使用价值,造成对空间的资源和自然资源的浪费。所以,我们要注重多样化空间的设计,摒弃单一而固定的空间形式,增强空间的适应能力,创造有生命力的空间。     

Stanley B. Floresco: Award for distinguished scientific early career contributions to psychology.

The American Psychological Association 2010 Award for Distinguished Scientific Early Career Contributions to Psychology was awarded to Stanley F. Floresco, for his outstanding and innovative research on neural mechanisms linking brain activity to critical cognitive functions including risk-based decision making, cognitive flexibility, working memory, and other aspects of executive function. His novel findings form an empirical base for understanding how neural pathology may underlie aspects of psychotic behavior and as such validate neuropsychopharmacological approaches to mental ill health. 桥梁无缝伸缩缝材料力学性能试验分析

对英国BJ200-Green无缝伸缩缝材料进行了室内力学性能试验分析,重点对无缝伸缩缝胶结料及其混合料的高温稳定性和低温柔性进行检测。胶结料试验结果表明其软化点为84℃,低温界面粘粘强度为0.85 MPa,在1min内应力松弛可达到80%,具有很好的应力松弛能力。车辙试验结果表明在1万次加载作用下其永久变形小于15%,低温弯曲最大破坏应变大于20 000μm/m,具有很好的高温稳定性和低温柔性。     

RV减速器柔性因素对动态传动误差影响分析

为研究RV减速器柔性因素对传动精度的影响,以BX40E减速器为研究对象,综合考虑支承弹性变形及齿轮接触弹性变形对系统动态传动精度的影响,建立多自由度RV减速器动力学模型,提取系统的动态响应;探究变载、变速条件下各级传动接触及支承变形对动态传动误差的贡献量,量化分析BX40E减速器传动误差对各柔性因素的灵敏度。结果表明：动态传动误差随负载增加而增加,输出转速平稳性随负载和转速增加而下降;二级传动的接触变形对减速器传动误差贡献最大,柔性支承贡献次之;传动误差对“摆线齿轮-曲拐”处及“行星架-曲柄轴”处支承刚度的敏感度高于其他支承处,对二级齿轮接触刚度的敏感度高于一级传动。     

土地利用规划编制和实施管理中原则性与灵活性研究

从土地利用总体规划中原则性与灵活性的辩证关系入手，指出新一轮土地利用总体规划应坚持以原则性为基础、灵活性为补充。明确了规划原则性内容，并从规划模式、时隔、体系、指标、地类认定、用途分区、图文互认等方面讨论了原则性基础上的灵活性方法，以期为本轮土地利用总体规划提供参考。     

一种新型混合驱动机械压力机的研究

分析了将混合驱动凸轮连杆机构应用于机械压力机的意义,提出了一种混合驱动凸轮连杆机械式压力机的机构构型,分析了其运动原理.运用复数矢量法对该混合输入机构进行逆运动学分析,求解出伺服电机满足加工工艺要求时的实际运转情况,通过求得的伺服电机转角函数控制滑块运动.最后给出了一个设计实例,以实现滑块余弦运动规律,并在Pro/Mechanism模块中对该机构进行了运动仿真.研究表明:这种新型混合输入式机械压力机可以实现多种运动规律,从而满足多种冲压加工工艺对零件变形过程中速度变化特性的要求.     

通过改进网络结构提高多杂质水系统柔性的集成方法

水系统集成导致用水过程之间联系紧密、相互作用、相互影响.为了改善系统柔性,可通过改进网络结构提高系统的柔性.对多杂质水回用网络系统的柔性进行了分析,提出了用过程附加控制数和过程连接数同时表征多杂质水回用系统柔性的评价指标,建立了新鲜水耗量最小化、过程附加控制数优化和过程连接数优化的分步优化数学模型,并通过多杂质水网络实例研究了该方法的可行性,得到了具有最小新鲜水耗量、过程附加控制数和过程连接数均最小的水网络结构.     

水价提高对天津市水资源需求量的影响分析

针对天津市用水现状,运用价格弹性理论分析了天津市需水量变化与提高自来水价格之间的定量关系,提出了水价调整方案,并对方案实施的结果进行了相应的预测.     

Analysis of Integrin αIIb Subunit Dynamics Reveals Long-Range Effects of Missense Mutations on Calf Domains

Integrin α_IIbβ₃, a glycoprotein complex expressed at the platelet surface, is involved in platelet aggregation and contributes to primary haemostasis. Several integrin α_IIbβ₃ polymorphisms prevent the aggregation that causes haemorrhagic syndromes, such as Glanzmann thrombasthenia (GT). Access to 3D structure allows understanding the structural effects of polymorphisms related to GT. In a previous analysis using Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations of α_IIb Calf-1 domain structure, it was observed that GT associated with single amino acid variation affects distant loops, but not the mutated position. In this study, experiments are extended to Calf-1, Thigh, and Calf-2 domains. Two loops in Calf-2 are unstructured and therefore are modelled expertly using biophysical restraints. Surprisingly, MD revealed the presence of rigid zones in these loops. Detailed analysis with structural alphabet, the Proteins Blocks (PBs), allowed observing local changes in highly flexible regions. The variant P741R located at C-terminal of Calf-1 revealed that the Calf-2 presence did not affect the results obtained with isolated Calf-1 domain. Simulations for Calf-1 + Calf-2, and Thigh + Calf-1 variant systems are designed to comprehend the impact of five single amino acid variations in these domains. Distant conformational changes are observed, thus highlighting the potential role of allostery in the structural basis of GT.
